euros of extra costs
90% of the extra costs will be payed by fine chemical sectors (50%
of the value of total production)
The sectors with highest bill to pay will be: complex organic fine
chemicals, dyes and pigments, paints and varnishes

The “average data” could hide a broad range of diversified reality: some of which with a terrific impact !
The effects of NCP are in addition to these of other norms and regulations
No one of extra EU competitors will have those burdens in competiting with non European Actors in extra EU markets!!
