What is proposed?

Now for pigging proces are being used

� Launchers Barel (Launchers station,fixed) very complicated,for whose installation the costs are very high.

� mobile station(portable) for test new pipe

� Tee pig launchers(for small pipe diameter)

� PIG valve (also know as: Barber valve)

Which is our proposal?

It is a new element of pipe,that confer all the benefits of the Launchers Barel,PIG valve and mobile station.

It is a new type valve with a high degree of universality.

Our proposed is PIGMOB is a new concept

Note: our PIGMOb trap are usually designed in accordance with the following internationally recognized code:

-ASME VIII Div 1&2

-ASME/ANSI B31.4,

Manufactured in several versions the PIG MOB is more standardised,more cost effective,quicker to install and manufacture,suitable for areas where hot workcan not be done and is more adaptable for the customer.

In general the PIGMOB is an intersting product in that it pipeline users an alternativesolution in pipeline launching and receiving.

A removable launcher/receiver can also the benefit of being easier to maintain andclean,by virtue of the fact that it isn't permanently attached to the pipeline,and theoperator can gain acces to either end for cleaning or removal of pigged substances

PIG operations are generally carried out of the purpose of-removing hydrotest water and debris accumulated within the pipeline,particularly duringIts pre-commissiooning by using gaunging pig- cleaning the internal surface of the pipe line,for the removal of the deposited wax,criohydrates-inspection the conditions of the line pipes,by using special in line inspection pig.-internal cladding-separation-batching

The mobile equipment is use for ILI PIG, for lined inside pipe,for difficult cleaning

Mobile Station is environmentally friendly

Loss of gas in the atmosphere are practically nil,will use a hydraulic pump,reversible,to inject the gas from the mobile equipment in the pipe line. The release valve block the liquid flow inside the pipe.

In this case this acts like a clasic Pig valve,but with net advantages.
