Let’s Plan Our Weekend!

Going to the Swap Meet

Page 2: Fernando r

Fernando R.My Weekend activity is to go to the swap meet and spend

the 100$ i have received. So im gonna go with my family with the 100$ to see what necessary things i could buy with that money. We’ll also see the price of things so we don’t buy expensive things. Lastly, we might wanna say that there would be some things we won’t actually need a lot.

Good description, Fernando. Change 100$ to $100. Change the word "wanna" to "want to". Rewrite your last sentence, it is a little confusing.

Create 2 slides for your chart since one slide is not enough. Don't forget to place the $ first.

Conversions To Foreign Currency

How did i changed each of the costs to foreign currency? All I had to do is to use a foreign calculator and changed it to Mexican pesos and the amount of money is shown. My math steps were just to use the calculator and receive the answer. I chose this currency(Pesos)because i thought It’d be interesting to see how much money from America is to Mexican money.

Cesar Lopez
Start your paragraph with " I changed the costs to foreign currency by using the currency converter."

ReflectionI don’t think people from Mexico would do exactly

the same activities as we do. Why wouldn’t they? Because people in mexico have kinda of less money than we do, plus they might have things over there more expensive than here(United States). Also over in Mexico, 100$ is kinda the same as here, but over there like said things are very expensive there.

Cesar Lopez
Instead of "have kinda", write "make less money than we do in their jobs"
