・We have already prepared procedures, documents and format of quality assurance

system. Since start of mass production, we’ll make and use actual date.

Also we’ll do management review once per month in order to build up improvement

(KAIZEN) and achievement.ISO/TSに準拠したオオカワメヒカーナ品質管理システムの手順、文書、フォーマットは構築済み。年2回のマネジメントレビューと週1回の定例会議にて運用状況をフォロー。
