増粘剤Thickeners

ポリアクリル酸ソーダを主体としたアクリル系増粘剤で、増粘効

果・流動特性・作業性等に特徴を持たせた、水溶性型・エマルシ

ョン型・粉末型などの異なった各種グレードを用意しています。

これらの製品はラテックス・塗料・接着剤・化粧品などの増粘剤

として使用されています。

These are acrylic thickening agents, mainly consists of sodiumpolyacrylates, and available in many different grades - watersoluble, emulsion or powdery - each having its own characteris-tics in thickening, flow and workability. These products are usedto thicken latexes, paints, adhesives and cosmetics.

製紙分野・塗料分野で使用されている各種顔料分散、水処理にお

けるスケールの付着防止剤、堀削抗井用分散剤、染色助剤、洗剤

ビルダー用途のグレードを品揃えしています。

TOAGOSEI produces many types of acrylic dispersants for spe-cific applications - dispersion of various pigments used for mak-ing paper and paints, prevention of scaling in water treatmentsystems, dispersants for drilling mud, dyeing aids and detergentbuilders.

粘着剤Pressure Sensitive Adhesives ARONTACK®

粘着剤を使用した製品は、テープ・シートやラベル・シートをは

じめとして日用品や工業用品など多岐に渡っています。当社の粘

着剤「アロンタック®」はアクリル酸エステルを主原料としたア

クリル系粘着剤で、耐候性・透明性・耐熱老化性などに優れた特

性を有します。エマルション系や溶剤系・強粘着や弱粘着・自己

架橋や二液架橋型など、目的・要求に合ったグレードを選択でき

ます。

Products using pressure sensitive adhesives are found in variousconsumer and industrial products such as tapes, labels andseals."ARONTACK®", a TOAGOSEI pressure sensitive adhesive, isan acrylic material based mainly on acrylic esters. It has excel-lent weatherability, transparency and thermal degradationresistance. Consumers can choose from among differrentgrades of ARONTACK® for their specific uses or propertyrequirements-emulsions or solvent-borne polymers, strong adhe-sion or weak adhesion types, and self-cross-linking or two-partcross-linking types.

TOAGOSEI markets various types of binders that meet thediversified requirements stemming from various applications-non-woven fabrics, pigments, agricultural chemicals, ceramics,glass fibers, paper and so on.

塗料基材Paint Vehicles

アクリル樹脂をベースとした塗料は、耐候性・光沢性・透明性・

光沢などが非常に優れています。常乾型・焼付型の塗料ビヒクル、

耐水性・密着性・防食性に優れたグレードなど、各種の塗布機材

に応じた、溶剤系・エマルション系の製品を生産しています。イ

ンク基材・塗料用改質剤としても広く使用されています。

Paints based on acrylic resins offer excellent weatherability,transparency and gloss. TOAGOSEI produces solvent-basedand emulsion-based products that are suitable for various paintmaterials. Further, they have found broad acceptance as inkand paint modifiers.

ポリウレタンエマルション ネタオン®

Polyurethane Emulsions NEOTAN®

「ネオタン®」は、当社が開発した全てアニオン性自己乳化型のポ

リウレタンエマルションです。耐水性・安定性が良好で、フィル

ムは硬いものから柔らかいものまで各種グレードを揃えています

ので、コーティング・表面処理・バインダー・接着などの広範囲

な分野で利用できます。

"NEOTAN®" is a polyurethane emulsion of the all anionic self-emulsifying type, developed by TOAGOSEI. These emulsionsare excellent in water resistance and stability, and are availablein grades that produce hard or soft films. NEOTAN® thus lendsitself to a broad range of applications such as coating, surfacetreatments, binding and adhesion.

高耐候性シラン系塗料基材 シーラス®Silaneーcontaining Paint Vehicles of Super waterーResistant Type SILAS®

「シーラス®」は、加水分解しやすいシリル基が粒子内部に安定に

保持されている水性のシラン系エマルションです。常温、一液で

強固なシロキサン結合を形成させることができ、一般基材として、

溶剤系アクリルシリコンに匹敵する抜群の性能が、水系で得られ

ます。

"SILAS®" is a water-soluble polymer in which the silyl base isheld stably in particles. It is an excellent water-resistant paintbase having the same properties as those of acylic silicones ofthe organic solvent type because it can be formed into a strongsiloxan bond by itself at room temperature.

Graft Polymers SYMAC®, RESEDA®

当社のマクロモノマー合成技術とグラフト重合技術により、優れ

た特徴を有するアクリルグラフトポリマーを製品化しています。

「サイマック®」は、シリコーンの特徴とアクリルの持つ特性を同

時に発揮するため、離型性・潤滑性を生かしたコーティング剤と

して利用されています。「レゼタ®」は相溶性、密着性に優れるた

め、樹脂の相溶化剤、分散剤、塗料、コーティング剤、プライマ

ーなどに利用されています。

TOAGOSEI markets various types of unique acrylic graft poly-mers based on its own macromonomer synthesis and graft poly-merization technologies. "SYMAC®" is used for various coatingmaterials that make the most of its good mold release and lubri-cation because SYMAC® can simultaneously offer the propertyof silicones and the feature of acrylic resins. "RESEDA®" is usedfor compatibility agents, dispersants, paints, coating materialsand primers because of its high compatibility and cohesiveness.

アルフオンARUFON

「アルフオン」は、東亞合成が米国SCジョンソンポリマー社から

技術導入したSGO（ソリッドグレードオリゴマー）技術を基に開

発を進めている無溶剤型アクリルポリマー製品群の総称です。

SGO技術とは、スチレン系モノマーを中心とする組織物を高温・

高圧で連続塊状重合することにより、短時間で100％の低分子ポ

リマーを得る製造技術です。

東亞合成は、長年培ったアクリルポリマー合成技術を基にSGO技

術を更に発展させ、UFO技術として種々のTg及び分子量領域にお

けるスチレン／アクリル系、オールアクリル系ポリマー類を開発

しました。

"ARUFON" is a non-solvent acrylic polymer based on the SolidGrade Oligamer (SGO) technology developed by SC JohnsonPolymer, Inc.SGO is a technology to obtain 100% low Mw polymers in ashort time by continuous bulk polymerization mainly of styrenemonomers under high-temperature, high-pressure conditions.TOAGOSEI has far improved the SGO technology by the maxi-mum use of its long experience in polymerization, based onwhich the company has developed various selections of poly-mers-styrene/acrylic type and all acrylic type-which feature var-ious Tg and narrow Mw distribution.
