Configured and managed Microsoft SCOM 2012 R2 and SCCM 2012 R2. Installed and configured What’s Up Gold and SolarWinds monitoring systems. Installed the first Windows NT server for the company to work with the Digital Equipment PathWorks network operating system.

Assisted in installing and migrating the users from MS Mail 3.5 to Exchange 4.0 Installed and administered HP OpenView application for network monitoring. Installed a 1Gb SCSI to Fiber channel network for high speed backups for the

90 NT servers using Brocade switches along with Emulex and Qlogic FC-HBA’s, and Exabyte tape libraries running the Net Backup application.

Installed and administered the 1st HP EVA 8000 storage array with 1 and 2 GB FC-HBA controllers on 125 servers.

Installed and upgraded the backup system to a full enterprise backup system using HP ESL tape libraries and servers running the HP Data Protector backup application.

Created wiring diagrams that showed how the fiber channel systems were connected along with diagramming the entire server and network which included all of the WAN sites, reservoirs, filter plants, pump stations and valve houses.

Assisted installing SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and later in the upgrade and deployment of Project Server 2007.

Performed Windows patch management using WSUS. Built the initial 2008 Hyper-V R2 cluster in our Development environment with 7 nodes

converting over 70 physical servers from over 150, and then the Production environment cluster on 5 hosts converting over 30 physical servers from 250.

Deployed a 3 node cluster production 2012 Hyper-V R2 cluster for migration from 2008 and converted another 70 physical servers. Also upgraded the development cluster and converted another 40 physical servers.

Worked on teams to upgrade Active Directory from 2000 all the way up to 2008R2. Was a primary contact on the Infrastructure team for all of Desktop Support Services in

all enterprise-wide troubleshooting scenarios, and also for Windows-based application development teams for troubleshooting and testing.
