Conditions That Validate Hajj

Hajj is considered valid when three conditions are fulfilled:

1) That one acquire the state of Ihram, which is a combinationbetween the intention in the heart (to perform the rites of Hajj orUmrah) with the uttering of the Talbiyyah upon the tongue.

2) That Hajj take place in the specified time of Hajj. This time

prescribed by the sacred law.

3) And not to indulge in sexual intercourse prior to standing atArafah.
