To configure general extension settings please go to Stores -> Configuration -> Amasty Extensions -> Follow Up Email

Set this option to ‘Yes’ if you want to make the coupon available only for the email recipient.

If you want to send winback emails to customers who have not visited store for some time you need to specify the period of customer absence (in days).

These settings allow you to get Google Analytics statistics on your email campaign. NOTE: the fields Campaign Source, Campaign Medium and Campaign Name are REQUIRED.

To create complex rules with AND/OR logic choose the Conditions Combination option.

Specify the discount amount, expiration date and, if you need: - the number of products in cart to which you want to apply maximum Qty discount ; - discount Qty step.

Instead of specifying multiple conditions for each coupon, you can just use one of the shopping cart price rules. In this case the Follow Up Email module will create coupons and add it to the rule. Each customer will receive a coupon with your letter. NOTICE: This feature works only if ‘Use Auto Generation Option’ is enabled in the shopping cart rule.

Return Cross-sell Product Grid – displays cross-selling and related items for the ordered product; Return Wishlist Product Grid – displays the items from a customer’s wishlist; Return Quote Product Grid – displays the items from the order.

If you want to add an email address to the black list, please open: Marketing-> Follow Up Email > Black List NOTE: if you need to quickly add a whole black list, please import it through CSV file, as shown on the Page 5.
