Demonstrate visible Leadership in environmental excellence
– Continue environmental training to all employees
– Continue active management participation in all onshore and offshore HSE inspections
Eliminate environmental incidents by use of both pro-active and reactive hazards management tools
– Develop a plan to maintain OHSAs 18001 compliance and alignment with ISO 14001
– Develop a plan to extend the scope of the BBP process to include environmental behaviour observations.
Continue to maintain an ISO14001 certified management system across all business units.
– Ensure 100% legislative compliance at all facilities in all operations at all times
– Update and evaluate the e-aspects and e-programme at least once pr. Yr.
– Evaluate the supply chain to ensure highest standards of env. Performance from suppliers
Continue to focus on minimising environmental waste
– Develop a new waste minimisation programme for every department and facility
– Prepare new waste management contract and issue for tender
