Why Japanese tech community that focus for fun?-They start making before the startup boom.-Major member making in after working time at a big company.-Dubble work and startups are prohibited in company regulation.What is the opportunity?- More focus to Strory.- Nico-Tech is standing between technology and contents.

In japanese university, teach in how to have fun using technology.In Japanese university ,They study how to have fun with technology ,not only makeing technology.Its litlle bit philosophical issue.
