Archiving newspaper articles of natural disaster since the birth of the Bangladesh (1971)In 1987, number of deaths caused by digestive disorder are bigger than caused by flood attackprice boost occurred at the peak of flood, therefor poor people could not forage foods. Poor people drank contaminated water. Thus they caught bloody flux, typhoid and so on.

Targets of Project

Short termEvolutional DIAS: Archive and

analyze nature and society

•Revival planning of Great East Japan Earthquake support based on scientific basis

○ Targets

○ Result

New land and social design methodology creation with sharing of natural, social and planning information

→ Social utility value of DIAS

Mid- and long term•Resilient land and society design considering disaster risk and low carbon emission•Expanding to all of Japan and Asia through human resource cultivation
