I got the impression that there was some kind of draft cooperating agency agreement that the Army was being asked to sign and return by 20 Apr. If there is no such agreement, are you just asking for a written response to your letter in the affirmative?
If so, Mike, can Planning Division, DPW draft up a short letter for COL Killian's signature.
