GALATIANS 6:2

“Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.”

“Note: Some today assume that faith in Christ means we are subject to no law. This is as erroneous as the misguided thinking Paul was addressing. We live under the New Covenant. If there is no law at all today, there is no such thing as sin, because sin is the ‘transgression of the law’ or ‘lawlessness’ (1 John 3:4).

But, Christians are not in bondage to a system that only convicts when a law is broken. We have the ability to repent repeatedly and be forgiven-thus being made righteous or justified each time we, in faith, seek God’s grace through Christ.”

“Since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you, 7 and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, 8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power” (2 Thess. 1:6-9)
