Required Equipment
All Players Shoes Gloves Helmut Protective Cup Arm Pads (Applies to Goalies) Mouth guard (not clear or white –
must be worn properly & cover all upper or lower teeth)

Fouls
Technical Fouls (may or may not be time serving)
1. Pushing, Holding, Interference, Offsides, Illegal Substitution, conduct, etc.
2. Turn over or Time Served – Possession/Goal – 30 seconds 3. Most Common is push (behind or any 1 hand) –
Advantage/Disadvantage4. Does not accumulate against a player
Personal Fouls (always time serving)1. Slash, Illegal Body Check, Tripping, Unsportsmanlike
Conduct, Cross Check, etc2. 1, 2, or 3 minutes Releaseable or Non-Releaseable3. Foul Out – 3 Personal Fouls or 5:00 Minutes of Personal Fouls4. Accumulates against a player5. 2 USCs or 1 Fighting – Ejection plus suspension for next
