    H thng lm lnh rt ph bin trong cng nghip sn xut khnhin v trong nhng qu trnh c lin quan trong cng ngh lcdu, ho du v cng nghip ho hc. Qu trnh lm lnh c s

    dng h nhit ca kh xung nhit im sng chydrocarbon v sn xut cc nhin liu lng c th thy trn ttrng tiu dng hng ngy.

    y l thit b cui cng trong chu trnh lm lnh Propane. Thit bny c t gia My nn v van v n c m phng nh thit b lm lnh.

    Lm vic vi biu din ha, bn c th xy dng lu trnh c bn trong PFD bng cch s dng chut thit lp v kt ni thit b. Phng php ny m t cch nhp v kt ni thit b llnh s dng k thut ko-th(Drag n Drop)trongObject Palete.Phng php ko-th(Drag n Drop)trong PFD:

    Vi mi thit b vn hnh, ta c th hin th mt bng tnh ch(Property Table)trn PFD. Bng tnh cht cha cc thng tin mcnh bit v thit b vn hnh.

    1. M PFD.

    M phng nng cao

    Mt trong cc hng thit k cha kha ca HYSYS l lm thno kt hp cc modul vn hnh vi gii php thut ton khntun t. Khng ch x l cc thng tin m bn cung cp ban um c cc kt qu tnh ton c t ng truyn i theo theo to b lu trnh theo c chiu xui v chiu ngc. Cu trc moduca cc thit b vn hnh c ngha rng ta c th tnh ton trtip, hay cng c th tnh ton bng cch s dng thng tin t mdng ra tnh cho iu kin ca dng vo. Hng thit k ny th c minh ha bng vic s dng chu trnh lm lnh Propane

    Ban u, thng tin cp cho case ch l nhit v phn hi cho cdng 1 v 3 v thnh phn ca dng 1. Khi nhit , phn hi v vtr ca dng 1 bit, HYSYS s s dng t ng phng phtnh nhanh v xc nh cc tnh cht cn li (nh p sut, enthalpyt do, khi lng ring), nhng gi tr ph thuc vo dng.

    Khi dng 1 v 2 c lin kt vi valve, J-T, u tin HYSYS xc

    nh thng tin bit vi c dng vo v dng ra. Sau n s gncc gi tr ny vo cc dng khc. Trong trng hp ny, khi khngc chnh p ca valve c xc nh, ch c thnh phn venthalpy t do ca dng 1 bng vi cc gi tr ny ca dng 2.

    Bng cch lin kt dng 2 v dng 3 vo thit b gia nhit,Chiller ,thnh phn ca dng 2 s c a n dng 3 (100% C3). HYSYlc ny c th tnh nhanh trn dng 3 v xc nh cc tnh cht cnli (nhng tnh cht ph thuc vo dng nh p sut, enthalpy).

    S dng p sut tnh ton ca dng 3 v gim p qua Heater bit, HYSYS tnh li p sut ca dng 2. Sau khi p sut, thn phn v enthalpy t do ca dng 2 bit, v valve ng enthalpyHYSYS c th tnh nhit ca dng 2.

    Ngoi ra, HYSYS s dng cng sut thit b gia nhit bit venthalpy t do ca dng 2 v 3 tnh ton lu lng, l i lnca c 3 dng 1, 2, 3.

    Sau , my nn c nhp vo m phng. Sau khi tt c thng tidng vo bit, my nn ch cn li 2 bc t do. Cc gi tr nhhiu sut, cng sut, hoc p sut ca ra c th p ng 1 bc t Bc t do cn li n t thit b ngng t.

    Thit b ngng t kt ni dng ra my nn vi dng voValve(gitr ny c xc nh hon ton). Ngi s dng cung cp gim p ca thit b ngng t, v HYSYS tnh ton p sut dnvo, m y cng l gi tr p sut dng ra ca my nn (bc t doth 2 ca my nn).
