In summer 2017 the GENFILMS International Head office is planned to open officially to the public at the brandnew WANDA Studios in the WANDA Oriental Movie Metropolis Qingdao.

This large-scale production base, spread across a 165.41 hectares site, will feature 30 of the most technically advanced sound stages designed by the renowned Pinewood Studios UK. Other highlights of the complex include the world’s largest purpose-built stage-measuring 10,000m² - along with China’s most advanced temperature-controlled underwater stage and the country’s largest exterior water tank.

WANDA STUDIOS will roll out a backlot featuring a combination of natural scenery and custom-built locations. Occupying 36.45 hectares of land, the backlot will accommodate a wide range of location shooting needs.

2017年夏天，极影视觉国际总部将计划在全新的青岛万达东方影视城正式开张。
