• Conducted User Research on new SolidWorks users to identify pain points and improve usability. • Identified and developed use case scenarios, carried out Persona testing and uncovered problems faced by new users and workflow issues in the software. • Translated research findings into design solutions to improve the usability for new users. • Collaborated closely with developers and PMs to conduct an Accessibility audit on the eDrawings native app based on WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 accessibility standards and guidelines. • Provided recommendations to improve Accessibility using PURE (Practical Usability Ratings by Expert) analysis.

• Conducted User Research to identify the needs of chefs and dining managers in planning Inventory. • Designed wireframes and high fidelity prototypes for the data visualization dashboard. The new dashboard provided an overview of food waste, cut revenue losses and reduced food waste by 30%.
