Cng tng t nh lnh Rectangle Pattern trong phn Part Design, Cng c Dm dng to cc i tng bng cch copy mt i tng theo mt phng xc nh. _ Click vo Multi-Instantiation Instantate xut hin. trn thanh cng c. Hoc vo Insert > Dm. Hp thoi Multi

Nhp cc thng s cho hp thoi : - Component to Instantiate : Chn i tng thc hin lnh. - Prameters: Chn kiu nhp thng s. + Instance(s) & Spacing: Nhp s i tng v khong cch gia cc i tng (1).

New Instance(s): S lng cc i tng cn to mi. S dng ny khi kiu nhp thng s l kiu (1) hoc kiu (2). - Spacing: Khong cch gia cc i tng. S dng ny khi kiu nhp thng s l kiu (1) hoc kiu (3). - Length: Chiu di t i tng gc n i tng cui. S dng ny khi kiu nhp thng s l kiu (2) hoc kiu (3). - Axis: Chn mt trc ta lm hng to cc i tng mi. - OR Select Element: Chn mt ng thng lm hng to i tng mi. - Reverse: o ngc hng va chn. - Result: Hp thoi thng bo vector n v ca phong to i tng. V d nu phng to i tng l X th vector n v to i tng l: (1, 0, 0). Nu phng to i tng l Y th gi tr ca vc t to i tng l: (0, 1, 0) vvTa c th nhp phng to i tng vo ny. - Define As Default: Gi li cc thng s thc hin lnh Fast Multi- Istantiation. Ch : Mi ln Click vo Apply l mt ln thc hin lnh nhng hp thoi vn m cho php ta thc hin tip cc lnh khc.3/ Cng c Fast Multi-Instantiation

Sau khi thc hin lnh Dm v la chn Define As Default, Click vo Fast MultiInstantiation trn thanh cng c. Hoc vo Insert > Fast Multi-Instance. Sau chn i tng cn thc hin lnh th ngay lp tc cc i tng mi c to thnh theo cc thng s ca lnh Dm va thc hin. C. Cc rng buc (Constraints) trong Assembly Design Workbench. Trong mt bn v Assembly, cc rng buc c s dng sp t cc chi tit v ng v tr ca n trong bn v, cng nh t mi quan h v tr gia cc chi tit.Mt s l-u khi s dng contraints

_ Chng ta ch c th t Constraints gia hai i tng con ca mt i tng ang lm vic (Active Component). Mt Active Component s c mu xanh lc trn Specification Tree. Ch : kch hoi mt i tng thnh i tng lm vic ta Double Click ln i tng .

_ Khng th t rng buc gia cc thnh phn ca cng mt i tng. _ Khng th t rng buc gia cc nhm chi tit con trong cng mt nhm chi tit nu nhm chi tit khng phi l i tng ang lm vic. V d: Trn hnh v di y ta c th thy i tng ang lm vic l Product B.

(1). Cc i tng khng thuc cng mt i tng lm vic do khng th t rng buc. (2). Cc i tng thuc cng mt nhm chi tit nhng nhm chi tit khng phi l nhm chi tit ang lm vic. (3). Product C v Product D l i tng con ca Product B l i tung ang lm vic do c th t rng buc.

Rng buc cc i t-ng trng nhau ( Coincidence Constraint ) trn thanh cng c. Hoc vo Insert > Coincidence. Sau chn hai i tng cn t rng buc. Hp thoi Constraints Properties xut hin.

_ Nhp cc thng s cho hp thoi: - Name: t tn cho rng buc nu ta khng t th chng trnh s t t tn cho rng buc. -Supporting Elements: Thng bo cc i tng va c chn t rng buc. - Reconect: Chn li cc i tng t rng buc. Mun chn li i tng t rng buc ta Click vo i tng trong Supporting Elements ri Click vo Reconect sau chn i tng mi.

Sau khi thc hin rng buc th rng buc va to xut hin trn Specification Tree.Rng buc cc i t-ng tip xc vi nhau ( Contact Constraint )

Contact Constraint dng t cc i tng tip xc vi nhau.

_ Click vo Contact Constraint trn thanh cng c. Hoc vo Insert > Contact. Sau chn hai i tng cn t rng buc. Contact Constraint c thc hin v xut hin trn Specification Tree, biu tng Contact Constraint xut hin trn mn hnh.Rng buc khong cch gia 2 i t-ng ( Offset Constraint )

Offset Constraint dng t rng buc v khong cch gia hai i tng. Click vo Contact Constraint trn thanh cng c. Hoc vo Insert > Contact. Sau chn hai i tng cn t rng buc. Hp thoi Constraints Properties xut hin.

Nhp cc thng s cho hp thoi: Ging nh vi lnh Coincidence.

Angle Constraint dng o gc gia hai i tng, t hai i tng song song vi nhau hoc t hi i tng vung gc vi nhau. Click vo Angle Constraint trn thanh cng c. Hoc vo Insert > Angle. Sau chn hai i tng cn t Constraints. Hp thoi Constraints Properties xut hin.

Nhp cc thng s cho hp thoi: - Chn kiu rng buc: + Perpendicularity: t cc i tng vung gc vi nhau. + Prallelism: t cc i tng song song vi nhau. +Angle: t cc i tng to vi nhau mt gc no . Sector: Chn v tr t gc, c 4 v tr t gc c th la chn:

- Angle: Nhp gi tr gc gia hai i tng. - OK: Kt thc Angle Constraint v ng hp thoi.C nh v tr ca i t-ng trong khng gian ( Fix )

Fix dng t c nh v tr mt i tng trong khng gian bn v.

Sau khi chn i tng mt biu tng hnh ci neo mu xanh xut hin chng t i tng c c nh trong khng gian bn v. Ch : Khi double-Click vo Fix va to, hp thoi Constraints Definition xut hin. Lick vo More hp thoi c dng nh sau.

B la chn Fix in space sau Click vo OK ng hp thoi, by gi lnh Fix b v hiu ha.C nh v tr tng oi ca 1 nhm i t-ng ( Fix Together )

Cng c Fix Together dng t mt nhm cc i tng c nh tng i vi nhau. Tc l v tr tng i ca cc i tng cng chu nh hng ca Fix Together l khng thay i nhng v tr ca c nhm c th thay i i vi cc i tng khng thuc nhm. Click vo Fix Together Together xut hin. trn thanh cng c. Hoc vo Insert > Fix Together. Hp thoi Fix

Chn cc i tng cn t rng buc, tn ca cc i tng s xut hin trong hp thoi.

Cng c Quick Constraint dng t nhanh rng buc gia cc i tng. Ty tng loi i tng khc nhau chng trnh s t t cc rng buc ph hp. Rng buc s c to ra theo th t u tin: Surface Contact, Angle, Coincidence, Offset, Perpendicularity. Click vo Quick Constraint trn thanh cng c. Hoc vo Insert > Quick Constraint. Sau chn cc i tng cn t rng buc, rng buc tng ng s c to ra. Ch : Th t u tin trn c th thay i: Vo Tool > Options. Trong hp thoi Options chn Mechanical Design > Assembly Design. Chn tab Constraints > Quick constraint.

Bin i mt contraint thnh mt contraint khc ( Change Contraint )

Cng c Change Constraint cho php thay i mt Constraint to thnh mt Constraint khc. Click vo Change Constraint trn thanh cng c. Sau Click vo Constraint cn thay i, hp thoi Change Type xut hin.\

Trong hp thoi Change Type, ta chn loi Constraint ri Click vo OK thc hin s thay i.Khng kch hot hay kch hot mt constraint ( Deactive/Active )

Cc Constraint trng thi bnh thng lun c kch hot ngay sau khi n c to ra. Khi mt Constraint khi khng c kch hot th cc chc nng rng buc ca n s khng cn tc dng. V d: a Coicedence.21 v trng thi khng c kch hot, ta Click chut phi ln Coicedence.21 trn Specification Tree hoc trn mn hnh ha. T menu trng thi chn Coincedence.21 object > Deactivate.

Cc Constraint trng thi khng c kch hot s c biu tng Deactivate trn Specification Tree v c mu trng trn mn hnh ha. Mun kch hot li cc Constraint ta lm tng t nh trn v chnTm cc contraint ca i t-ng

Activate.

Mt i tng c th c nhiu Constraint khc nhau, bnh thng khi quan st trn bn v ta kh c th bit c mt i tng c nhng Constraint no. tm v chn cc Constraint ca i tng mt cch nhanh chng v d dng, v d tm cc Constraint ca CRIC_BRANCH1, ta Click chut phi ln CRIC_BRANCH1 trn Specification Tree, t menu trng thi chn CRIC_BRANCH1.1object > Component Constraints. Cc Constraint thuc CRIC_BRANCH1 s t ng sng ln trn Specification Tree.Cp nht 1 constraint ( Updating an Assembly )

Updating mt bn Assembly c ngha l a tt c cc i tng c trong bn v v ng v tr ca n theo cc rng buc t.

Trung tm o to v ng dng cng ngh VTech 2009Mt Constraint cha c Update s c mu en trn mn hnh v c biu tng Update bn cnh tn ca n trn Specification Tree. Ta c th iu khin qu trnh Update ca bn v: Tool > Options. Trong hp thoi Options chn Mechanical Design > Assembly Design. Chn tab General > Update.

Update ton b bn Assembly ta Click vo Update trn thanh cng c, tc th ton b cc rng buc c trong bn v s c Update, a tt c cc i tng v ng v tr ca n. Update mt Constraint, ta Click chut phi ln Constraint , t menu trng thi chn *object > Update. Khi cc Constraint c Update n s c mu xanh trn mn hnh ha.Kim tra v thay i cc thuc tnh ca constraint

Click chut phi ln Constraint cn kim tra, chn Properties t menu trng thi. Hp thoi Properties xut hin.
