V0121 Giáo Trình Thí nghim Đin TCông Sut TTCN Đin - 58 - 1. Gii thiu Đin tcông sut là mt ngành mi ca Đin t. Trong mt thi gian dài, thut ngđin tđược nói đến chvkhía cnh điu khin hthng. Lý do ca vn đề ny là vì các đèn đin tban đầu giá thành thp không có khnăng cp đủ dòng cho ti hot động. Điu ny có nghĩa là vphương din điu khin hthng đã gim được giá thành và tiết kim được khong không gian chiếm chnhưng vphương din dòng ti vn phi được thiết lp da trên s”biến đổi vđin”. Đến năm 1949, chuyn tiếp PN mi ca bán dn được phát minh. Điu ny đã giúp hoàn tt khnăng to được dòng ti ln vphương din đin. Tđây nó đã cho ra đời mt lĩnh vc mi : Đin tcông sut.Tuy nhiên điu ny không chkhng định vmt năng lượng mà còn cvmt đin tđiu khin tương ng. Mt cách cơ bn có thnói rng Đin tcông sut là nhng gì dùng để biến đổi, hòa trn và phân phi năng lượng đin bng công cđin t.     nh v mt nng lng m cn c v mt in t iu khin tng ng. Mt cch c bn c th ni rng in t cng sut l nhng g dng bin i, ha trn v phn phi nng lng in bng cng c in t.

Trong trng hp nu chuyn i trc tip t in p DC U1 thnh in p DC U2 m khng qua h thng in p AC th c xem l b chuyn i trc tip DC.

    2. Chnh lu khng iu khin

    2.1 Mch chnh lu bn k 1 pha khng iu khin M1U

    2.1.1 Tng qut

    Cch n gin nht ca vic i dng xoay chiu thnh dng mt chiu l s dng trng thi m v trng thi tt ca diode. Hnh 2.1.1 minh ha cho 1 mch nh vy.

    Diode V1 chuyn sang trng thi dn khi in p chnh Us vt in p ngng ca diode. Trong khong thi gian dn ny, dng mt chiu Id chy qua in tr RL .Diode V1 kha li khi in p chnh Us ri xung di ngng in p ca diode.

    Nh vy diode ch cho php dng in chy qua trong khong thi gian ng vi bn k dng ca in p chnh. Bin ca dng in c xc nh bi gi tr ca in tr ti RL. Dng sng ca n ng dng vi bn k dng ca in p chnh t vo.

    2.2 Mch chnh lu cu mt pha khng iu khin B2U

    2.2.1 Tng qut

    Mch in c s dng nhiu nht bin i trc tip dng din AC l mch chnh lu cu khng iu khin B2U. Vi mch ny, 4 diode c kt ni nhau to thnh dng cu.

    2.3 Mch chnh lu 3 pha hnh tia khng iu khin

    2.3.1 Tng qut

    Mch im gia 3 xung khng iu khin M3U thng c ni n nh l mch im gia dng 3 pha .Ging nh mch im gia n xung M1U, y l mch chnh lu na sng. in p ng vo UL1, UL2 ,UL3 c cng im tham chiu vi in p ng ra Ud, tn ca n l dy dn N.

    Mch in c thit lp lm sng t mt iu rng dng in ch c th chy qua 1 trong cc diode khi in p pha tng ng ln hn Ud.

    Ghi ch :

    Nhn L1....N thay th cho L1.....N nhm mun nhn mnh rng c mt s cch ly v in gia li

    in v mch chnh lu.

    UL2 c in p pha ln nht trong khong t 150 n 270.T 270 n 300 th lp li in p pha vt tri cho UL3 v diode V3 ti dng Id . Nh vy mi diode ti dng trong 1/3 chu k . Khi 1 diode chuyn dng c hiu l mt s chuyn mch.Chng ta ni rng dng in chuyn mch t V1 sang V2 ti 150.

    Khc vi dng in trong mch in im gia n xung khng iu khin M1U, dng in ny khng th c hnh thnh t mc 0. Chng ta bo rng y l dng in khng gin on.

    Nu 3 diode c kt ni sao cho m cc c im ni chung , s rt gn c th c m rng sang M3UC. Nu cc diode c ni chung ti dng cc, vn s c gii quyt c th mch M3UA.

    2.4 Mch chnh lu cu 3 pha khng iu khin B6U

    2.4.1 Tng qut

    Mch cu 6 xung khng iu khin B6U cn c gi l mch cu dng 3 pha khng iu khin cng c th c xem nh mt dng ni tip ca 2 mch im gia 3 xung khng iu khin M3U d dng cho vic tm hiu hn.

    Hnh 2.4.1.1 trnh by s m t ny

    Cc diode V1, V3 v V5 to thnh mch M3U cung cp mt in p dng cho ng ra l Ud1 so vi im gia N ca bin th. Chng ta cng ni n mch M3UC bi v cc m cc ca 3 diode to thnh 1 im ni chung cho mch chnh lu.

    Khi cc diode V4, V6, v V2 mc theo hng ngc chiu vi in p pha, kt qu dn n mt in p m Ud2 xut hin ng ra cho mch M3U ny.     3. Chnh lu c iu khin

    3.1 Mch chnh lu 1 pha bn k c iu khin M1C

    3.1.1 Tng qut

    Nu mun tc ng n bin in p ng ra ca mch chnh lu, ta cn dng n nhng van c th iu khin c, l Thyristor. Vi s h tr ca thyristor, mt mch chnh lu c th c thit lp

    m vic kch dn 1 van c lm tr v v th mt phn in p ng ra b ct b. iu ny c hiu l iu khin pha cc cng bng hiu ng chnh lu. NHng mi quan h c bn c th c gii thch khi dng mt mch in ch vi 1 thyristor. y l mch im gia n xung c iu khin M1U.     3.5.1 Tng qut

    3.7.1 Tng qut

    V nguyn tc in p ra ca chnh lu cu 3 pha B6C cng cn c gi l chnh lu cu 6 xung c to ra ging nh trong mch chnh lu cu 3 pha khng iu khin B6U. C hai mch y c th c coi nh l s kt hp ca 2 mch chnh lu 3 pha hnh tia trong mt mch chnh lu bn

    Phn ny chng ta dng iu khin in p xoay chiu mt pha (cng c bit n nh b bin i trc tip AC ) in hnh cho mch bin i in p xoay chiu.
