mother left when he was barely a year

Homes of HopeOf the 16 million AIDS orphans globally, nearly 15 million live in sub-Saharan Africa. In the aftermath of the epidemic, families were ripped apart, virtually destroying the familial system and creating an entire generation of orphans.

At the height of the crisis, World Help began building Homes of Hope for those left behind. These unique facilities are caring for children and young adults directly impacted by the devastation of AIDS. Each child receives nutritious food, education, medical attention, and is raised in a safe and loving environment. These homes make up “Villages of Hope.”

ImpactLast year’s Gifts of Hope campaign was the most successful to

date, and World Help couldn’t be more grateful for the lives

forever changed as a result.

Through vocational training, you empowered young women

previously enslaved to prostitution. You gave the gift of God’s

Word to villagers in rural Bangladesh who had never heard the
