• Don’t know how to protect ourselves from computer radiation(电脑辐射 )

• Don’t know the proper way to sit

• We always use computers for a long time without a rest

My Suggestions The screen should not be set too bright

We’d better not eat food when we use computers

Take short breaks at least once an hour to stretch(伸展) your body
