首先，祝賀各位獲得 2019 年度的 GOOD DESIGN AWARD。也非常感謝各位能攜這些傑出的設計作品參與到本年度的 GOOD DESIGN AWARD 評選。

經過數月的嚴格審查，評選出了「2019 年度的優良設計」，為了與社會大眾共享這些優秀設計的意義，本年度也將舉辦獲獎展 GOOD DESIGN EXHIBITION 2019。

GOOD DESIGN EXHIBITION 2019 作為一項能夠了解年度設計潮流的日本最大規模之設計活動，通過Tokyo Midtown 的各處展示空間，向大家介紹生機勃勃的新鮮設計。

本年度獲獎展的主題設定為「GOOD DESIGN MUSEUM」。來場者可以在入口處先觀覽 GOOD DEISGN AWARD 的歷史和時代變遷後，再與最新的獲獎作品相遇。除了展示之外，會場中將舉辦國內外獲獎設計師和評審委員的對談活動以及研討會。廣受好評的「GOOD DESIGN STORE」也將以 POP-UP Store 的形式進駐，為來場者提供第一時間獲得新鮮設計的機會。此外，本年度的 LONGLIFE DESIGN AWARD 的展示將轉移至 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT 的 GALLERY 3 舉辦。我們將以豐富多彩的方式，令來場者體驗生活中的優良設計。衷心希望各位獲獎者可以積极參与，充分、有效地展現獲獎設計的卓越之處。

獲獎展首日的「頒獎典禮」，將在大家的慶祝中，進行 GOOD DESIGN GRAND AWARD 選出會。來場的獲獎者將有機會和評審委員一同投票選出 2019 年最具代表性的設計。

為了方便各位獲獎者有效地將展品送至會場，主辦方委託 YAMATO LOGISTICS 提供有償的代理服務。代理服務的內容包括：接受來自海外的展示品、運送至會場、開箱、設置、收拾裝箱、寄回。選擇該服務的獲獎者，無需親自來日本會場。※ 該服務需提前申請，請於截止日期 9 月 20 日前向官方指定代理服務商申請。

①搬入、搬出時請獲獎者管理好自己的展示品，出現問題主辦方概不負責。嚴禁將展示品直接郵送至會場。如無法親自前來，請提前申請官方指定的代理服務。

②駕車前來時，請勿擅自將車輛停在會場附近，嚴禁擅自設置臨時置物區。請有效利用會場周邊的收費停車場。

［搬入・搬出路徑圖］

※Tokyo Midtown （Roppongi）中有兩處停車場，如果滿車的情況下，請利用附近的一般停車場。請不要隨意將車輛停放至會場附近。

■獲獎者 （AWARD WINNER） 入場證搬入・搬出時請一定佩戴官方發送的獲獎者入場證。主辦方會提前向每位獲獎者郵送五張入場證。

※ 有多件作品獲獎、由他人代為搬入、搬出等情況下，可以向主辦方追加申請入場證。 申請方式：編寫申請郵件，發送至 info-e@help.g-mark.org 領取方式：搬入當日攜帶入場者名片，告知會場前台工作人員 ENTRY NO. 後獲取。

■搬出的注意事項・會場將不提供撤展的相關工具，如需使用請自行準備。・會場的通電結束時間為 11 月 4 日 19:00，此後將不提供撤展電力。撤展所需工具的電力請自行準備。・會場的清掃・廢棄物處理、設置・撤除期間展示區域內的清掃將由參展者負責。展示區域內的廢棄物，請參展者自行帶走。如果展示區域內留有廢棄物及展示品，主辦方將回收、丟棄，之後會向該當參展者徵收廢材處理費（5，500 日圓/ 件）。

■搬入的注意事項・捆包材料等廢棄物請自行帶走。會場不設保管處或廢棄處。・會場及主辦方事務局一律不接受獲獎作品的郵送。如無法親自前來布展，請利用官方指定的代理服務。 （申請辦法請參閱本指南的 P20 〜）

・會場將不提供布展相關的工具，如需使用請自行準備。・請自行準備展示時的安保措施（如設置透明罩、防盜鏈等）。

在指定展示會場進行搬入手續具體展示位置，主辦方將於 10 月中旬另行通知。入場前，請一定於各會場的前台進行簽到手續，簽到完成後再進行搬入作業。※ 請嚴格遵守出展規則和各自的展示空間。如有違反規定，主辦方有權進行調整和撤除。

1. 關於展示GOOD DESIGN EXHIBITION 2019 是主辦方和獲獎者一同，將獲獎作品的成果和優點傳達給社會，和參觀者

共享的平台。因此希望各位能夠簡潔明了地展示各自的作品。

1）關於展示空間

每件獲獎作品的展示空間限定為 1 個展示單元 （600mm×600mm 或 400mm×400mm 或 1 張懸掛式

展板）。

因會場展示空間的限制，無法追加申請展示單元。

（高度和重量的限制請參閱 P12 〜 「關於展示方式」）

2）關於展示物

原則上要求所有獲獎者必須展出獲獎作品的實物。

但是，若獲獎作品為無法搬入或無法展示的作品 （①實物超出規定的尺寸或重量②建築、室內等空間類

作品③服務類等無形的作品），需要參展者準備能夠簡潔明了說明作品要點的展板，代替實物展出。（詳

見 P12 〜 「關於展示方式」）

需要輔助用具 （支架、透明罩等）進行展示時，請直接將成品搬入，儘可能避免在現場組裝。搬入作業

時，禁止使用發出聲響的工具。

2. 展示的注意點・若為了補充說明展示物而使用宣傳冊、展板、動畫等輔助物品時，儘可能以簡潔的方式呈現，禁止以商業

宣傳為目的展示。

・獲獎者的搬入布置結束後，如出現不遵守展示規定、不符合本展宗旨、影響其他參展者的情況，主辦方有

權進行調整，必要時進行撤除。

3. 會場的留守因為展場空間有限，且為了不妨礙參觀者的通行，禁止參展者留守各自的展示區域。

會期中，開場前 30 分鐘，參展者可提前入場整理自己的展示品。（入場時必須佩帶獲獎者入場證）

關於展示方式041. 獲獎者的申請

獲獎者需要在 9 月 4 日〜 11 日登錄 ENTRY SITE，填寫「獲獎展展示」的相關資料（展示方式、展示配件 ※

可選）。由於會場空間的限制，一件獲獎作品只能申請 1 單元空間 （600mm×600mm 或 400mm×400mm

或 1 張懸掛式展板），主辦方將根據參賽者提供的 ENTRY DATA 決定每件作品的展示空間大小。一律不接

受任何理由的空間追加申請。

另外，9 月 4 日〜 11 日期間也需要獲獎者進行「公開資料校正」。根據該資料，主辦方將製作獲獎展的展示

標牌。

1）關於展示方式

本獲獎展秉持 GOOD DESIGN AWARD 的主旨，根據獲獎作品的性質，為參展者提供 4 種展示方式。置

於檯面（400）和懸掛式展板的展示方式將由主辦方指定。

2）關於各種展示配件

在展示中，如需要使用展板支架和電源等，也請在9月4日〜11日通過ENTRY SITE進行申請 （詳見

P18）。

※映像播放器可由參展者自行準備。※不提供網路，如需使用請自行準備wifi設備。

3）標牌資料的確認

主辦方將為參展者製作說明用標牌，屆時會統一貼付在展台等的指定位置。原則上將使用 9 月 4 日〜

11 日期間獲獎者在 ENTRY SITE 的 「Release Info」處填寫的資料。9 月 12 日以後，該處的資料無法變

更，還請慎重填寫。

標牌的記載內容項目如下所示，

・獲獎號碼

・獲獎作品名 一般名稱＋固有名稱

・獲獎企業名

・Producer/Director/Designer （※ 因排版的需要，文字數過多的獲獎作品，標牌將特別對應）

※主辦方指定 該展示方式適用於建築物、設施、空間、環境等設計以及大型的獲獎作品，為了會場的統一性，一律使用A1尺寸的展板（1張）。

2. 獲獎展中主辦方提供的服務

1）展示位置的劃分GOOD DESIGN AWARD 獲 獎 展 作 品 主 要 將 被 展 示 於 Midtown Conference (4F) 和 DESIGN HUB

（5F）的展場。每件作品的展示位置由主辦方根據獲獎作品的設計類別和所選擇的展示方式進行統籌規劃，10 月中旬通過郵件通知各位參展者。一概不接受來自參展者的展示希望 （例如，同一企業作品的集中展示等）。

2）空間和展台的設置主辦方將根據展示位置和參展者所選擇的展示方式，設置展台及相關配件 （電源插座、播放設備等）。

3）展場內的照明各展場內的照明將由主辦方以適於參觀者觀看為主旨，統一進行調配。

4）標牌以參展者在 ENTRY SITE 中填寫並確認的 「Release Info」為準，統一製作標牌並貼付在展台上。

［展示可能區域］ ・寬幅 540mm×縱深 450mm×高 850mm ・展示標牌由主辦方提供。 ・展示區域僅限於桌面上， 桌面以下不可設置展示物 （不可將布或展 示物垂放至地面）。

・請保持展台左右為開放狀態 （不可以做左右封閉式展示空間） 。・為了展示效果，請將支架或者展板的背面都進行適當的美觀處理。

［重量限制］ ・展台最大承重總計 50kg。

［展板／映像器材的使用］ ・如果需要展板作為補充說明材料， 請製作 1張不超過 A1尺寸縱向的展板，必須提前申請並使用主辦方提供的展板支架 （免費）。

・支架對應厚 5-7mm厚度， 無邊框的輕質展板 （有邊框則無法使用主辦方提供的支架）。

・設置影像器材的場合，請採用不超過展示面積區域大小的設備。

※主辦方推薦採用能夠體驗的展示方式， 但是請嚴格遵守展示規則且一定不能影響到相鄰參展者的正常展示。

1. 配電施工 如果獲獎作品通常是通電使用的，那麼也請以通電狀態進行展示。所有的展品如需用電及設置電源，都必須提前向主辦

方進行申請。請於 9 月 11 日前登錄報名網站，就每一件展品的用電及電源設置提交申請。

計算用電量 作為會場的 Tokyo Midtown Conference 及 DESIGN HUB，因環境設施的原因，消費電力有限。為了能為參展者提供

安定的用電環境，需要統計每件展品展示所需的用電量，請儘早登錄 Entry Site 確認該項資料。

※ 一般產品說明書中都會記載消費電力，也可通過（V：電壓）x（A：電流）進行計算得出。另，作為可選設備的 20 英寸

液晶顯示器 +DVD 套件的合計消費電力為 60W。

關於消費電力的施工費及用電費用 為了對應展示所需的消費電力（必須包含獲獎作品、展示用 PC、顯示器、DVD 套件及其他周邊設備）， 針對每個申請單

位都要進行配電施工，進而產生相應的費用。請務必登錄 Entry Site 進行申請（50W 以上的申請單位為 100W)。例如所

有設備所需的消費電力為 80W, 則需要申請 100W。

展示物與會場的管理061. 展示的安保和責任歸屬

・非公開期間，主辦方對展示物的破損、丟失以及被盜等負有管理責任，一般公開期間（包含搬入，搬出期間），上述責任

則由獲獎者自行承擔。

・為了讓參觀者能夠更好地體驗優良設計，本獲獎展採取參觀者自由觸摸展品的展覽方式。由於一般公開期間會有眾多參

觀者來場並對作品進行觀賞，請各位獲獎者根據自身需要，對作品進行防護，防盜措施（設置透明展示罩或者防盜鎖鏈等）。

※ 每日一般公開前 30 分鐘，獲獎者可以提前進場對作品進行確認或調整，請有效利用該時間段。

・獲獎展期間，因天災等不可抗力所造成的損失和事故等，主辦方對此不負責任。

・獲獎者在展品的搬入、搬出、施工、展示以及設置作業時，需小心謹慎，防止事故的發生。主辦方從防止事故發生的視點

出發，判定有危險時，可以對上述作業進行限制或中止，並且可以要求獲獎者負擔防止事故發生所必須的措施。

2. 由獲獎者負責的事項因獲獎作品的知識財產權、品質、性能、安全性以及施工等造成的問題，一律由獲獎者自身承擔，主辦方概不負責。

3. 規定的遵守和變更獲獎者以及相關人員必須遵守本指南所記載的規定。此外，在不得已的特殊情況發生後，主辦方有可能會變更相關規定。

4. 其它規定在展示中，請遵守下述規定。主辦方一旦發現下述違規行為，將立刻予以中止。

1）展示必須在獲獎者事先申請的空間內進行。

2）由於會場整體的噪音對策，請將音響等的音量設定在 60phon 以下。

3）會期中 24 小時通電。對於照明等因長時間持續通電而發熱的展品等，請設置會場工作人員可方便開關的電源按鈕，並

在搬入時向會場工作人員傳達。

5. 會場的安保1）會場的清掃・廢棄物的處理、設置・拆除期間展示空間內的清掃等均由獲獎者自行承擔。請獲獎者自行帶走展示空間

內產生的廢棄物等。如果展示空間內（包含展示空間周圍）放置有廢棄物時，主辦方將強制回收，並在日後向獲獎者請款

廢材處理費（實際費用）。

2）恢復展示空間的原樣

展示空間必須在 11 月 5 日 13：00 之前完全恢復布展前的狀態。如果未能完全恢復或未能在規定期間內完成恢復時，主辦

方將代為實施，恢復所需的費用均由獲獎者承擔。

※ 主辦方所準備的展示設備、電線設備等會由主辦方自行撤除。

6．會場內的拍攝行為（一般公開期間）1）參觀者的拍攝行為

主辦方本著推廣優良設計的目的，將不會限制參觀者對於參展作品的拍攝行為。

2）獲獎者的拍攝行為

如果獲獎者針對自身展示進行拍攝，建議在一般公開前的準備時間內進行，如果需要在公開期間進行拍攝時，請優先參觀

者，不要影響其正常的觀賞。

3）媒體等的拍攝行為

主辦方認可的媒體工作人員將獲得「PRESS 證」，佩戴「PRESS 證」的媒體工作人員進行拍攝時，請儘可能提供方便。

Basically quarantine office can freely release or put examination order to any importers. In case of examination order, it takes at least 7-10 days for analyzing the sample even in the shortest case. It depends on kinds of import items in that how many days

are to be required of sample examination. In this connection, if a product may not be able to get MHLW’s approval for importation on safety standard, and exhibitor can still get a provisional import approval from MHLW limitedly on condition that they shall submit to MHLW “Declaration letter” that the product is for display only, not for tasting nor free distribution and

shall be disposed or to be re-exported out of Japan after the exhibition.

In case that you have an agent in Japan, it is advised that you should consult with the agent on how to deal with the exhibit for Good Design AWARD 2019. Whichever Formal Food Application or declaration for provisional import to governmental sector on the exhibit, a resident party in Japan as importer shall be obliged to do it under its name and responsibility. However, in case that an exhibitor has no agent in Japan, we can ask the exhibition secretariat to do it on their behalf. In this case, we will be able to liaison an exhibitor to the exhibition secretariat. (Pharmaceutical Affair’s Law) Goods, which are subjected to the Pharmaceutical Affair’s Law

in Japan, that is medical instruments, perfumery, Cosmetics or toilet preparations, Soap, Oral Dental Preparation and the like, are Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW).
