2014

Like many other high school kids this year - get caught just once doing the wrong drug, mixing the wrong pills, texting on the wrong drive and you’re grounded. That’s final.

No sports. No parties. No dating. No phone calls.

This message brought to you by the following sponsors who would rather not see you grounded permanently.

The class of 2014 was not afraid to try new things and challenge tradition. No one person has stayed

the same. Throughout our years here, we’ve broadened our horizons and found our passions. There is no doubt that after we graduate we will continue to be spontaneous. Live life to the fullest

and set the bar high for upcoming generations.

Ann Carlson, rachel Leggett & Kyle Paddock

Mesick’s Class of 2014 is very special because, since we come from a small school,

we all know each other. We have grown up together since kindergarten and have

truly bonded as a class throughout the years. Another special thing about our

class is the high number of students we have duel-enrolling and attending CTC,

which is a great advantage to have for life past high school. Our class is ready for

graduation and what lies ahead! - Clara Jurik

“Nothing we do changes the past.

- Ashleigh Brilliant

The senior class of 2014 has had many significant

accomplishments and memories. Our whole

class participated in creating a very successful

Veterans Day Assembly to honor all those that

have served and are serving our country. As a

class we have served the community in creating

successful food drive collections and blood drives,

and we have raised money for many causes,

such as Oasis and foundations that research

cancer. Our athletic teams have been especially

strong this year having multiple teams make

CHS history. History has also been made by the

music, arts, and extracurricular activities earning

numerous group and individual honors. I truly

believe that our senior class will excel in the

future and go on to do great things.

Being in a small school allow us to become much closer and more like brothers and sister, than just classmates. We also have the amazing opportunity to have gone to a Christian school for the majority of our lives. This has given us a strong foundation with which we can go into the world and confidently proclaim the Word of God.

What is special about the Lake City High School class of 2014 is that we are all very close to each other. Everybody interacts with one another making memories that will last a lifetime. It is truly a privilege to be able to experience this kind of connection with others while receiving an education. I can confidently say that I do not know of another graduating class that is quite like this one. Matthew Grieb, Class President

“We were always a class that fought and we never got along when we were younger, but as high school came and went, that left us completely. The bonds have grown so strong and memories are going to be unforgettable. The class they didn’t expect to get far is now accomplishing so much. And I honestly believe that the places we go

and the things we do will be incredible. Amber Dzikowicz

BradI am SO proud of you! You have grown into a remarkable man of integrity. I believe in you and know you are going to accomplish great things!

What is special about the class of 2014 is that we are very close; we all stick together and help each other. We build each other up and

offer encouragement to those who need it. We have always been a pretty tight-knit class, most of us hanging out outside of school. Many of us

will stay in touch after high school is done.

We started as three, then became one. It’s hard to believe we’re almost done. Through the ups and downs we stood strong, because we know that we will always be one. We are by each other’s side without a doubt, we’re the class of 2014, peace out!

Devyn Powell & Alexis Stokely

Our class has become closer over the years through many events. A memory that stands out is when our class beat the seniors in the spirit week competition during homecoming. We came together as one to cheer and participate in games to earn points. Our class holds a lot of strong friendships and bonds. Those friendships and

memories will last beyond our high school years.
