Pavimento elevado Raised flooring Carrelages surlevsEl Pavimento Tcnico Elevado seaplica como solucin tcnica a lasinstalaciones de cableado, tantopara edificios nuevos como paraaquellos en fase de rehabilitacin, yaque se puede instalar sobre soleras orecrecidos en forjados con unaadecuada nivelacin o sobrepavimentos existentes. Los soportesson regulables en altura y si esnecesario se pueden salvardiferencias superiores a 50 cm.

Otra de las aplicaciones ms usualesdel pavimento tcnico elevado es lapavimentacin de azoteas transitablesy terrazas exteriores, debido a que elsistema facilita la evacuacin deaguas pluviales y mejora elaislamiento trmico del edificio.

Raised flooring is applied as atechnical solution for wiring in bothnew buildings and thoseundergoing refurbishment, as it canbe installed on curbs or footingswith adequate levelling or overexisting flooring. The height of thesupports can be adjusted ifnecessary, creating spaces inexcess of 50 cm.

Al disponer de un acabadoesmaltado vitrificado ofrece unaalta resistencia a los agentesqumicos. La gran variedad depiezas especiales permite resolvercualquier acabado y conseguir unalto nivel de higiene.

Sanigres, flooring and cladding forindustrial spaces and sectors(chemical, pharmaceutical, dairy,wine production, etc.). Sanigres isextruded stoneware with zerosurface absorption, which does notstain, and therefore guarantees ahygienic environment.

En la COLOCACIN DEL GRES EXTRUSIONADO GRESMANC, bsicamente se tienen que tener en cuenta lossiguientes puntos:

Ejecutar una solera de mortero de cemento sobre la impermeabilizacin existente de 3 cmmnimo. En el caso de no existir impermeabilizacin, realizaremos una solera de 7 a 10 cmsobre el hormign ( En ambos casos si el material est colocado en el exterior y recogeaguas, la pendiente mnima ser del 1%).

Sobre la solera anterior, se extender una capa de mortero cola Gresmanc o similar tipo C2TES1 flexible, con una llana dentada de 6 8 mm, colocando paos no superiores a 1m2.

Las piezas se colocarn presionndolas hasta obtener un total aplastamiento y correctaadherencia, (TODO EL PAVIMENTO EN EL MISMO SENTIDO DE LAS RANURAS POSTERIORESDE LA PIEZA), siempre respetando las juntas en la colocacin de piezas (6 mm a 10 mm),las juntas de dilatacin en el solado (Cada 4 ml o cada 16 m2), juntas perimetrales yestructurales.

Una vez colocado todo el pavimento pasaremos a l rellenado de las juntas con un materialde rejuntado Gresmanc de junta ancha o similar tipo CG2 S1 impermeable y flexible, NUNCAMORTERO, hasta obtener un relleno completo de la junta. Las juntas perimetrales,estructurales y de dilatacin del propio solado se tratarn con material flexible impermeable,(masilla de poliuretano) para que pueda absorber las dilataciones del solado y no causeninguna rotura en el pavimento.

CORTE DE PIEZAS

El corte de las piezas debe realizarse con rulina de vidia gruesa o en mesa de corte por va hmeda, utilizando discos de diamante de corte continuo.

COLOCACIN DE ESCALERAS

Para la formacin de la escalera con piezas de Gresmanc, es necesario que todas y cada una de las piezas que la forman, peldao, tabicay zanqun, estn fabricadas por Gresmanc. Esto debe ser as, para conseguir la total homogenizacin de las dilataciones en el conjunto.

In the instalment of GRESMANC extruded stoneware, the following points have to be taken into account:

Lay a base of cement mortar of at least 3 cm over the existing waterproofing. If there is nowaterproofing, a base of 7 to 10 cm will be laid over the concrete (in both cases, if thematerial is installed outside and receives water, the minimum slope will be 1%).

Over this base, a layer of Gresmanc high-bond mortar or similar, of flexible C2TE S1 typewill be laid, with a 6- or 8-mm toothed trowel, laying areas of not more than 1m2.

The pieces will be put in place, pressing down on them to obtain complete flattening andcorrect adherence (ALL THE PAVING IN THE SAME DIRECTION AS THE REAR SLITS OF THEPIECE), always respecting the joints in the placement of parts (6 mm to 10 mm), theexpansion joints on the flooring (Every 4 ml or every 16 m2), perimeter and structural joints.

Once the entire flooring has been laid, the joints will be filled in with a wide-joint Gresmancjointing material or similar, of impermeable and flexible CG2 S1 type, NEVER MORTAR, untilthe joint is completely filled. The perimeter, structural and expansion joints will be treatedwith flexible, impermeable material (polyurethane putty) so it can absorb expansions of theflooring without breakages.

THE CUTTING OF PIECES

The pieces should be cut with a thick roller guide or on a wet cutting table, using continuous-rim diamond cutting discs.

INSTALMENT OF STEPS

For the formation of a step with Gresmanc pieces, all of the parts which comprise it tread, upright member, baseboard must bemanufactured by Gresmanc. This is necessary in order to achieve complete uniformity of expansions in the step as a whole.

Normes de posePour la pose du grs extrud GRESMANC, il faut tenir compte essentiellement des lments suivants:

Excuter un sol en mortier de ciment sur l'impermabilisation existante de 3 cm minimum.S'il ny a pas dimpermabilisation, nous excuterons un sol de 7 10 cm sur le bton.(Dans les deux hypothses, si le matriau est pos lextrieur et il reoit de leau,linclinaison minimum sera de 1%).

Sur le sol original on tendra une couche de mortiercolle Gresmanc ou similaire du typeC2TE S1 flexible, avec une taloche dente de 6 8 mm, en posant des pices nonsuprieures 1m2.

Les pices seront poses en exerant de la pression jusqu leur aplatissement total et unebonne adhrence (TOUT LE DALLAGE DANS LE MME SENS DES RAINURES POSTRIEURESDE LA PICE), en respectant les joints dans la pose des pices (6 mm 10 mm), les jointsde dilatation sur le sol (tous les 4 ml o tous les 16 m2), les joints de pourtour et structuraux.

Une fois tout le dallage pos, nous procderons au remplissage des joints avec un matrielde jointement Gresmanc joint large ou similaire du type CG2 S1 impermable et flexible.NE JAMAIS UTILISER DU MORTIER, jusqu lobtention du remplissage complet du joint. Lesjoints de pourtour, structuraux et de dilatation du sol seront traits avec du matriel flexibleimpermable (mastic en polyurthane) afin dabsorber les dilatations du sol et dviter decasser le dallage.

COUPE DES PICES

La coupe des pices doit tre effectue avec disque de widia pais ou bien sur une table pour coupe humide en utilisant des disques diamants de coupe continue.

POSE DES ESCALIERS

Pour la formation de lescalier avec des pices Gresmanc, il faut que toutes et chacune des pices (marche, contre-marche et plinthe)soient fabriques par Gresmanc. Cest une condition exige pour obtenir lhomognisation totale des dilatations de lensemble.

VerlegungsanweisungenBeim Verlegen von extrudierten Klinkerplatten der Marke GRESMANC ist grundstzlich Folgendes zu bercksichtigen:

Zuerst muss auf der bestehenden Isolierschicht ein mindestens 3 cm starkesZementmrtelbett hergestellt werden. Ist keine Isolierschicht verhanden, ist dasZementmrtelbett mit 7 bis 10 cm Strke direkt auf den Betonboden aufzutragen (in beidenFllen ist bei Verlegung im Freien zum Wasserablauf ein Mindestgeflle von 1% vorzusehen).

Auf diese Bettung ist mit einer gezahnten Kelle der Gre 6 oder 8 mm eine SchichtKlebemrtel Mortero Cola Gresmanc oder ein hnliches Produkt vom Typ C2TE S1 flexible inFeldern von hchstens 1 m2 aufzutragen.

Die Verlegung der Platten erfolgt durch Eindrcken in die Bettung, bis die richtige Haftungerzielt wird (IN IDENTISCHER AUSRICHTUNG DER RILLEN AUF DER RCKSEITE DER PLATTEN),unter Bercksichtigung der Belagfugen (6 mm bis 10 mm), der Dehnungsfugen (alle 4Lngenmeter bzw. alle 16 m2), der Umfangs- und der Strukturfugen.

Una Nach Verlegung des gesamten Bodens sind die Fugen mit Ausschmiermasse Gresmancfr breite Fugen oder einer hnlichen wasserdichten und flexiblen Masse vom Typ CG2 S1 AUF KEINEN FALL MIT MRTEL komplett zu verfugen. Die Umfangs-, Struktur- undDehnungsfugen des Belags sind mit dichtem, flexiblem Material (Polyurethan-Masse) zufllen, damit ein Dehnungsspielraum hergestellt ist, durch den ein Bruch der Platten durchAusdehnung verhindert wird.

SCHNEIDENDE TEILE

Der Zuschnitt der Platten erfolgt mit kontinuierlich schneidender Diamantscheibe auf dem Nass-Schneidetisch.

VERLEGUNG VON TREPPEN

Zur Verlegung von Treppen mit Gresmanc-Teilen mssen ausschlielich Gresmanc-Produkte verwendet werden, sowohl fr die Trittstufenals auch fr die Antritte und Setzstufen. Nur so wird eine vllige Homogenisierung der Dehnungen der gesamten Struktur erzielt.

Na powyej opisanej zaprawie, naley naoy warstw zaprawy klejowej Gresmanc lubpodobnej, typu C2TE S1 elastycznego, przy pomocy pacy zbatej mierzcej 6 lub 8 mm,jednorazowo klej rozprowadzamy na nieduej powierzchni, nie przekraczajce 1m2.

Podczas ukadania pytki naley przyciska a do uzyskania ich cakowitego i poprawnegoprzyklejenia. (WSZYSTKIE PYTKI NALEY UKADA ZACHOWUJC JEDNAKOWE UOENIEROWKW NA ODWROCIE). Naley pozostawi spoiny o odpowiedniej szerokoci (od 6 mmdo 10 mm), spoiny dylatacyjne (na kade 4 mb lub na kade 16 m2), spoiny zewntrzne istrukturalne.

Po uoeniu caej powierzchni pytek przystpujemy do wypenienia spoin zapraw dospoinowania (fugowania) Gresmanc do wypeniania szerokich spoin lub podobn typu CG2S1 nieprzepuszczaln i elastyczn. NIGDY NIE NALEY UYWA DO FUGOWANIA ZAPRAWYCEMENTOWEJ. Spoiny zewntrzne, strukturalne i dylatacyjne winny zosta wypenionenieprzepuszczalnym i elastycznym materiaem (Kit poliuretanowy) zdolnym do pochanianiadylatacji podogi, przez co unikamy pknicia pytek.
