Introduction
Nowadays in our society Taiwan has become the service industry from the agriculture and industry.
Because the government is paying much attention to developing the sighting seeing , and the foreigners are also increasing to come to Taiwan. . Therefore the English has become the basic skill to the service industry.
Because there are many servicing personnel start seeking a way to improve their English.
Now in the society, there are so many ways to study English. People try to learn English for oral English and commercial English. They find ways to go to the cram school and learn the English skills concern their duty.
However, there are too many different styles of cram schools in the society. Therefore, most of the followers work on wrong ways and might give up easily.Due to the above, we are wondering to seek for a textbook introducing the professional service industry English skills.
It can help staff learn what they need for their job.Because we need to use English on working , we are looking for a textbook which can make learners easily apply to their duty .

ProcedureTeacher should read the contents of the textbook first and then explain to the students. Display the conversation CD for students with Hi-FI equipment.
Ask students to read the content of the textbook, and speak follow the CD.
Ask students to play the roles of the textbook.
The teacher make a situation for students and ask them to create the conversation of the roles in the situation.
The teacher need to score students and to evaluate their performance.
