We provide secure and reliable networking to customers who need to connect their work locations or simply require Internet access. GTS designs the optimal solution using a wide range of technologies at speeds from 1 Mbps to 100 Gbps. We are the only provider to operate a homogeneous Ethernet and MPLS IP VPN access network across the CEE region, so our customers receive a consistent service experience everywhere they operate.

GTS offers a wide range of managed, ICT and cloud solutions that help our customers improve efficiency, reduce capital investment, shorten deployment time and achieve lower total cost of ownership. Our infrastructure-as-a-service portfolio provides solutions for unified communications systems, data storage and business continuity. We use our state-of-the-art dat a centers to provide the highest performance to meet your mission critical needs.

From smaller businesses to large corporations and call centers, GTS provides a full set of voice solutions built upon the most interconnected network in the region. Our services enable simple voice access and transmission, and value-added services such as conferencing and SMS. TDM or full IP based solutions are accompanied by a set of value added services built on the latest technology to address the most demanding needs of customers.

Regional Data NetworkA global retail chain uses IP VPN services to connect nearly 1,000 stores in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. GTS provides primary and redundant services at each store and Colocation in the core of the network. The customer relies on our services for mission critical data applications like payment transactions, supply chain management and employee information systems. From this single regional network, the customer reduced operating expenses and now receives a consistent and high quality of service.

The Ice Hockey World Championships were played in different arenas in Slovakia over a few week time period. Media Line was used to deliver the high definition (HDTV) signals directly to a central studio where they were edited and broadcast to viewers. In another application, a larger global content provider uses Ethernet Line as a cost-effective alternative to satellite transmission. From its production center, HDTV content is distributed throughout the region to their pay TV operators using media industry standard

interfaces. Both solutions were designed to ensure the highest network availability and performance to ensure viewers do not miss one minute of entertainment.

A leading insurance company chose to locate their core IT systems in a separate and secure environment from their headquarters location. The need to expand and increasing power needs were just as important as their disaster recovery plan. To

focus their resources on growing their business, a GTS data center was selected and dedicated space was custom built for the customer. Leased Line services provide high bandwidth, redundant connectivity between their headquarters and the data center. Through Virtual Private Server, another customer uses

a completely managed server infrastructure to support their sales and disbursement systems and Backup to ensure the applications and data are always available.

People around the world continue to rely on the Internet for more services to simplify their lives. Interconnect provides cost effective and reliable termination of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calls throughout the CEE region. A single interconnection point allows this global service

provider to complete fixed and mobile calls in several countries. Unified network management and simplified pricing lowers cost, while its customers enjoy consistent and reliable call quality on over 15 million minutes of talk time each month.

Fiber Network

Prague

NetworkSpanning 5 core countries and connecting to 9 adjacent ones, the GTS fiber network is one of the largest in the CEE region at over 26,000 km. We have built deep access networks in 31 metropolitan areas with over 15,000 buildings connected. From industry-leading Ethernet services to low latency routes, we continually invest to expand coverage, increase capacity and provide new services.

Data CentersGTS operates 14 data state-of-the-art data centers with nearly 13,000 square meters serving thousands of customers in all of our core countries. We have the infrastructure to support requirements from single servers to dedicated rooms. Many of our data centers are major internet interconnection points and we operate several on a carrier neutral basis through our CE Colo subsidiary.

OperationsEvery element of the GTSnetwork is managed through our network operations centers (NOC). Fully equipped with leading edge systems and manned by skilled engineers, our NOCs are available day or night to our customers. We combine proactive monitoring of our network with field forces located throughout the region to ensure we can respond to any service need.

Metrics

With nearly 1,200 km of fiber and 250 radio network access points, the GTS network provides extensive access to businesses operating in the Prague metropolitan area. Many years of continuous investment provides us with this core asset. A total of 1,400 commercial buildings are on the network with more added each month.

Evolution

GTS is constantly upgrading and expanding our Prague metropolitan network. Through new multipoint and 1 Gbps Ethernet radios, we provide more services to more locations faster. With wave division multiplexing (WDM) investments, we upgrade the bandwidth capacity of our fiber in response to increasing customer demand.
