Oggi siamo market leader che esporta le sue produzioni in tutto il mondo grazie anche alle Certificazioni Uni En Iso 9001:2008 del ns. sistema qualità.Da produttori di nastri in PTFE, negli anni abbiamo saputo ampliare costantemente la gamma della nostra produzione nel settore dei trafilati per uso automobilistico, macchine movimento terra e altre applicazioni aziendali.Per rispondere ad una richiesta sempre maggiore di un prodotto più personalizzato, UNIGASKET si è gradualmente trasformata in un’azienda produttiva, specializzata in tutte le lavorazioni dei trafilati in EPDM: monocomponenti,bicomponenti e tricomponenti, ai quali si sono aggiunti, anche materiali termoplastici come PVC, TPE e SANTOPRENE che possiedono il vantaggio di una grande riciclabilità, nel rispetto delle nuove normative europee.

SETTORE AUTOMOTIVE / AUTOMOTIVEPartendo dalle matematiche della vettura, possiamo progettare e sviluppare il car set completo (giro porta, guarnizioni finestrino, guarnizioni hard top, ecc..) di una vettura, per il quale siamo in grado di realizzare dei semilavorati specifici e dedicati. Offriamo inoltre profili autoadesivi utilizzati nelle applicazioni prive della possibilità di un aggancio (per esempio, vetroresina).

We are a dynamic and versatile Italian Company that has maturated a twenty years experience in the field of the PTFE Paste Extrusion. Today we are market leader and we export our products worldwide thank also to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification of our quality system. From producers of PTFE tapes during these years we have been able to widen steady our range of articles in the field of automotive, earth moving equipment and machinery and other industrial applications. To best respond to the increasing demand for personalized products, UNIGASKET has been processing its own drawn products in EPDM of which it can offer a truly exhaustive range, including single, double, and triple components, at which has been added thermoplastic materials such as PVC, TPE, and SANTOPRENE.An advantage of these materials is that they can be easily recycled, as required by recent EU Directives.

Starting from the mathematics of a car, we are able to design and develop a complete car set (door seals, window seals, hard top seals etc.) and to manufacture special, dedicated semi-finished products. We offer also self-adhesive profiles used in applications offering poor “hooking” possibilities (e.g. fibreglass items).

In this sector, we can develop both special seals to process small orders starting from door drawings, and complete bulk series to fulfil larger orders.
