    Daniel M. Snyder

    Daniel M. Snyders lie has been consumed by an enduring love orthe Washington Redskins.Growing up in the D.C. area, his youth and young adulthood were

    haped and inspired by his devotion to the team. Now in his second decades owner, Snyder has put his passion into action. He has consistently led the

    ranchise to new prominence in the community, the business world, andhe National Football League. Under his leadership, the team has raisedmillions o dollars or charities and maintained its place in the top tier ohe worlds most valuable sports ranchises.

    Snyder, 48, is prominent in the affairs o the NFL, where his expertise inhe fields o marketing and media has been recognized with appointmentso the Broadcast Committee, the Business Ventures Committee, the Digital

    Media Committee, the Hall o Fame Committee (which oversees the Proootball Hall o Fame in Canton, Ohio), and, separately, as a member o theoard o Directors o the Pro Football Hall o Fame.

    Te Redskins, who continue to be ranked among the worlds most valu-ble sports ranchises on Forbes magazines annual list, remain at the ore-ront o NFL marketing and business organizations. Since buying the team,nyder has launched a highly successul retail arm, with more than a dozen

    In June 2012, Snyder and the Redskins reaffirmed the teams commit-ment to the Commonwealth o Virginia, announcing that team will retain

    s corporate headquarters by improving Redskins Park, its Loudoun Coun-y training acility. In the 2013 offseason, Snyder and the Redskins beganmprovements to Redskins Park, including upgrades to the weight room,thletic training acility, locker room, hydrotherapy stations, media avail-bility areas, in-house caeteria and more. In addition, the Redskins an-ounced their intention to move their annual raining Camp to Richmond,

    Va. Te Redskins will hold camp at the brand new Bon Secours WashingtonRedskins raining Center in 2013.

Virginians root or the Redskins onhe field, and off the field the team contributes greatly to the economy andulture o the Commonwealth, Gov. Bob McDonnell (Va.) said.     FedExField, the teams wholly-owned stadium in Landover, Md., has theargest seating capacity in the NFL with 85,000 seats. ickets to Redskinsames have been sold out or more than 40 years. Since he purchased theeam, Snyder has invested more than $100 million in improvements to theacility, including high-speed escalators to the upper deck, updated signage,

    more than 1,000 flat-screen Vs in concourses and other areas, as well ashe League standard-setting Owners Club East and Owners Club West pri-ate luxury suites. In 2010, the Redskins installed two new video boards 0 eet high and 100 eet wide in each o the end zones at FedExField. Tecreens eature state-o-the-art high definition LED displays and tripled theize o the previous end zone video displays. Te team also enhanced theans gameday experience with all-new game clocks, play clocks, other in-tadium video displays and Party Deck Platorms.

    Te Clubs media ventures include Redskins Nation, a daily 30-minuteelevision show produced by the Redskins Broadcast Network, televisionnd radio broadcasts via Redskins.com, a robust editorial staff, proession-l sports first ull-time independent blogger, and Extremeskins.com, theeams an orum with more than 100,000 registered members. Te teamlso produces a variety o other television programs, broadcast indepen-ently as well as in partnership with local television outlets.

    During Snyders 14 seasons as owner o the team, 23 different Redhave earned a total o 37 Pro Bowl appearances, nine different Redhave been named All-Pro, and 11 Redskins dra picks have been selto the All-Rookie eam. In addition, two players rom his tenure as owDarrell Green and Bruce Smith, have gone on to induction into theFootball Hall o Fame.

    Snyder was Founder, Chairman and CEO o Snyder CommunicaInc. and was the youngest CEO o a New York Stock Exchange compathe time. From its launch in 1985, the company grew to a global orgation o 12,000 employees, with 77 offices in 17 countries, and more thbillion in annual revenues. Te companys client base included 200 oFortune 500, to which it provided targeted marketing solutions, inclu

    advertising and marketing services. In March 2000 the company waquired by the French marketing firm Havas or more than $2.3 billiothe time the largest such merger in the history o the advertising/markindustry.

    anya Snyder is an extraordinary role model, experienced businessowner, dedicated advocate on breast cancer awareness, philanthro-ist, and o course, a passionate Washington Redskins an. As the leader

    the team behind the team, Mrs. Snyder is the driving orce behind theWashington Redskins social and community activities, and she leads the

    layers and coaches wives organization. Tose activities are an importantart o her lie but she considers her most important job to be her role as a

    mother to her children and a wie, advisor and companion to her husband,Daniel M. Snyder, the owner o the Redskins.

    Mrs. Snyder preers a low profile, but she has an ongoing interest andommitment to support causes related to women and children. Her mostublic charitable activities are ocused on Childrens National Medical

    Center, where the amilys endowment enabled construction o the Sny-er Family Foundation emergency center in addition to the Snyder Familyoundation communications center at the National Center or Missing andxploited Children.

    Mrs. Snyder, hersel a breast cancer survivor, has led the teams involve-ment in the teams Breast Cancer Awareness initiatives and has become a

    rominent presence nationally in the fight against breast cancer. She haserved as the NFLs National Spokesperson or Breast Cancer Awareness inhe Leagues A Crucial Catch campaign, and is one o the driving orcesehind the ranchises annual All-Stars Survivors Celebration at Redskinsark. In May 2013, Mrs. Snyder was honored at the American Cancer So-ietys annual Mother o the Year DC luncheon. Tis marked the first timehe Mother o the Year was honored in Washington, D.C.

    Bruce Allen has come ull circle. More than 30 years have passed sinceAllen resided in the Washington, D.C., region and was a ball boy oris ather, George Allen, the late Hall o Fame head coach who led the Overhe Hill Gang Washington Redskins to an NFC Championship in 1972 andn appearance in Super Bowl VII.

    Allen was named the Redskins Executive Vice President/General Man-ger on December 17, 2009, aer a decorated career spanning more threeecades as a general manager and executive with the ampa Bay Buccaneersnd the Oakland Raiders and a successul run in the USFL with the Chicagolitz and the Arizona Wranglers.

    Its exciting because o the history, the tradition, the comort about com-ng home. Everybody who knows me, knows that the principles o ootball in

    my mind are simple its a team. Its 53 men, the entire staff, everybody in theuilding going in the same direction or one common goal, and thats to win.

    Allen oversaw the construction o Washingtons 2012 NFC East champi-nship squad, assembling the group despite acing an $18 million salary capenalty. Te division championship was Allens sixth since 2000.

    Aside rom his management o the Redskins ootball operations, Allenas led an initiative to extend the Redskins outreach to their ormer players.ince the summer o 2010, he has been the impetus behind numerous alumniatherings, which started with a barbeque coinciding with the teams mini-amp.     During his NFL coaching career, Shanahan has been a part o teams

    hat have played in 10 AFC or NFC Championship Games. He has coachedn six Super Bowls - five with Denver and Super Bowl XXIX with San Fran-isco.     Shanahan was on the Broncos coaching staff or all three o their SBowl appearances in the 1980s (ollowing the 1986, 1987 and 1989

    sons). He first went to Denver in 1984 as the clubs wide receivers cHe was promoted to offensive coordinator in 1985 and would servnext three seasons in that capacity. Shanahan returned to Denver as terbacks coach on October 16, 1989, aer serving as head coach o thAngeles Raiders in 1988 and through the first our games o the 1989 paign.

    Shanahan began his coaching career as an offensive assistant or Ohoma in 1975-76, and the school won the national championship in hiyear on its staff. In 1977, at the age o 24, he was hired as Northern Arizbackfield coach and the Lumberjacks averaged a school-record 391.1 per game that season.     Kyle Shanahan enters his 10th NFL season and ourth with the Wash-ngton Redskins in 2013. He was originally hired as the teams offensiveoordinator on January 20, 2010.

    Shanahan was one o the driving orces behind the creation and evolu-on o the East Coast Offense in 2012, a term pioneered by Head Coach

    Mike Shanahan during the teams run to its first NFC East championshipn 13 years. Shanahan incorporated Pistol elements into his prolific offensend helped the 2012 Redskins become the first team in NFL history to passor 3,400 yards and rush or 2,700 yards in the same season. Despite start-ng rookies at both the quarterback and running back positions or all 16ames, Washington led the NFL in yards per play (6.17) and earned its firsteam rushing title since 1933, the teams second year o existence.

    Tat season, Shanahan helped quarterback Robert Griffin III becomehe teams first recipient o the AP Offensive Rookie o the Year award since975 and helped him set NFL rookie records or passer rating (102.4),ercentage o passes had intercepted (1.27) and rushing yards by a rookieuarterback (815). In Griffin IIIs absence in Week 15, Shanahan used an-ther rookie quarterback, Kirk Cousins, to direct an offense that amassedseason-high 329 passing yards in a 38-21 win at Cleveland.     In his first season with the Redskins in 2010, his offense set a ranchiseeason record or completions (349), and registered the third-highest grossassing yards total in team annals. In addition, the team registered a touch-own pass in 15 consecutive games or the first time in club history and ledhe NFL with nine completions o at least 50 yards, including one in ouronsecutive games or the first time since 1987.

    Beore coming to Washington, Shanahan spent the previous our sea-ons with the Houston exans, the final two as the teams offensive coor-inator. Under Shanahans direction, the 2009 exans led the NFL in pass-
