3. Ifyouaremakingarequestonbehalfofsomeoneelseaffectedbythesituation,selectthefieldAffectedUserandchooseoneofthefollowing:

1. EntertheotherpersonsIDintheAffectedUserfieldor;2. EnterthephonenumberinthePhonefield.

4. GotosectionAffectedAssetDetailsandcompletetheLocationfield. Ifknown,enterthenumericbuildingcodedirectlyintothefieldfollowedby andtheroom
