側面衝突試験用人体ダミー3才児ダミー

弊社製 Hybrid-Ⅲ 3 才児ダミーは、1992 年に SAE バイオメカニックス委員会と、NHTSA の協力で作られたものです。この ATD は、着座及び立位両方で正面衝突に適応できるよう設計されました。

1997 年に、アウトオブポジションでのエアバック損傷評価が出来るようにアップグレードされました。

その寸法と重量仕様は子供の人体寸法の調査をベースにしております。

頭部は、ファイバーグラスの頭骨を塩化ビニルで覆った構造で作られております。首部はゴムの成型で作られ、人間と同じように伸張と屈曲します。

胸部は、鉄製の脊髄と緩衝材つきのバネ鋼の肋骨で構成され、胸部変位計がつけられております。

また、胸部表皮はナイロンメッシュで強化されたウレタンの成型品で、腰部は、アルミ製溶接部とゴム成型品で作られ、6 軸荷重計を腰椎と腰の間に取り付けることが出来ます。下肢はウレタンの中に鉄及びアルミ製の骨を鋳込み成型しております。
