Brazil is a country of superlatives. Its 8,514,876 km² are home to almost 208 million entrepreneurs who wake up every day willing to produce more and better products. 금번 2018 서울국제식품산업대전 (SEOUL FOOD 2018)에서 브라질은 아마존 과일(아사이베리, 브라질너트, 과라나, 아세롤라), 치아시드, 커피, 꿀, 쇠고기, 닭고기, 달걀, 돼지고기, 카샤사 등을 선보입니다.

과학 기술에 대한 지속적인 투자로 인해 브라질은 가용 토지의 27.7 %만을 사용하면서도 농업 생산량을 극대화 할 수 있었습니다. 지난 수십년 동안 브라질의 생산성은 약 400% 증가했지만 토지이용률 증가는 33%에 불과했습니다.
