AT&T (Alcatel-Lucent) LTE & VOLTE Market Lead (Oct ’13 – March'15)

Optimizing & tuning LTE, UMTS sites. Perform audit to set FGA, Sib19, Femtos parameters, Neighbor lists, Work orders to provide required performance of the site.

Preparing site lists, cell designation, neighbor list, work orders, cluster polygons, RF parameter modifications, analyzing handoff matrix and drive route verifications/modifications for all site pre and post launch work
