Hermawan Wicaksono, was born in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia on April 7, 1979. Since childhood loves to draw and create a graphic composition of the pieces of the picture. The first time holding a camera and learn digital editing also graphic design at the same time is at the time of studying, working as part-time workers in the PR campus.

After graduating with a degree in economics in 2002, opened the visual design agency with some friends. Headquartered in a dorm room and started working on visual design projects with individual and corporate clients in the country.

In 2004, started his own business of visual design, named Eyesee Studio, the studio provides photographic services, videography, graphic design, and printing. Clients who handled individuals and companies in the national and international scale.

More and more international photo project after joining one photo agency in New York, USA in 2009. Some of the photos used for advertising purposes, editorial, illustration by clients from the USA, Denmark, Singapore, UK, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia.

In 2011, wrote two books of photography tutorial, titled Simply Photography Indoor Portrait and Still Life Photography Simply published nationally by Elexmedia Komputindo, Kompas Gramedia, and began to actively share knowledge of photography through seminars, workshops, and articles in Concept magazine and Kompas.com.

With so many requests to share knowledge, then in 2014 founded Eyesee Photo Class, a photography class with attendance during 18 weeks for one batch. Materials provided focuses on photography that's simple, easy, and does not take much time.

Currently, Hermawan Wicaksono is writing 13 photo books, create and actively sharing photography content (videos and info graphics) in social media, and working on commercial projects with the aim of educating photo enthusiasts and photographers.

Today Muslims in Indonesia celebrate the feast of sacrifice. I do not know what the exact of the celebration,

but there was definitely a share of sacrificial meat to the public.

This morning I went to the front of the mosque near where I live, I saw a lamb being slaughtered, it is not good to be photographed.

Why? Because of the distance the audience to a cutting too far.

I quickly returned to the house and went into the studio. In front of the studio there is a mosque.

I see if I can take a picture with a perfect, and I got the right angle.

One is sacrificed, then there is one or more that hath life. That is the essence of sacrifice.
