    In their professional career engineers are required to deal with human beings and their

    groups. With the industrial growth in the country and the world over there will be anincreasing demand for behavioral sciences such as psychology (Human Behavior) and

    sociology so as to effectively manage engineering and technological organiations. H!"#$
