1. GENERAL

This is the proposal of supplier for Aluminum door and window manufacture for CP-05 contract

package in accordance with Specification, Part II, Chapter II-2, Division 08, Section 08 11 16;

Section 08 51 13; Section 08 44 13; Section 08 80 00; Section 08 90 00. The supplier’s name is

Hyundai Aluminum Vina Shareholding Company for the Engineer approval.

2.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

Hyundai Aluminum Vina Shareholding Company is proposed to be the Sub-contractor of

Aluminum door and window for this package. Hyundai will be in charge for supplying andcontrolling quality of door and window materials including aluminum profile, glass, hardware,

and silicone; manufacture and ensure high quality of door and window products, and delivery to

the site in good condition as required in the Specification.

Delivery schedule shall follow the overall construction schedule. The estimated total quantity is

approximately 6000m2 and Hyundai will be assigned to supply an appropriate quantity followedHNC’s supplying plan for CP-05 package.

The final design quantity shall be calculated based on the approved construction drawings.

3.

DESCRIPTION OF MANUFACTURER

The proposed supplier: “Hyundai Aluminum Vina Shareholding Company”herein after referred to as Hyundai.

Establish year: 2006Product capacity of Plant: 200.000 m2/year

3.1. COMPANY REGISTRATION

Hyundai Aluminum Vina has been certified to manufacture, fabrication, installation of aluminum

door and window as per Business Registration Certificate No. 052033000002 9th revision dated

10/09/2013 issued by Management Board of Hung Yen Industrial Zones.

Charter 326,000 million VND ( equal to 20.375 Milllion USD)

The Certificate of Business Registration of Hyundai Aluminum Vina Shareholding Company is

attached to Part 2 – Company Profile.

3.2. FINANCIAL REPORTS

Hyundai has finacial statement for fiscal year of 2011, 2012 and 2013 as detailed belows:

Year 2011:

- Total turnover is ~ 755 billion VND.

- Profit after taxes of ~ 2.2 billion VND.

Year 2012:- Total turnover is ~ 1151 billion VND.







- Profit after taxes of ~ 179 million VND.

Year 2013:

- Total turnover is ~ 2042 billion VND.

- Profit after taxes of ~ 73 billion VND.

3.7. EQUIPMENT RESOURCES

Hyundai Aluminum Vina Shareholding Company has sufficient machineries from Aluminum

door and window production to transportation and installation at site. Based on actual

construction schedule, Hyundai will mobilize suitable machines and equipments for theimplementation of the package.

3.9. ISO CERTIFICATE

Hyundai Aluminum Vina was granted a certificate of the Quality Management System ISO 9001-

2008; Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004/Cor.1:2009. Quacert Centerevaluates based on quality management system the Company has applied.

4. CONTRACTOR PROPOSAL

HNC belives that Hyundai Aluminum Vina is qualified and capability enough for supplying of

Aluminum window and door for CP-05 contract package. HNC would like to propose PIC/MRB

to review the Hyundai Aluminum Vina Company’s Profile and approve Hyundai to be the

supplier of HNC for the package.

HNC and Hyundai Aluminum Vina are available for PIC/MRB visit the production plant to check

the actual capability at any requested time.

Đây là đề xuất nhà sản xuất cửa sổ và cửa đi khung nhôm cho gói thầu CP-05 theo yêu cầu K ỹ

thuật Phần II, Chƣơng II-2, Đoạn 08, Mục 08 11 16; Mục 08 51 13; Mục 08 44 13; Mục 08 80 00;

Mục 08 90 00. Tên nhà cung cấ p là Công ty cổ phần Hyundai Aluminum Vina để Tƣ vấn phê

duyệt.

2. PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC

Công ty cổ phần Hyundai Aluminum Vina đƣợc đề xuất là nhà thầu phụ cho hạng mục Cửa đi vàcửa sổ khung nhôm của gói thầu này. Công ty cổ phần Hyundai Aluminum Vina sẽ đảm nhiệm

công việc cung cấ p và quản lý chất lƣợ ng vật tƣ cho cửa sổ và cửa đi khung nhôm gồm: Khung

nhôm, kính, phụ kiện kim khí, keo silicon; sản xuất và đảm bảo chất lƣợ ng sản phẩm cửa đi, cửa

sổ, vận chuyển tới công trƣờng theo đúng yêu cầu k ỹ thuật.

K ế hoạch cung cấ p sẽ tuân thủ theo tiến độ thi công tổng thể. Tổng khối lƣợ ng cửa 6000 m2 và

Công ty cổ phần Hyundai Aluminum Vina sẽ đƣợ c HNC giao k ế hoạch cung cấ p vớ i khối lƣợ ng phù hợ p theo từng giai đoạn và tiến độ thi công của gói CP-05.

Khối lƣợ ng cuối cùng sẽ đƣợ c tính toán dựa trên bản vẽ thiết k ế thi công đƣợ c phê duyệt.

3. MÔ TẢ NHÀ CUNG CẤP

Nhà cung cấ p là: Công ty cổ phần Hyundai Aluminum Vina sau đây gọi là Công ty

Hyundai

Địa chỉ: Đƣờ ng B2, Khu B, Khu công nghiệ p Phố Nối A, Văn Lâm, Hƣng Yên.

Năm thành lậ p: 2006

Công suất sản xuất: 200,000 m2 /năm

3.1. HỒ SƠ ĐĂNG K Ý CÔNG TY

Công ty cổ phần Hyundai Aluminum Vina đƣợ c phép sản xuất, gia công và lắ p dựng cửa sổ, cửađi khung nhôm theo Giấy chứng nhận Đăng ký kinh doanh số : 052033000002 thay đổi lần 9

ngày 10/09/2013 do Trƣở ng ban quản lý các khu công nghiệ p tỉnh Hƣng Yên cấ p.

Vốn điều lệ: 326.000 triệu đồng (tƣơng đƣơng vớ i 20,375 triệu đô la Mỹ).Giấy Chứng nhận Đăng ký Kinh doanh của Công ty cổ phần Hyundai Aluminum Vina đƣợc đínhkèm tại Phần 2 – Hồ sơ Năng lực công ty.

3.2. BÁO CÁO TÀI CHÍNH

Công ty Hyundai có đệ trình Báo cáo tài chính cho năm tài khoá 2011, 2012 và 2013. K ết quả sản

xuất kinh doanh đạt:

Năm 2011:

- Doanh thu đạt gần 755 tỉ đồng.

- Lợ i nhuận sau thuế đạt gần 2,2 tỷ đồng Năm 2012:







- Doanh thu đạt hơn 1151 tỉ đồng.

- Lợ i nhuận sau thuế đạt hơn 179 triệu đồng

Năm 2013:

- Doanh thu đạt gần 2042 tỉ đồng.

- Lợ i nhuận sau thuế đạt hơn 73 tỷ đồngBáo cáo tài chính năm: 2011; 2012 và 2013 đƣợc đính kèm tại Phần 3 – Hồ sơ Năng lực công ty.

3.6. QUẢN LÝ CHẤT LƢỢ NG

Để đảm bảo chất lƣợ ng cao cho các sản phẩm đƣợ c cung cấ p và lắp đặt của Hyundai , Chƣơngtrình quản lý kiểm soát chất lƣợng đƣợc đính kèm tại Phần 7 – Hồ sơ Năng lực công ty.

3.7. NĂNG LỰC MÁY MÓC, THIẾT BỊ

Công ty cổ phần Hyundai Aluminum Vina có đủ năng lực về máy móc thiết bị từ công đoạn sản

xuất cửa khung nhôm, đến vận chuyển và lắp đặt tại công trình. Dựa trên tiến độ thi công thực tế,

Công ty Hyundai sẽ huy động máy móc, thiết bị phù hợ p cho phục vụ cho các công tác thi côngcủa dự án.

4. ĐỀ XUẤT CỦA NHÀ THẦU

HNC tin tƣở ng r ằng Công ty cổ phần Hyundai Aluminum Vina đủ năng lực để thực hiện việccung cấ p cửa đi và cửa sổ khung nhôm cho gói thầu CP-05. HNC đề nghị PIC/MRB xem xét Hồ

sơ Công ty cổ phần Hyundai Aluminum Vina và chấ p thuận là nhà cung cấ p của HNC cho góithầu này.

HNC và Hyundai luôn sẵn sàng để PIC/MRB tới thăm để kiểm tra năng lực thực tế vào bất k ỳ

thời điểm nào khi có yêu cầu.

Company will be reduced 50% of income tax at continous 7 years ( seven years) Time for taxexemption and reduction is calculated from the first year when the company have taxableincome; if, incase, company doesn't have the taxable income in the first 3 years since the first







year having income, time of tax exemption and reduction is calculated from 4th year.(Investment incentives in the tax rate, exemption of corporate income tax reduction does notapply to the additional income from investment activities, decorating for surfaces (Film corved)

do any difficult structure of curtain wall system of high building that require about technical and structure, big

3. Equipments system in factory serving for fabrication and installation :

With purpose of reducing depreciation and cost that still have high quality, Hyundai Aluminum Company invested

modern machine and technology, large plan firm to serve the quality of project and manufacture schedule.

Total area of factory 100 480 m2, used area include:

Block A- Extrusion ( Area: 14, 256 m2 – Capacity: 36,000 ton/ year)

Block B- Warehouse (14, 256 m2)

Block C- Painting, Fabrication (Area: 14,256 m2/ Capacity: 7,200 ton/year)

Với đội ngũ cán bộ k ỹ thuật và công nhân lành nghề, đã từng tham gia nhiều công trình lớ n nhỏ trên thế giớ i và Việt

2. Detail of Production and Fabrication Aluminum Door Process at Factory

a. Shop Drawing

Interface and design department will receive approval architect drawings from HNC, and then make Shop Drawing . This work

was carried out in parallel with the survey work in the project site of construction department. After adjusting the size suitable for

actual dimesion at site, Interface and Design Dept will send the Design Director’s approval Shop drawing and production – purchasing order to Production and Fabrication Dept

b. Site Survey

Survey the entire work site conditions, size in installed place before installation:

- When going to survey, we need to have the proposed production - installation profile; instruments for measuring and testing as a

tape measure and level board.

- Survey work will clarify the ground conditions, the installed place size and especially considering the installation time is

convenient or not, affecting other construction projects or not.

c. Production and Fabrication at Factory

After received approval Shop Drawing, Production and Fabrication Dept will make the product follow below process

And Purchasing Dept will buy other materials (except aluminum frame) such as: glass, hardware, gasket, silicone… to fabricate

aluminum window and door

d. Material Sample Test

HNC, PIC will take samples of materials that Hyundai offers to conduct quality control testing products. If it meet the criteria inthe Specification standards, the product will continue to conduct production

e. Quality control and internal acceptance

Quality control department will inspect the door product according to the following criteria

- Aluminum frame thickness is 1.6mm, achieve sufficient request.- Door frame must be square and vertical; horizontal edges is balance. With sliding door; bottom sliding rails must be

straight. (Tolerances is 0 ~ 0.5 ° applied to the doors and is 0 ° ~ 1 ° applies to fixed glass wall)- Aluminum frame surface is good. No scratches or flaking.- Hardware system work well; easy to open and close.- Gasket system have high airtight level, good elasticity.- Glass is not cracked. Glass colour is exactly same with technical standards- Silicone is straight, smooth surface. Silicone colour is exactly same with technical standards

After checking, the product will be accepted and transfered to packing department

f. Packing and Transport

Products will be covered with 1 thin plastic layer to ensure no scratches during transport and installation in the works,as well as

to prevent dust and rain water before it is put into use.

Product will be packed by the wooden pallet, loaded onto containers and shipped to the warehouse at SiteTime to delivery product from Hyundai factory in Hung Yen Province to Depot site is about 1 hour

g. Gather in warehouse

Hyundai received the installed place from HNC to proceed erection warehouse and offices for construction department.

Ensuring that warehouse must be large enough to accommodate to the pallets of Hyundai. Warehouse location is not too far

from work

2. Detail of aluminum window and door installation processa. Receive and gather all product in warehouse

Products are packed at the factory and transported to project site. After receiving available place from HNC, Hyundai willinstall site office and warehouse. HNC and Hyundai will inspect and receiveproducts, raw materials and stored

instruction (if any).+ Tools labor protection (uniforms, safety belts, hats, glasses, protective gloves)+ Aluminum door frame, glass, silicone glue, metal accessories, cushion glass ...+ Welding machine, hand drill machine, plastic hammer, iron hammer, 1 cm2 wood chisel, concrete chisel, crowbar, silicone

gun, bowl of cement mortar mixed, level equipment , geodetic equipment , lifting equipment, …. - Installed place standard

+ Installed place can be made of brick, concrete, stone tiles, ceramic tiles, wood, metal, painted or not painted.+ Installed place can be completed or unfinished.+ For the installed place which covered by cement, make sure the slot width of installed place is not exceeding 5 mm,

recommends allowing approximately 1-3 mm (see details of technology part); installed place have flat edges, make surehorizontal and vertical is correct. Windowsill should be made the masonry slope to outside

- Checking before installation:+ Installed Place checking: height, width, diagonal and the inclination of wall surface; align the installed shaft between the

floors and between the doors (if have)..+ Product Checking: height, width, diagonal; collated the product code number and quantity with the handover list. Check the

quality and quantity of the disassembled hardware; compare this numbers with installation diagram.+ Bring the aluminum door to each installed place respectively, during transport and storage prevent scratched, dented,

II. DESCRIPTION OF TEST OPERATION PROCESS

1. Make plan for test operation- The plan for test operation will be made according to the detailed desiagn,method statement and the other constructioncontractor’s progress.- The plan for test operation must be made particularly for each section of roundhouse and each subjects- The plan’s subjects must include time, progress, human power..

- Provide the procedure of test operation.- Prepare forms and record the results in the test report form. Report and test forms comply with the forms of HNC approved byPIC and MRB..

2. PreparationPreparation of test operation includes:a) Prepare equipment and devices for test operation:- Measurement devices: meter, thermometer, megomet, manometer etc… - Supporting equipment and devices: holder, chock, ligament,…

b) Plan preparation:- Plan for test operation must be cleaned. Equipment and materials are not allowed to drop down to prevent performance. .- Plan is clear without dirt, strange things to avoid dropping in test devices to affect the quality of works and the results ofmeasurement and test..

3. Execution of test operation:- Carry out in accordance with the procedure.- Record results accurately.- Each item for test operation is executed 3 times.- Analize the results, if any great difference in each test peration, test operation is only stopped when the accurate result isrecorded..

4. Make result reportResult report should be made after test operation and point out whether the result is sastisfactory.Comments and proposals should be given if the result is unsatisfactory

D. WARRANTY

1. Period of warrantyThe period of warranty is 12 months from the date of acceptance and handing over the products into use.

2. Warranty scopeThe contractor engages warranty for entire all installated aluminum window and door.During the warranty period, all costs related to troubleshooting, fault products by the manufacturer will be charged by thecontractor.The below cases are not included in the scope of warranty:

3. Plan for maintenance of system during the warranty periodHuman arrangement: Engineers are always available at site support center to help client upon request.Deal with incidents: The contractor’s engineer must be available at the site within 12 hours since informed of the incidents andmake sure to provide feasible solution for overcoming within 24 hours..

4. Location of warrantyThe contractor will give warranty for entire system at the installation location. If any rising incidents, the contractor will sendtechnician to the installation location for checking, evaluating the device’s status and solving on site..When the warranty period is terminated/expiry, the contractor can provide the contract of maintenance service to ensure thesystem operation.

E. QUALITY HANDBOOK FOLLOW HYUNDAI ALUMINUM VINA STANDARDI. QUALITY CONTROL / QUALITY ASSURANCE PREFACE

Hyundai is committed to quality as a prerequisite for success.Hyundai has executed Curtain wall work internationally and employs testing and standards to ensure the completion ofquality projects in the market regions as follows:

North America AAMA, ASTM, ANSISouth America AAMA, ASTM, ANSIEurope ISO, DIN, BSAsia JIS, DIN, ISO, VIETNAM STANDARD

Hyundai controls the quality of our manufactured materials by requiring that all material suppliers use Hyundai’s QualityControl/Quality Assurance program in the execution of their work. Suppliers are provided with requirements for the program andare required to do inspections and fill out reports provided by Hyundai. These reports are periodically returned to Hyundai forreview by Quality Control personnel, and are kept on record for the duration of the project.

In our assembly facilities, quality is controlled by utilizing the following procedures:1) Quality Control / Quality Assurance Program Manual2) Product Quality Requirement Charts3) Product Quality Inspection Forms4) Appropriate measuring instruments for quality inspections5) Quality Check Point Stations in the assembly facility6) Product Certification from material suppliers7) Curtain wall testing equipment in compliance with strict international standardsAll controls are carried out in compliance with existing standards, appropriate procedures and under the supervision of the ShopQuality Control / Quality Assurance personnel.At the job site, quality is controlled by utilizing the following procedures:1) Quality Control / Quality Assurance Program Manual2) Product Quality Requirement Charts3) Installation Inspection forms4) Appropriate measuring instruments for quality inspections5) Check Point Outlined for the Job site6) Curtain-wall Field testing equipment and procedures in compliance with strict international standards.

All controls are carried out in compliance with existing standards, appropriate procedures and under the supervision of the FieldQuality Control / Quality Assurance personnel.

1.QUALITY CONTROL / QUALITY ASSURANCE IN ASSEMBLY FACILITIES

1.1 Material and process Quality Controls are carried out by specially trained personnel at Quality checkpoints with the assemblyfacility. As materials arrive in the assembly plant the following actions are implemented:

1.2. Material is checked against the packing slips and shipping documents for quantity and identification marks.

1.3.Material is checked against engineering drawings to ensure the material is fabricated correctly.

1.4 Material is checked to assure that it meets the quality standards set forth in the Quality Control Charts.When a non-conformity is discovered, the materials are removed from the inspection area, tagged, and quality control Personnelare notified. Quality Control Personnel will re-inspect the material to determine if the material is substandard by performing tests,measuring or comparing against control samples.

The materials Which pass inspection are forwarded to the assembly lines for assembly into curtain-wall units. Materials that donot pass inspection are to either be reworked or repaired so that they will meet Quality Control Criteria or scrapped if it isimpractical to repair or rework the parts.

When the main framing members have been assembled together, an Inspection Control Sticker (Form7) is permanently attachedto the frame in a conspicuous place. This form will remain on the frame and will be covered only when the interior trim is

installed in the field. The Sticker contains the Unit Number, and boxed for the inspector to sign his/her initials verifying that theinspections have been completed. Most importantly, the Inspection Control Sticker has an area to record the sealant lot numbers.Since the tag will never be removed, this will provide a means of tracking down all the units which were assembled with a

particular lot number of sealant should there be any problems with the sealant.

The Quality Control Charts set the specific tolerances of all items which are to be inspected on the materials and the work pieces.Every Quality Control Chart refers to controls, characteristics and /or requirements which are recorded on specific forms.The following are descriptions of some of the charts with the respective controls carried out in the plant, at the QC Check Point,or in the field by specially trained personnel.

QUALITY CONTROL CHART 1 - PROFILES FROM EXTRUDED ALUMINUMInspection of extrusion profile is carried out at Quality Control Check Point 1.The aluminum extrusions are checked for the following:- Conformity of shape as compared to engineering drawing- Rectilinearly- Twist (Angular Distortion)- Other Defects

4.1 EXISTING CONDITION INSPECTION4.1.1EXISTING SUBSTRATE CONDITIONThis check shall consist of inspecting the existing substrate prior to the installation of the anchor bracket. The substrate should beinspected for the following items: Condition of embed: The embed should be free of excessive corrosion and should be in acondition which will allow proper welding and / or bolting. Condition of existing concrete: The existing concrete should be freeof major cracks which will prohibit the full loading capacity of expansion anchors and should be reasonably flat to allow the steel

bracket to be fitted plumb and flush against the steel channel and concrete. Note any questionable areas in Inspection Log on Form and notify Foreman for further review.Anchor Bracket Attachment:

(1) The Anchor Bracket should be inspected to ensure that the mounting leg is vertical and plumb within specifiedtolerances for future mullion attachment.

(2) Welds should be inspected to insure that slag has been removed, are of the length specified on the shop drawing andthey appear to be of the proper size and damaged prime painted surfaces is touched up.

(3) Expansion Bolts should be checked to confirm the proper placement and proper torque. Note any questionable anchor brackets in the Inspection Log on Form and notify Foreman for further review.

VISUAL ALIGNMENT CHECK:

This check shall consist of sighting down the length of starter sill to verify it is straight, true and to grade. Any apparentdeviations in alignment should be verified by measuring distance from grid / offset line. Measurements in excess of tolerancesindicated should be noted in Quality Control Log and rechecked by instrument before remedial work is done.Verify weather seal joint has 1/4 minimum clearance

FASTENERS AND ACCESSORIES CHECK

This check verifies that required accessories are in place and that fasteners are installed properly. Inspector is to check thefollowing:

Expansion bolts to concrete slabs: Verify that bolts are tight and include serrated aluminum washer as well as flat and lockwasher if required.

Weather stripping should be continuous in three places without gaps and seated properly in races. Any damaged material is to bereplaced.

Starter sill reinforcing sleeve should occur at each starter sill joint and be sealed water tight with Dow silicone sealant. Starter sillsleeve should occur at each mullion. (Note: Sealant at sleeve is not required if there is no penetration in sill)

Starter sill splice cover should be snapped into position and centered over every starter sill joint.

Each end should be sealed with Dow Corning silicone sealant and horizontal seam at top of splice should be sealed.

Verify that end dams are properly installed and sealed water tight.

Note: Any deviation to the above items to be itemized in the Quality Control Log.

DAMAGE:

Inspector to verify that horizontal or vertical legs are not bent. (Bent legs may be bent back to original position if there is no permanent distortion after repair)

CONFLICTS WITH OTHER TRADES

Inspector is to verify that no conflicts with other trades occur which will affect Benson’s work. Notify Hyundai’s Proj ect Managerif conflicts are discovered and he will notify the General Contractor.

FIELD WATER TEST:

Test shall be performed to verify water tightness of starter splices and end dams.

One splice per floor minimum is to be tested.

Field water test is to be performed prior to installation of perimeter weather seal.

Water test is to be performed by damming gutter on either side of splice and filling gutter with water so that water height i s flushwith top of gutter. Visually check for water penetration under gutter or vertical seams. Note any leakage in Quality Control Logand repair affected area.

Remedial work must be tested before weather seal is installed.

TEMPORARY PROTECTIVE TAPE CLOSURE

Verify that temporary tape closure is in place and is continuous without hole or loss of adhesion







PERIMETER WEATHERSEALVisually inspect weather seal for continuity and pin holes.

Verify that proper sealant and color have been used. (Per Benson Ltd. / Hyundai shop Drawings)

Random field adhesion test- the Dow Corning specified field adhesion test is to be performed after sealant is fully cured(14daysminimum). Number of tests should not be less than two test per floor.

Any failures are to be reported to the Project Manager before remedial work is done. At the Projec t Manager’s discretion,additional test will be required.

Repairs of test area shall be performed as per Dow Corning’s recommended procedure.

5.CURTAIN-WALL UNIT ASSEMBLY FIELD INSTALLED EXTRUSIONS

Extrusions shall be visually inspected as they are racked and assembled for Bow, Twist, Warp, and Die Lines. Any questionablematerial is to be set aside and re-inspected. Re-inspected material is to be checked against tolerances allowed per AluminumAssociation Standard Tolerances Table 1, Table 3, Table 4, Table 5, Table 6, and Table 7. Material that is in excess of specifiedtolerances is to be rejected. (Ref.: Quality Control Chart 1)

Extrusions shall also be visually inspected as they are racked and assembled for quality of paint finish. Paint finish shall besmooth and free of embedded dust particles, excess orange peel and runs. Paint coverage shall be 1 mi. average on exposedsurfaces including ends of extrusion if exposed. (Ref.: Quality Control Chart 3) Any material failing inspection is to be returnedto the factory for repainting field repairs are not permitted.

Extrusions shall also be visually inspected for fabrication. Fabricated extrusions shall match fabrication drawings withoutexcessive burrs, saw marks, or punching deformation which affects final overall frame dimensions or assembly process. Locationof holes, notches and other fabrication operations shall be within+1millimeter. (Ref.: Quality Control Chart 2)

FACTORY ASSEMBLED FRAMES (Ref.: Quality Control Chart 15):

Dimensional Conformance: Net Height and Net Width is to be measured and compared to Tag Drawing. Tolerance is2millimeters or 5/64inch.

Squareness should be checked by diagonal measurements. Tolerance is 3millimeters or 1/8inch.

Verify end dams / end caps are in place, properly oriented and sealed.

Verify joinery is flush at exterior to within 1.5millimeters (1./16 inch)

Verify joinery is fillet seals are applied as indicated on shop drawing.

Verify fillet seals are tooled neatly without voids of smears onto exposed surfaces.

Verify all fasteners are cap sealed and tooled.

GLASS / RUBBER COMPONENTS*/Glass (Ref.: Quality Control Charts 6 and 7):Verify glass edges are free of excessive chips, cracks, etc.Verify reflective surface is in correct position.Verify glass type is correct.

Verify Weather stripping is installed in female mullion at two places, and extends a minimum of 4inches beyond end of mullionand is crimped into position at head.

Verify Weather stripping is positioned in sill correctly without wrinkles, bulges of excessive stretching.







JOINERY SEALANT:

Exposed surfaces are cleaned of excess sealant.

Sealant is neatly tooled and continuous without voids or pin holes.

Verify all areas requiring sealant are sealed i.e. Glazing Pockets, Joinery End Dams, etc.STRUCTURAL SEALANT:

Verify proper structural sealant(per shop drawings)is used and note lot number on Quality Control Form4 or 4A and on UnitAssembly Tag(QC Form7)

Verify by visual inspection that there are no voids or bubbles in sealant.

Verify that the sealant is tooled neatly.

Note date of sealant application on Quality Control Form 4 or 5 and Unit Assembly Tag(QC Form 7)

7.CURTAIN-WALL UNIT INSTALLATION EXITING CONDITIONS

Prior to the start of unit installation, the following items are to be checked:







Visible damage of starter sill or mating unit assemblies should be noted and repaired.

Dirt and debris should be cleaned and removed from area.

Verify that weather stripping is installed and in good condition. Replace as required.

Inspect sealant at splice cover for damage. Repair as required.

Inspected perimeter sealant for damage, pin holes and continuity, inform caulker of suspected problems.

Inspect sealant at reinforcing splice sleeve for damage. Repair as required.

Verify anchor clips are installed and located correctly.

Verify that all weep holes in starter sill or curtain-wall unit are clear and free from debris.

UNIT PREPARATIONPrior to installation of unit, install the following items:

Insert into the male mullion of the previously installed unit and just below the head extrusion open cell foam block (FB-001 pershop drawings), and glue into position with silicone sealant.

Apply closed cell foam tape to the bottom of the interior male engagement leg(See shop drawing details).

Attach extruded aluminum anchor clip to male mullion with backer plate inside. Seal all bolts and seams on inside of mullion.

Attach forged eye bolts to pre-attached clips on mullions and torque to specified ft/lb.

UNIT INSTALLATION:

Window wall units are crated flat and face up. Load crated on floor such that the crate is perpendicular to exterior wall and thewall end of crate is nearest the wall. Open the crate by removing the top and end of rate at sill end. Remove internal bracesrestraining curtain-wall unit inside crate.

Units are to be installed from right to left when viewed from interior. Lift unit from crate, inspect for damage, do prep workdescribed in Section 2. Drop unit onto starter sill or unit below engaging the mullion into the index clip of the splice below whileengaging the split mullion halves and being careful not to damage weather stripping.

When unit is in vertical position and engaged into previously installed unit insert temporary shims to adjust unit position andclamp unit to anchor clip. Gap at back of mullion is nominal 1/4”.

Seal gap between units with silicone sealant and slide extruded aluminum splice sleeve into adjacent curtain-wall unit and centerover mullion. Bed seal index clip and install retainer screw. Seal all penetrations in head extrusion and ends of splice sleeve.Match drill anchor clips with appropriately sized drill and insert bolts and torque to specified values.

CHECK INSTALLED UNIT:After a few runs of units are installed, the following check should be made:

Anchor bolts should be checked to verify they are properly installed and torqued.

Units should be checked for horizontal location, plumb, vertical alignment, shim as required to correct.

Check installed units for scratches in paint, dents or other damage. Note location for future repair.

Check installed glass for scratched, breakage or other damage. Note location for future replacement.

Check glazing gaskets for engagement and continuity at corners.

The ASTM standard test will be conducted after that, when we have the request of the investor, HNC or projectsupervision consultant.

2. Quy trình sản xuất, lắ p ráp tại nhà máy

a. Bản vẽ Shop Drawing

Bộ phận giao diện và thiết k ế sẽ nhận bản vẽ kiến trúc đƣợ c phê duyệt của HNC, sau đó tiến hành vẽ bản vẽ Shopdrawing. Công tác này đƣợ c tiến hành song song vớ i công tác khảo sát tại hiện trƣờ ng của bộ phận thi công. Sau khi

b. Khảo sát hiện trƣờ ng

Khảo sát toàn bộ điều kiện mặt bằng thi công, kích thƣớ c ô chờ trƣớ c khi tiến hành lắp đặt:

- Khi đi khảo sát phải có hồ sơ đề nghị sản xuất lắp đặt và các dụng cụ để đo kiểm nhƣ thƣớ c dây và li vô.

- Công việc khảo sát phải làm rõ đƣợc các điều kiện mặt bằng, kích thƣớ c ô chờ và đặc biệt xem xét đến thời điểm

đƣa cửa của chúng ta vào lắp đặt có thuận lợ i không và có ảnh hƣởng đến các công trình thi công khác không.

c. Sản xuất và gia công tại nhà máy

Sau khi nhận bản vẽ Shop đƣợ c phê duyệt, bộ phận sản xuất tại nhà máy sẽ tiến hành theo quy trình sau:

Đồng thờ i bộ phận mua hành sẽ triển khai công tác đặt muacác nguyên vật liệu khác (ngoài khung nhôm) nhƣ kính, phụ kiện kim khí, gioăng, keo…để tiến hành lắ p ráp cửa.

d. Lấy mẫu, thử nghiệm vật liệu

HNC, PIC sẽ tiến hành lẫy mẫu vật liệu mà Hyundai cung cấp để tiến hành các thí nghiệm kiểm tra chất lƣợ ng sản

phẩm. Nếu đạt các tiêu chí trong Tiêu chuẩn k ỹ thuật , sản phẩm sẽ đƣợ c tiế p tục tiến hành sản xuất







e. Kiểm tra chất lƣợ ng và nghiệm thu nội bộ

Bộ phận kiểm soát chất lƣợ ng sẽ tiến hành kiểm tra sản phẩm cửa theo các tiêu chí sau

- Độ dày khung nhôm đạt đủ độ dày theo yêu cầu là 1.6mm- Khung cửa phải vuông, thẳng đứng và cạnh nằm ngang phải thăng bằng. Đối với cửa tr ượt phải chú ý ray tr ượt phí a

dưới phải thẳng. (Sai lệch cho phé p 0~ 0,5° á p dụng cho các loại cửa và 0°~ 1° á p dụng cho vách k í nh cố đị nh)- Bề mặt thanh nhôm: đẹ p, sắc nét. Không có vết xước hoặc bong tr óc.- Hệ thống phụ kiện hoạt động tốt, dễ thao tác đóng, mở cửa- Hệ thống gioăng có độ k í n khí t cao, đàn hồi tốt.- K í nh không bị r ạn, nứt. Màu sắc đạt đúng theo tiêu chuẩn k ỹ thuật- Silicon được bắn thẳng, bề mặt nhẵn. Màu sắc đạt đúng theo tiêu chuẩn k ỹ thuật

Sau khi kiểm tra, sản phẩm sẽ đƣợ c tiến hành nghiệm thu và chuyển qua bộ phận đóng gói

f . Đóng gói và vận chuyển

Sản phẩm sẽ đƣợ c bọc bằng 1 lớ p ny lông mỏng để đảm bảo không bị xƣớ c trong quá trình vận chuyển và lắp đặt tại

công trình, cũng nhƣ để tránh bụi bẩn và nƣớc mƣa trƣớc khi đƣợc đƣa vào sử dụng. Hàng sẽ đƣợc đóng bằng cácPallet gỗ, chất lên container và vận chuyển đến kho tại công trình

Thờ i gian dự tính vận chuyển từ nhà máy Hyundai tại Hƣng Yên đến công trình Đê pô là khoảng 1giờ

g. Tậ p k ết tại kho

Hyundai nhận mặt bằng HNC để tiến hành lắ p dựng kho và văn phòng cho bộ phận thi công. Kho phải đảm bảm đủ

r ộng để chứa để các pallet hàng của Hyundai. Vị trí kho không quá xa công trình

2. Quy trình thi công, lắp đặt cửa khung nhôma. Tiế p nhận hàng vào kho

Sản phẩm đƣợc đóng gói tại nhà máy và vận chuyển đến công trình. Sau khi nhận mặt bằng từ HNC, Hyundai sẽ tiến hànhdựng văn phòng và kho. HNC sẽ cùng Hyundai tiến hành kiểm tra và tiế p nhận sản phẩm, nguyên vật liệu đƣợ c chuyển đến vàtiến hành lƣu kho

b. Tậ p k ết tớ i vị trí cần lắp đặtBộ phận thi công của Hyundai sẽ tiến hành vận chuyển sản phẩm đến từng vị trí cần lắp đặt. Chú ý khớ p mã sản phẩm và vị

trí lắp đặt sao cho chính xác.

c. Tiến hành thi công lắp đặt

- Công cụ, dụng cụ và vật tƣ lắp đặt+ Tài liệu hồ sơ thiết k ế công trình: bản vẽ mặt bằng xây dựng, vị trí lắp đặt, hồ sơ thiết k ế sản phẩm bao gồm hƣớ ng dẫn lắ p

ghép khuôn cửa (nếu có).+ Dụng cụ bảo hộ lao động (đồng phục, đai an toàn, mũ, kính, găng bảo hộ)+ Khung cửa nhôm, kính, keo silicone, phụ kiện kim khí, đệm kính… + Máy hàn, máy khoan tay, búa nhựa, búa sắt, đục gỗ vuông 1 cm, đục bêtông, xà beng, súng bắn silicone, bay xây dựng, bát

tr ộn vữa xi măng, thƣớ c thuỷ bình (level), thiết bị tr ắc địa, thiết bị nâng hạ, thƣớc dây 5 m, thƣớ c lá, dao xén giấy …. - Tiêu chuẩn ô chờ

+ Tƣờ ng ô chờ có thể đƣợ c xây bằng gạch, bê tông, ốp đá, ố p gạch gốm, gỗ, kim loại, đã sơn hoặc chƣa sơn.+ Tƣờ ng ô chờ có thể đã trát hoàn thiện hoặc xây thô phẳng.+ Đối vớ i ô chờ đã trát hoàn thiện, kích thƣớ c ô chờ phải đảm bảo cho khe lắp đặt không r ộng quá 5 mm, khuyến cáo cho phép

khoảng từ 1-3 mm (xem chi tiết phần công nghệ); các cạnh ô chờ phải phẳng, đảm bảo đúng phƣơng ngang bằng và thẳng đứng. Nên làm sẵn phần nề bậu cửa dốc ra ngoài

- Kiểm tra trƣớ c khi lắp đặt+ Kiểm tra ô chờ theo kích thƣớ c cao, r ộng, đƣờng chéo và độ nghiêng mặt tƣờ ng; gióng thẳng các tr ục lắp đặt cửa giữa các

tầng hoặc giữa các cửa cùng tầng (nếu có).+ Kiểm tra sản phẩm: Kích thƣớ c cao, r ộng, đƣờng chéo; đối chiếu mã sản phẩm và số lƣợ ng vớ i phiếu bàn giao. Kiểm tra chất

lƣợ ng và số lƣợ ng các linh kiện tháo r ời; đối chiếu mã số với sơ đồ lắp đặt.+ Chuyển cửa đến đặt cạnh từng vị trí ô chờ tƣơng ứng, khi vận chuyển và bảo quản lƣu ý tránh bị xƣớ c, móp, méo (Tránh va

II. THUYẾT MINH QUY TRÌNH VẬN HÀNH – THỬ NGHIỆM

1. Lậ p k ế hoạch vận hành – thử nghiệm- Nhà thầu lậ p k ế hoạch vận hành – thử nghiệm dựa trên bản vẽ thiết k ế, biện pháp thi công và tiến độ của nhà thầu thi công khác.- K ế hoạch thử nghiệm phải lậ p chi tiết cho từng khu vực của Đề pô và từng nội dung thử nghiệm

- Nội dung của k ế hoạch phải nêu rõ: thờ i gian, tiến độ, nhân lực.- Lậ p trình tự thao tác thực hiện vận hành – thử nghiệm.- Chuẩn bị các biểu mẫu ghi chép các k ết quả đó và m u báo cáo thử nghiệm. Các biểu mẫu báo cáo, thử nghiệm tuân thủ theocác biểu m u của HNC đã đƣợ c PIC,MRB phê duyệt.

2. Chuẩn bị Công việc chuẩn bị vận hành – thử nghiệm bao gồm:a) Chuẩn bị vật tƣ, thiết bị phục vụ cho vận hành – thử nghiệm:- Các thiết bị đo, kiểm: đồng hồ, nhiệt k ế, mê gôm, áp k ế .v.v…- Các vật tƣ, dụng cụ phụ tr ợ: giá đỡ, đòn kê, cây chống, dây chằng, dụng cụ cầm tay, làm sạch.v.v…

b) Chuẩn bị mặt bằng:- Mặt bằng nơi vận hành – thử nghiệm phải d n dẹ p sạch sẽ, không để các vật tƣ vƣơng vãi làm cản tr ở đến việc đi lại, thao táctrong quá trình thực hiện.

- Mặt bằng sạch sẽ, không có bụi bẩn, vật lạ để tránh l t vào các thiết bị cần thí nghiệm làm ảnh hƣởng đến chất lƣợ ng công trìnhvà k ết quả đo, kiểm.

3. Thực hiện vận hành – thử nghiệm:- Tiến hành theo đ ng trình tự, thao tác đã lậ p.- Ghi chép đầy đủ, chính xác các k ết quả.- Mỗi công việc vận hành – thử nghiệm đƣợ c thực hiện ít nhất 3 lần.- Phân tích k ết quả đo đƣợ c, nếu có sự sai khác lớ n gi a các lần thử nghiệm phải thực hiện lại cho đến khi có k ết quả chính xácmớ i k ết th c vận hành – thử nghiệm.

4. Lậ p báo cáo k ết quả Sau khi thực hiện vận hành – thử nghiệm phải lậ p báo cáo k ết quả, trong báo cáo phải nêu đƣợ c k ết quả đã đạt yêu cầu chƣa.

Nêu lên đƣợ c nh ng k ết luận và đề xuất nếu k ết quả thử nghiệm chƣa đạt.

D. BẢO HÀNH

1. Thờ i gian bảo hành và thời gian đáp ứngThờ i gian bảo hành 24 tháng k ể từ ngày nghiệm thu, bàn giao đƣa sản phẩm vào sử dụng.

2. Phạm vi Bảo hành Nhà thầu cam k ết bảo hành toàn bộ sản phẩm cửa khung nhôm mà nhà thầu cung cấ p.Trong thờ i gian bảo hành, mọi chi phí liên quan đến khắc phục sự cố, vật tƣ thay thế do lỗi sản xuất sẽ do phía nhà thầu chịu.

Nh ng trƣờ ng hợ p sau không thuộc phạm vi bảo hành:ử dụng không tuân theo hƣớ ng dẫn của nhà sản xuất.ản phẩm gặ p sự cố do nguyên nhân của hỏa hoạn, thiên tai.

ản phẩm đã bị ngƣờ i sử dụng tự ý sửa chữa, khắc phục sự cố mà không đƣợ c sự đồng ý chấ p nhận của nhà cung cấ p gửi

cho ngƣờ i sử dụng bằng công văn.

3. K ế hoạch bảo trình, bảo dƣỡ ng hệ thống trong thờ i gian bảo hànhBố trí nhân sự: Luôn có k ỹ sƣ tại công trƣờng để hỗ tr ợ khách hàng khi có yêu cầu.Giải quyết sự cố: K ỹ sƣ kỹ thuật của Nhà thầu sẽ có mặt tại công trƣờ ng trong vòng 12 giờ k ể từ khi nhận thông báo về sự cố vàđảm bảo đƣa ra phƣơng án khả thi để khắc phục sự cố xảy ra trong vòng 24 giờ .

4. Địa điểm bảo hành Nhà thầu sẽ bảo hành toàn bộ hệ thống thiết bị tại địa điểm lắp đặt. Khi phát sinh sự cố, nhà thầu sẽ gửi cán bộ k ỹ thuật sang địađiểm lắp đặt để tiến hành kiểm tra, đánh giá trực tiế p tình tr ạng của thiết bị, tiến hành xử lý tại chỗ.Khi hết thờ i hạn bảo hành, Nhà thầu có thể cung cấ p hợp đồng dịch vụ bảo trì cho việc bảo đảm hoạt động của sản phẩm







E. SỔ TAY CHẤT LƢỢ NG THEO TIÊU CHUẨN CỦA HYUNDAI ALUMINUM VINAI. QUẢN LÝ CHẤT LƢỢNG/ ĐẢM BẢO VỀ CHẤT LƢỢNG

Hyundai cam k ết chất lƣợng nhƣ là một điều kiện tiên quyết cho sự thành công.Hyundai đã thự c hiện thi công Curtain wall trên bình diện quốc tế đã đƣợ c thử nghiệm và đạt tiêu chuẩn để đảm bảohoàn thành các dự án có chất lƣợ ng trong các khu vự c thị trƣờng nhƣ sau:

Bắc Mỹ AAMA, ASTM, ANSI

Nam Mỹ AAMA, ASTM, ANSIChâu Âu ISO, DIN, BSChâu Á JIS, DIN, ISO, Tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam

Hyundai kiểm soát chất lƣợ ng nguyên vật liệu sản xuất bằng cách yêu cầu tất cả các nhà cung cấ p vật liệu cho Hyundai phải tuânthủ quy định Quản lý chất lƣợng / đảm bảo chất lƣợ ng trong khi thực hiện công việc của họ. Hyundai cung cấ p cho các nhà cungcấp đƣợ c cung cấ p những yêu cầu của quy định trên và yêu cầu các nhà cung cấ p kiểm tra và điền vào các báo cáo đƣợ c cung cấ p

bởi Hyundai. Các báo cáo này đƣợc định k ỳ gửi về Hyundai để bộ phận quản lý chất lƣợ ng kiểm soát, và đƣợc lƣu giữ trên hồ sơtrong thờ i hạn của dự án.Tại các cơ sở lắ p ráp của chúng tôi, chất lƣợng đƣợ c kiểm soát bằng theo quy trình sau đây: 1) Quản lý chất lƣợng / hƣớng dẫn sử dụng chƣơng trình đảm bảo chất lƣợng2) Biểu mẫu yêu cầu chất lƣợng sản phẩm 3) Các form mẫu kiểm tra chất lƣợng sản phẩm 4) Thiết bị đo lƣờng thích hợp để kiểm tra chất lƣợng 5) Kiểm tra toàn bộ sản phẩm khi lắp ráp. 6) Chứng nhận sản phẩm từ các nhà cung cấp vật liệu 7) Thiết bị kiểm tra mặt dựng tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế

Mọi sự kiểm soát đƣợ c thực hiện phù hợ p vớ i tiêu chuẩn hiện có, thủ tục thích hợp và dƣớ i sự giám sát của kiểm soát chất lƣợ ngcác cửa xƣởng / đảm bảo chất lƣợ ng nhân sự.

1. QUẢN LÝ CHẤT LƢỢNG / ĐẢM BẢO CHẤT LƢỢNG TRONG VIỆC LẮP RÁP

1.1 Vật liệu và việc quản lý chất lƣợng đƣợc thực hiện bởi nhân sự huấn luyện đặc biệt tại trạm kiểm soát chất lƣợng với cơ sởlắp ráp. Khi vật liệu đến nơi lắp ráp phải tuân thủ các bƣớc sau:

1.2 Vật liệu đƣợc kiểm tra đối với các phiếu đóng gói và các tài liệu vận chuyển, số lƣợng và nhãn hiệu nhận dạng.

1.3 Vật liệu đƣợc kiểm tra đối với bản vẽ kỹ thuật để bảo đảm Vật liệu đƣợc chế tạo một cách chính xác.

1.4 Vật liệu đƣợc kiểm tra để đảm bảo rằng nó đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn chất lƣợng đƣợc quy định trong biểu đồ kiểm soát chấtlƣợng.

Nếu phát hiện ra sự không phù hợ p, vật liệu sẽ đƣợ c loại ra khỏi khu vực kiểm tra, đƣợ c gắn thẻ và thông báo cho kiểm soát viên.Kiểm soát viên sẽ kiểm tra lại vật liệu để xác định theo phƣơng pháp đo lƣờ ng và so sánh vớ i mẫu xem là vật liệu đó có phù hợ phay không.

Các vật liệu đã qua kiểm tra, đƣợ c chuyển tiếp đến các dây chuyền lắp ráp để lắ p ráp thành hệ cửa. Các vật liệu kiểm tra khôngđạt thì sẽ đƣợ c làm lại hoặc sửa chữa để đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn Quản lý chất lƣợ ng hoặc vật liêu sẽ bị loại bỏ nếu không thể sửa chữahay làm lại.

Khi các khung chính đã đƣợc lắp ráp với nhau, một chiếc tem kiểm soát (Form7) sẽ đƣợcdán lên khung ở một nơi dễ thấy. Chiếc tem này sẽ chỉ bị che khuất đi khi khung cửa đƣợc lắp hoàn chỉnh .Tem bao gồm số unit,tên và chữ kí ngƣời đóng gói, và quan trọng nhất làtem quản lý chất lƣợng phải ghi rõ số lô. Tem này đƣợc coi nhƣ dấu niêm phong, khôngđƣợc dỡ bỏ và là phƣơng tiện để kiểm soát tất cả các unit theo thứ tự số lô vì vậy phải lƣu ý không đƣợc để tem bị bong hay trầy xƣớc.

Có 5 điểm kiểm tra chất lƣợ ng ở công trình thi công.

Điểm kiểm tra số 1 : Điều kiện thông thoáng

Điểm kiểm tra số 2 : Lắp đặt mặt dựngLắp đặt cửa chớ p

Điểm kiểm tra số 3: Lắp đặt lớp ngăn nhiệt

Điểm kiểm tra số 4 : Lắp đặt phần nối bên trong

Điểm kiểm tra số 5 : Các chi tiết đặc biệt nhƣ mái tƣờ ng, cửa, phụ kiện, vv...Bƣớc kiểm tra này bao gồm kiểm tra cơ sở trƣớc khi cài đặt khung ngoài của cửa. Những cơ sở sau đây cần đƣợc kiểm tra : Điềukiện liên kết : Các liên kết phải loại trừ khả năng bị ăn mòn và phù hợp để có thể hàn và gắn chốt.. Điều kiện mặt bằng bê tông:Bê tông phải đảm bảo k đƣợc nứt và cấm các vật có tải trọng quá lớn để nhằm đảm bảo một mặt bằng tốt nhất cho việc lắp đặt .Lƣu ý nếu có bất kỳ nghi vấn trong lĩnh vực giám định thì lập tức lập báo cáo và thông báo cho ngƣời phụ trách công trình đểxem xét.Phụ kiện lắp bản mã:

(4) Phụ kiện lắ p bản mã phải đƣợ c kiểm tra để đảm bảo r ằng phần bệ của thanh tạo thành phƣơg dọc và giữ cho thanh đóthẳng đứng.

(5) Mối hàn phải đƣợ c kiểm tra để đảm bảo r ằng tất cả lớ p xỉ đƣợ c làm sạch, chiều dài đƣợc quy địn trên bản vẽ và chúngcó kích cỡ thích hợ p và không làm ảnh hƣởng đến bề mặt sơn.

(6) Bu lông mở r ộng cần đƣợ c kiểm tra để xác nhận những vị trí thích hợ p và phù hợ p mô-men xoắn..Lƣu ý nếu có bất kỳ nghi vấn trong khi kiểm tra bản mã thì lập tức lập báo cáo và thông báo cho ngƣời phụ trách công trình đểxem xét .

KIỂM TRA BẰNG MẮT THƢỜNG

Sắp xếp

Chốt và phụ kiện Sự hƣ hại Xung đột với những cái khác Kiểm tra độ thấm Băng bịt bảo vệ tạm thờ iDấu thời tiết phía ngoài. Mọi vấn đề sẽ đƣợc ghi nhận trong mẫu Đăng nhập quản lý chất lƣợng (form11) và sẽ đƣợc khắc phục trong thời gian sớm nhất. KIỂM TRA LIÊN KẾT BẰNG MẮT THƢỜNG Kiểm tra này sẽ bao gồm quan sát chiều dài của mặt dựng từ dƣới lên để xác minh xem mặt dựng đã thẳng hàng, chính xác chƣa.Bất kỳ chênh lệch trong liên kết cần đƣợc xác nhận bằng cách đo khoảng cách từ lƣới. Các phép đo vƣợt quá dung sai cho thấy

cần lƣu ý trong chất lƣợng và kiểm tra lại Đăng nhập quản lý chất lƣợng bằng dụng cụ trƣớc khi công việc khắc phục hậu quảđƣợc thực hiện. Kiểm tra dấu thời tiết với độ thoáng mặt bằng tối thiểu là ¼.







Kiểm tra ốc vít và phụ tùng:kiểm tra này xác nhận r ằng các phụ kiện cần thiết đƣợc đặt đúng vị trí và ốc vít đƣợc cài đặt đúng cách. Việc Thanh tra bao gồmcác việc kiểm tra những điều sau đây:

Bu lông nối các tấm bê tông: Xác minh r ằng bu lông đƣợ c siết chặt chẽ và các tấm nhôm có rãnh răng cƣa đƣợ c r ửa sạch cũngnhƣ đƣợ c làm phẳng và khóa nếu cần thiết.

Bất k ỳ vật liệu bị hƣ hỏng sẽ đƣợ c thay thế.

Tấm phủ các khung cơ bản phải đặt đúng vào vị trí và phải đƣợ c gắn keo.Mỗi phần cuối cần đƣợ c bịt kín với keo silicone Dow Corning và đƣờ ng may ngang ở đầu mối nối cần đƣợ c dán kín.

Xác minh r ằng các tấm chống thấm đƣợc cài đặt đúng và dán kín chống thấm chặt chẽ.

Lƣu ý: Bất k ỳ sự sai lệch cho các mục ở trên để đƣợ c ghi thành từng khoản trong Nhật ký kiểm soát chất lƣợ ng .

THIỆT HẠI:Thanh tra để xác minh r ằng thanh ngang hoặc thẳng đứng không bị cong. (chân bị cong có thể đƣợ c uốn thẳng tr ở lại vị trí banđầu nếu không bị biến dạng vĩnh viễn sau khi sửa chữa)

XUNG ĐỘT CÁC BÊNThanh tra để xác minh r ằng không xảy ra xung đột vớ i các bên thi công khác mà sẽ ảnh hƣởng đến công việc của. Thông báo choGiám đốc dự án của Hyundai nếu có xung đột và ông sẽ thông báo cho nhà thầu chính.

KIỂM TRA CHỐ NG THẤM

Kiểm tra độ chống thấm của mối nối và rãnh chống nƣớ c.Kiểm tra tối thiểu một mối nối tại mỗi sànKiểm tra tính chống thấm sẽ đƣợ c thực hiện trƣớ c khi lắp đặt keo chống thờ i tiết.Kiểm tra tính chống thấm sẽ đƣợ c thực hiện bằng cách làm đậ p rãnh ở hai bên của mối nối và làm máng nƣớc để chiều cao củađập ngăn nƣớ c ngang bằng với đầu máng xối. Tr ực quan kiểm tra thâm nhập nƣớc dƣớ i vỉa rãnh hoặc thẳng đứng. Ghi lại bất k ỳ rò r ỉ nào vào bảng Đăng nhậ p chất lƣợ ng và sửa chữa các khu vực bị ảnh hƣở ng.Công việc khắc phục hậu quả phải đƣợ c tiến hành trƣớ c khi keo chống thờ i tiết đƣợ c lắp đặt.

BĂNG DÁN BẢO VỆ TẠM THỜIKiểm tra xem băng dán để bịt tạm thời dán đúng không thủng và dính tốt.

KEO CHỐ NG THỜI TIẾT:

Tr ực quan kiểm tra keo chống thờ i tiết tại các lỗ và ống.Xác minh r ằng keo thích hợp và đúng màu sắc đƣợ c sử dụng.Kiểm tra ngẫu nhiên tính k ết dính, kiểm tra chỉ số Dow Corning quy định về độ bám dính sẽ đƣợ c thực hiện sau khi đƣợ c khắc

phục hoàn toàn vấn đề keo (tối thiểu trong 14 ngày). Số lƣợ ng các bài kiểm tra không đƣợc ít hơn hai thử nghiệm trên một sàn.Bất cứ lỗi nào sẽ đƣợ c báo cáo Quản đốc dự án trƣớ c khi công việc khắc phục hậu quả đƣợ c thực hiện. Theo ý của Quản đốc dự án, sẽ yêu cầu thử nghiệm bổ sung.Sửa chữa khu vực thử nghiệm đƣợ c thực hiện theo thủ tục đƣợc đề nghị của Dow Corning.

Quá trình đùn ép sẽ đƣợ c kiểm tra bằng mắt thƣờng đối vớ i các phần nhu khuôn, rãnh và khuôn để đùn ép. Bất k ỳ vật liệu nghingờ có lỗi sẽ đƣợ c loại ra và kiểm tra lại. Vật liệu sẽ đƣợ c kiểm tra dung sai theo quy định dung sai tiêu chuẩn của từng hiệ p hộinhôm cho phép theo Bảng 1, bảng 3 , bảng 4, bảng 5, bảng 6 và bảng 7. Nếu Chất liệu đó vƣợt quá dung sai quy định sẽ bị loại

Đùn ép cũng đƣợ c kiểm tra bằng mắt thƣờng trƣớc khi đƣợ c rót và lắp ráp để đạt đúng tieu chuẩn sơn khi hoàn thiện. Sơn hoànthiện phải mịn và chống bụi. Độ dày phủ sơn là 1 ly. trung bình trên bề mặt tiế p xúc bao gồm cả đầu phun ra nếu tiế p xúc. (Ref.:Biểu đồ quản lý chất lƣợ ng số 3) Bất k ỳ vật liệu nào có lỗi khi kiểm tra sẽ đƣợ c tr ả lại cho nhà máy để sơn lại nhƣng không đƣợ c

phép sửa lại.







KHUÔN ĐÙN ÉP PHảI ĐƢợC KIểM TRA BằNG MắT THƢờNG TRứOC KHI CHế TạO. KHUÔN ĐÙN ÉP PHảI PHÙ HợPVớI BảN Vẽ ĐÙN ÉP VÀ KHÔNG CÓ CÁC Gờ, NHÌN THấY NHÃN HIệU, HOặC BIếN DạNG CÓ ảNH HƢởNG ĐếN KÍCHTHƢớC KHUNG HÌNH CUốI CÙNG TổNG THể HOặC QUÁ TRÌNH LắP RÁP. Vị TRÍ CủA Lỗ, RÃNH VÀ CÁC HOạTĐộNG CHế TạO KHÁC ĐƢợC TRONG VÕNG 1 MM. (REF.: BIểU Đồ QUảN LÝ CHấT LƢợNG Số 2) Kích thƣớ c phù hợp: Đo và so sánh chiều cao và chiều r ộng vớ i bản vẽ mẫu. Dung sai cho phép là 2 mily hoặc 6 milyĐo đƣờng chéo để kiểm tra sự vuông góc. Dung sai cho phép là 3 mily hoặc 1/8 inch.Kiểm tra End dams /end caps ở đúng vị trí, đúng hƣớ ng và dấu niêm phong.KIểm tra phía bề mặt phía ngoài phần gỗ phải bằng phẳng vớ i dung sai 1.5mm (1./16 inch)Kiểm tra phần bắt vít và keo gắn theo nhƣ bản vẽ shop.Kiểm tra phần keo gắn đảm bảo gọn gàng ngăn nƣớc và không khí nhƣng phải đảm bảo bề mặt đẹ p.Kiểm tra tất cả các ốc vít đƣợ c nắ p kín.

KÍNH VÀ CÁC PHẦ N CAO SU.*/Kính (Ref.: Các biểu đồ kiểm soát chất lƣợ ng 6 và 7):Kiểm tra cạnh kính chống nứt, gãy,… Kiểm tra bề mặt phản chiếu.Kiểm tra kính đúng loại sử dụng.*/Phần cao su (Ref.: biểu đồ kiểm soát chất lƣợ ng14):Kiểm tra các khối dựng đã đƣợ c lắ p dặt và đuợ c dán tại vị trí ¼ các điểm.Kiểm tra vách ngăn nƣớc đƣợ c lắp đặt và định vị chính xác ở phía cuối của thanh ngang theo yêu cầu bản vẽ của nhà thầu.Kiểm tra các gioăng chống nƣớc đã đƣợ c lắp đặt tại thanh song dƣớ i mặt dựng cả ở phía trong và phía ngoài. Độ hụt tối thiểu tạiđiểm cuối của thanh song là 4 inch và đầu thanh song phải đƣợ c uốn mép.1.1.1.1 Kiểm tra gioăng chống nƣớc đƣợc đặt đúng vị trí và không bị gấp hoặc lồi lõm.

KEO K ẾT CẤU:

Kiểm tra đúng k eo k ết cấu (trên bản vẽ) đƣợ c sử dụng và ghi lại số lô keo vào Biểu mẫu kiểm soát chất lƣợ ng Form4 hoặc 4A vàtrên giấy lắp ráp đơn vị (QC Form 7)Kiểm tra bằng cách kiểm tra tr ực quan r ằng không có khoảng tr ống hoặc bong bóng trong keo.Kiểm tra keo đƣợ c phun khít.Lƣu ý ngày áp dụng keo trên mẫu Chất lƣợ ng 4 hoặc 5, (QC Form 7).Phụ Kiện:

Kiểm tra các phụ kiện sau đây đƣợ c lắp đặt chính xác cho mỗi bản vẽ:Các rãnh cách lyVách ngăn Miếng chống thấm.Kính kết cấu Dow Corning 795 đen hoặc xám hoặc GE SSG4000AC đen hoặc xám Chỉ dùng sơn lót khi có yêu cầu của bên sản xuất keo. 1.8.1.2 Chống thấm Dow Corning 790 đen hoặc xám hoặc GE SCS2000 đen hoặc xám

Sơn lót nên đƣợc sử dụng nếu có yêu cầu bằng cách kiểm tra của nhà sản xuất keo và nên đƣợc áp dụng theo đề nghị của họ.Dow Corning 790 đen hoặc xám hoặc GE SCS2000 đen hoặc xám Sơn lót nên đƣợc sử dụng nếu có yêu cầu bằng cách kiểm tra của nhà sản xuất keo và nên đƣợc áp dụng theo đề nghị của họ.Lắp đặt khung Dow Corning 790 theo bản vẽ của nhà thầu.Chỉ dùng sơn lót khi có yêu cầu của bên sản xuất keo.

Những nguy hiểm có thể nhìn thấy tại các vị trí cửa ra vào hoặc các vách ngăn giao nhau cần lƣu ý và sửa chữa.Bụi bẩn và các mảnh vụn sẽ đƣợ c làm sạch và loại bỏ khỏi khu vực.Bạt che trong tình tr ạng tốt. Thay thế nếu cần.Kiểm tra keo tại mối nối. Nếu có lỗi, Sửa chữa theo yêu cầu.Kiểm tra keo dán, lỗ bịt, thông báo ngay cho phụ trách khi có nghi ngờ .Tăng cƣờ ng kiểm tra keo vùng gia cố. Sửa chữa nếu yêu cầu.Đảm bảo mỏ neo đƣợc cài đặt và vị trí chính xác.Đảm bảo r ằng tất cả lỗ ở các vị trí cửa ra vào các vách ngăn giao nhau kh ông có bụi bẩn và mảnh vỡ .

CHUẨ N BỊ UNITƢu tiên lắp đặt UNIT, lắp đặt các mục sau:Chèn vào thanh xà chính của đơn vị đƣợc cài đặt trƣớc và ngay dƣớ i các khối đầu phun bọt di động (FB-001 cho mỗi bản vẽ), vàdán vào vị trí bằng keo silicone.Áp dụng đóng băng bọt tế bào dƣớ i cùng của chân tham gia nội thất nam (Xem chi tiết bản vẽ cửa hàng).Liên k ết Nhôm đã đùn ép vớ i thanh xà chính vớ i tấm lót trong. Bịt kín tất cả các bu lông và các đƣờ ng nối vào bên trong thanhxà.Gắn k ết bu lông đã đƣợc tôi vào đoạn trƣớ c của thanh xà chính để định dạng rõ ft/bl.

LẮP ĐẶT UNIT:Các đơn UNIT đƣợ c đặt vào thùng phẳng và quay mặt lên trên. Khi chuyển phải đảm bảo thùng đựng UNIT song song vớ isàn, thùng vuông góc vớ i tƣờ ng bên ngoài và đặt sát tƣờ ng. Mở thùng hàng bằng cách dỡ nắ p trên và nắp dƣớ i. Dỡ các dấu niêmcủa măt dựng ở trong thùng.Các UNIT phải đƣợc cài đặt từ phải sang trái khi nhìn từ bên trong. Nhấc UNIT từ thùng ra, kiểm tra , làm công tác chuẩn bị nhƣ

bƣớ c trên. Nắ p UNIT vào khung mở, dƣớ i xà ngang và cẩn thận không để xƣớc sơn. 1.1.1.2 Khi UNIT ở vị trí thẳng đứng sử dụng miếng chèn tạm thời để điều chỉnh vị trí UNIT và mỏ neo. Khoảng trống ở

mặt sau của thanh xà là 1/4”. Gắn khoảng cách giữa các UNIT với silicon và các đơn vị lân cận với thanh xà.Bắt vít lƣu giữ. Gắn silicon cho tất cảcác mối nối để kết thúc. Khoan sao cho mỏ neo đúng kích clip đúng k ích cỡ và chèn bu lông và mô-men xoắn cho các giá trị quy định.

KIỂM TRA UNIT ĐÃ LẮP ĐẶT Sau khi các thành phần ban đầu của các đơn vị đƣợc cài đặt, cần kiểm tra những việc sau đây.

Bu lông neo cần đƣợ c kiểm tra để xác minh đã cài đặt đúng và chắc chắn.Các đơn vị cần đƣợ c kiểm tra vị trí nằm ngang, thẳng đứng, liên k ết theo chiều dọc, đƣợc chèn đúng theo yêu cầu.Kiểm tra các vết tr ầy xƣớc sơn của các đơn vị đƣợc cài đặt , vết lõm hoặc thiệt hại khác. Ghi lại vị trí hƣ hại để sủa chữa sau này.Kiểm tra lắ p kính có bị vỡ , tr ầy xƣớc, hƣ hỏng khác hay không. Ghi lại vị trí hƣ hại để sủa chữa sau này.Kiểm tra gioăng kính tại vị trí liên k ết và tại các góc.
