    Trong k ngh lm u h, thch cao c dng lm ng t cht sa lyra t ht u nnh v cng gia tng hm lng calcium trong u h, vnd c rt t trong sa u nnh, khng cung ng cho c th con ngi(mi ngy c th cn khong trung bnh 800 mg calcium).
