保障範圍保險種類：

學生人身意外保險

保險期： 2009 年至 2010 年

保障內容：此保險計劃償付受保學生於保單有效期内，因意外引致之

死亡，永久傷殘或受傷之醫療診治費用；


保障內容：保障受保學生於每個正常上課天離

家直接上學開始，直至下課後回家或離開學校，

香港居住 ― 兩小時後終止香港境外居住 ― 四小時後終止以較先者為準


保障內容：同時保障受保學生離家直接前往集合

地點，參與由學校安排或經學校認可之活動開始，直至活動結束，受保學生回家或離開活動場地，

香港居住 ― 兩小時後終止香港境外居住 ― 四小時後終止以較先者為準

保障金額死亡：

每名學生每保單年度最高賠償額 HK$200,000

保障金額 ( 續 )

永久傷殘：每名學生每保單年度最高賠償額 HK$200,000 按「死亡及傷殘償付表」內之

身體部位及比例計算


醫療診治費用：每名學生每次意外最高賠償額 HK$10,000 包括跌打 / 針灸 ( 上限

HK$2,000) 索償次數不限


意外燒傷：補償第 2 級及第 3 級意外燒傷最高賠償額 HK$75,000


受保地域：全球

總賠償額上限：每所學校每保單年度 HK$40,000,000


延伸保障：食物中毒恐怖主義襲擊中暑 ― 若因中暑導致死亡，

將獲死亡保障的 50% 賠償

主要不保事項自殺、企圖自殺或故意自殘身體；墮胎、流產、懷孕或分娩；任何投保前已存在的，先天性的或遺傳性

的「疾病」或「身體損傷」；精神或神經失常或錯亂；受酒精或藥物影響之行為；

愛滋病 (AIDS) 或於 HIV 抗體測試中呈陽性反應、性病等；

主要不保事項 ( 續 )

參加跳傘、滑翔翼、跳臺滑雪、冰上曲棍球、輔以供氣裝備的水底活動、輔以裝備之攀山活動、職業性運動；

身體檢查、美容或整形外科手術。牙科護理及牙齒修補 ( 由意外引起除外 ) ；

核子武器、核子燃料或其燃燒後產生的廢料所致輻射能的沾染；

所有保障限於意外發生後 12 個月內償付。

所有項目均毋須支付墊底費 / 自負額

達信經常監察承保公司的服務質素，承諾每宗個案於索償文件齊備後十個工作天內，保證可將賠款自動轉賬至受傷學生家長之指定銀行賬戶。
