1. Piston pump pressure, adjusting

1. Idle pressure of single pump is 2.5Mpa and that of double pump is 3.0Mpa;2. Start the engine to run it idle. Close the one-way throttle valve on pilot valve block. Adjust the idle pressure of double pump and signal pump to be respectively 3Mpa and 2.5Mpa. Loosen the adjusting screw of one-way throttle valve for 2 circles. At this moment, the pressure should be approx. 4.5Mpa on the display. 3. Retract the boom to its limitation for holding the pressure. Adjust the max. oil-supply pressure of oil pump (single pump, double pump) to be 26Mpa.

Adjusting method:1. Adjust the pilot pressure. Connect the pressure gauge to the pilot pressure-measuring point. Increase the pressure of pilot pressure-reducing valve. Adjust the opening pressure of pilot pressure-reducing valve to be 3.5Mpa and that of pressure-reducing valve to be 2.5Mpa.2. Run idle. Adjust the one-way throttle valve to make the system pressure be 3.8 - 4.5Mpa. If it is hard to steer the machine, adjust the pressure higher but less than 5.0Mpa. Otherwise, the oil-consumption and the pump wearing will increase. 3. Move the counterweight to its limitation for holding the pressure. Adjust the feedback overflow valve to make the system pressure be approx. 19Mpa. At this moment, the opening pressure of feedback overflow valve should be approx. 16Mpa. (This pressure is an experience value for the overflow valve pressure cannot be measured on site.)
