How To Complete The New Student Housing Application
The King’s CollegeStudent Life
Log into Symplicity (tkc-residence.simplicity.com). Your TKC email address is your username (include “@tkc.edu”) and your TKC email password is your password. Log in as a resident, not as staff.
Once logged in, you will reach your Homepage which will look similar to the picture below:
Click “Get Started”.
Begin with Part 1 of the Application.
In Step One, enter/verify your personal information:
In Step Two, complete the “Roommate Matching Questionnaire” which helps us match roommates together.
In Step Three, complete the “Background Check Information”. Background checks are required for anyone who lives in college housing.
In Step Four, read and electronically sign your Housing Contract. If you are under 21, your parent or guardian must sign.
Finally, review your full application and make changes if needed.
Save As Draft: Use this if you are not finished and would like to edit it later.Submit Application: Use this to finalize your application when you are finished.
