HAVING RECTANGULAR RIMNEW CONCEPT FOR FIRING WASHBASINS

Based on the market demand we have designed new system for firing rectangular washbasins having big size. Our concept was developed by in two optional ways.

All parts of the kiln car construction are made of SiSiC (reaction bonded silicone carbide) in order to assure• long service life• high mechanical stability in the structure• resistance to deformation • lowest possible weight of refractories• less kiln car maintenance work,i.e. all in all to reduce the production costs on end-user's side.

The vertical supports with slots positioned on 4 corners of the kiln cars are basically of the same type in both structures, the real novelty is offered on the setting levels.

CONCEPT N°1

This solution is tailored to the exact demand of each customer, namely the size of the special beams, their cross section and final shape will be based always on the size and shape of the washbasins to be fired. This system is useful and offers an especially economic option, when large series of the same type of washbasins shall be manufactured.

The position and length of beam’s recessed part will be designed in such a way, that the distance of batts - which are put on the beams – will determine the position of washbasins.

That kind of superstructure can be applied on kiln cars in both tunnel and chamber kilns. It can operate both as single level and as multilevel structure.

This structure is offering full flexibility to the sanitary ware manufacturers because they can put the SiSiC batts on the “Z”-shaped special beams in variable positions, - namely depending on the size and shape of the different washbasin types the system can be adjusted to the optimal position even on the site.

CONCEPT N° 2

The heart of this construction is the Z-shaped beam, which is strong enough to keep the goods to be fired on its both sides. The Z-shape is ideal for keeping the washbasins and batts at the same time.
