Currently manholes are often constructed on site from concrete or using partially pre- fabricated elements.

This type of construction has the following drawbacks:• Extremely long construction time.• Lifting equipment required at site when using pre–

fabricated elements. • Imperfect finish:

– Sealing not guaranteed. – Sump at incorrect level. – Poor quality of manhole.

In comparison, pre-fabricated polyethylene manholes have the following multiple advantages:• Lightweight but extremely robust elements. • Full range of system elements (welded or socket

connection at desired elevation, access rungs).• Guaranteed quality.

– Fully leak proof from top to bottom. – Guaranteed environmental protection. – Extremely smooth sump. – Excellent flow characteristics.

• PE Muayene bacaları TS EN 13598 - 2 standardı-na göre üretilmekte olup, konik eleman, gövde elemanı ve taban elemanlarının bir araya getirilmesi ile istenilen yükseklikte baca teşkil edilebilir.

• PE Manholes are manufactured according to TS EN 13598-2 standard. By combining cone, elevation and base units it is possible to cons-truct manholes at any desired height.

• Kullanılan baca elemanları ile baca yükseklikleri 25 santimetrenin katları şeklinde oluşturulabilir. (örnek olarak 1,75 m, 2,00 m, 2,25 m.....6,00 m gibi)

• Using different manhole elements it is possible to construct manholes in 25 cm height intervals. (for example 1,75 m, 2,00 m, 2,25 m….6,00 m)

• PE Muayene baca elemanları kendinden ba-samaklı olarak üretilmektedir. Bu sayede baca oluşturulduğunda basamak yapmak için ilave olarak çalışma yapılmaz, zaman harcanmaz.

• PE manhole elements are manufactured with integral steps. Thus when the manhole is cons-tructed no further effort or time is necessary for the ladders or steps.

• HUGE marka muayene bacalarının taban ele-manları 15° nin katları ile açısal dönüş yapmaya uygun olarak üretilmektedir. Proje üzerinde yapılacak çalışma ile hangi dönüş açısında kaç adet baca bulunduğu tespit edilebilir ve şantiye sahasında yapılacak uygulamada hızlı ve seri şekilde imalat gerçekleştirilebilir.

• HUGE brand manhole bases are manufactured so that bends multiples of 15° are possible. Checking the design it is possible to determine no of manholes with each bend angle and field installation can be completed in a short time.

• Projede kullanılacak olan PE Koruge boru markası-biliniyorsa, PE taban elemanlarının giriş ve çıkış bağ-lantıları kullanılacak olan koruge boru markasının sızdırmazlık contasına uygun olarak imal edilebilir.

• If the manufacturer of the corrugated PE pipe to be used in the project is known; PE base inlet and outlet pipe connections can be manufactured suitable for the sealing ring of the corrugated pipe to be used.

• Altyapılarda genellikle PE Koruge boru kullanılmak-tadır. Koruge boru üreten firmaların koruge boru dış çapları (profil dış ölçüleri) birbirinden farklıdır. Bu nedenle hangi firmanın koruge borusu projede kullanılacak ise o boruya ait boru manşonlarını taban elemanına giriş ve çıkış olarak hazırlamak gerekmektedir. Bunun için önce düz yüzeyli PE boru parçası (örnek olarak uygun çaptaki basınçlı PE boru) projede kullanılacak olan manşona kaynak edilir, akabinde taban elemanına kaynak edilir.

• Usually in infrastructure projects corrugated PE pipes are used. Corrugated pipe outer diameters (profile outer dimensions) for each corrugated pipe manufacturer is different. For this reason, inlet and outlet connections to the base must be pre-pared using the pipe sleeves of the specific pipe manufacturer. For this, first a flat surface pipe piece (for example pressure PE pipe with appropriate diameter) is welded to the sleeve to be used in the project, and afterwards the pipe piece is welded to the base.

• Baca teşkil edildikten sonra baca yüksekliğini arttır-mak gerekir ise; konik elemanın üzerine konulacak boyun bileziği ile bu istek kolaylıkla yerine getirilebi-lir.

• After construction of the manhole, if it is necessary to increase height of the manhole; this can be done easily by adding an extension piece on top of the cone.

• Eğer baca yüksekliği kısaltılmak istenir ise; konik elemanın boğaz kısmı üzerinde bulunan 1’er san-timetrelik dairesel izlerden kesilerek kolaylıkla ayar yapılabilir. Aynı şekilde taban elemanları üzerinde bulunan 1’er santimetrelik izlerden de keserek yük-seklik ayarı yapmak mümkündür.

• If it is necessary to decrease height of the manhole; height can be easily adjusted by cutting from the circular marks with 1 cm intervals on the neck of the cones. Also it is possible to adjust the height by cutting from the circular marks with 1 cm intervals on the bases.

Kaynaklı Sistem Bu bacalar, müşteri tarafından verilen projesi-ne göre istenen boy ve bağlantısı hazır şekilde fabrikamızda tamamen kaynaklı olarak imal edilmekte ve yerine konmaya hazır halde tes-lim edilmektedir. Bu tipler özellikle yüksek zemin suyu mevcut olan sahalar için uygundur. Ayrı-ca kaynak yöntemi ile baca oluşturma sahada da kolaylıkla yapılabilir. Weldable System These manholes are integrally welded in the workshop and delivered ready for installati-on (height and levels of connections to be supplied by client) They are especially suitable where groundwater exists. Also parts can be welded together into a manhole at site easily. Contalı Sistem Sahada monte edilmek üzere parçalar halinde teslim edilen sistemdir. System with Sealing System supplied in component parts for as-sembly on site.

Baca elemanları sahada, el ekstruderi (kaynak makinesi) ile kolaylıkla sızdırmaz olarak birleşti-rilebilir. Chamber parts can be welded together in a water tight fashion at site easily with a hand extruder (welding machine).

PE Muayene baca elemanlarının kolayca taşınabilir olması özellikle araçların giremediği arazilerde büyük kolaylık sağlar. PE Chamber parts can be easily carried and this is a great convenience especially in are-as where vehicle traffic is not possible.

Uygun çapta contayı takın. Put in the correct size gasket.

PVC borunun girmesi için conta yüzeyine kaydırıcı sürün. For easy installation of PVC pipe lubricate surface of the gasket.

PVC boruyu PE ev bağlantı menholüne yerleştirin. Connect the PVC pipe to the PE house connection chamber.

Menhol çıkış borusunu kesin (gerekirse). Cut the chamber outlet pipe (if necessary).

15 mm’lik kısmı 30° açı verecek şekilde hazırlayın. Bevel 15 mm of the pipe end to 30°.

Çıkış borusuna kaydırıcı sürün. Lubricate the outlet pipe.

Çıkış kısmında kullanılacak PVC/Koruge boru adaptör contasına kaydırıcı sürün. Lubricate the PVC/corrugated adaptor gasket to be used at the outlet side.

İmalatın her aşamasında ürünlerin kalitesi kontrol edilmektedir. Kaliteli hammaddeler kullanılmakta ve TS EN 13598-2 standardının gerektirdiği testler düzenli olarak yapılarak ürünlerin standarda uygunluğu denetlenmektedir. Bu testlerin yanı sıra mühendislik kuruluşlarına yaptırılan sonlu eleman analizleri ile pratik deney sonuçları teorik hesaplamalar ile de desteklenmektedir. HUGE muayene bacaları Türk Standartları Enstitüsü tarafından verilmiş TS EN 13598-2 belgesine haizdir. Ayrıca şirket olarak ISO 9001 ve ISO 14001 kalite yönetim sistemi belgelerimiz de mevcuttur.

At every stage of production, quality of the products is checked. High quality raw materials are used and by making tests required by TS EN 13598-2 standard regularly, compliance of the products with the standard are controlled. In addition to these tests, by having finite element analysis made by engineering firms practical test results are supported by theoretical calculations.HUGE manholes have TS EN 13598-2 certificate by Turkish Standards Instute. Zeminin hazırlanması Modüler PE baca uygun zemin üzerine monte edil-melidir. Zemin sert ve sıkıştırılmış olmalı, uygun dolgu malzemesi kullanılmalıdır. Tanecikli malzeme boyutları 0-32 mm arasında, kırılmış malzeme boyutları 0-16 mm arasında olmalıdır. Donmuş malzeme kullanılmamalı-dır. Alt yataklama 15-20 cm’lik tabaka olarak hazırlan-malı ve %97 Proctor’a kadar sıkıştırılmalıdır.

Bacanın montajı Bacanın hafif olması nedeniyle manuel montaj müm-kündür. Makine ile montaj yapılacak ise baca tabanı etrafına bez kuşak bağlanarak yerine konulur. Baca, baca çukuruna yerleştirilmeden önce, giriş ve çıkış bağlantılarının temiz ve doğru yönde olduğu kontrol edilmelidir. Kolay montaj için giriş ve çıkış bağlantıla-rında (conta yuvalarında) uygun kaydırıcı (potasyum sabunu) kullanılmalıdır.

Uygulama Tarifi Description of Installation

Installation of the chamber Due to low weight manual installation is possible. In case of machine installation cloth bands may be tied around the chamber base. Before placing the cham-ber in the pithole, it should be checked that inlet and outlet gaskets are clean and properly oriented. Sui-table lubricant (potassium soap) should be used for inlet and outlet connections (gasket seats) for easier assembly.

Chamber backfill Backfilling the chamber pit requires use of approp-riate material (the same as for the foundation) and the correct implementation. The backfilling material must be carefully compacted up to 97% Proctor in layers (up to 30 cm thick) in the area in the radius of least 50 cm from the wall of the chamber. Special attention should be given to the area below the base of the chamber. All of the empty space must be filled and compacted with hand tools in order to prevent subsequent deformations to the chamber base. Du-ring backfilling heavy machinery should not be driven over the chamber or over the immediate area of the backfill.

Baca geri dolgusu Baca geri dolgusu için uygun malzeme (temel için kul-lanılan malzeme ile aynı) ve doğru uygulama gerekli-dir. Geri dolgu malzemesi baca dış yüzeyinden en az 50 cm’lik mesafede 30 cm yüksekliğe kadar tabakalar halinde, dikkatlice %97 Proctor’a kadar sıkıştırılmalıdır. Baca tabanının altına özel bir dikkat gösterilmelidir. Baca tabanında ileride oluşabilecek deformasyonlara engel olmak için boşluğun tamamı doldurulmalı ve el aletleri ile sıkıştırılmalıdır. Baca geri dolgusu sırasında ağır makinalar baca veya geri dolgu bölgesi üzerin-den geçirilmemelidir.

Preparation of foundation The PE modular chamber must be installed on a suitable foundation.Foundation has to be solid and compacted. Use suitable filling material. Grained material may be of size from 0 to 32 mm mm, crushed material of size from 0 to 16 mm. Do not use frozen material. Foundation has to be prepared in a layer of 15-20 cm and compacted up to 97% Proctor.

Kompozit olan kapaklarımız kilitlenebilir özellik-tedir ve aynı zamanda istendiğinde gaz sızdırmaz olarak üretilebilmektedir. İstek üzerine kapaklara istenilen logo baskısı yapılabilmektedir.

• If the PE Manholes we manufacture are to be used in traffic areas, you can procure class D 400 and E 600 ductile cast iron and composite covers from the manufacturers in the market and use them. We can supply class A 15 (size DN 600), class B 125 (size DN 400) covers and class C 250 (size DN 400) gratings adaptable to our products. Our covers are made of composite materials, they are lockable and if wanted they can be manufactured gas tight. On request any desired logo can be printed on the covers.

• Kapaklar TS 1478 EN 124 standardının A 15 ve B 125 trafik sınıfı yeterlilik belgelerine sahiptir.

• Covers are certified by TSE for class A 15 and B 125 traffic load as per TS 1478 EN 124 standard.

HUGE yamaç bacaları polietilenden imal edilmiş olup, yamaçlarda (eğimli arazilerde) şutlu baca kullanımına gerek bırakmaz. Yamaç bacasının yüksekliği değiş-ken, çapı ise DN 800 mm veya DN 1000 mm olabilir. Gövdeye teğetsel olarak giriş yapılan borudan gelen hız kazanmış yağmur suyu, çevresel olarak dönerek enerjisini boşaltır ve tabandan hızı azalmış olarak çıkış yaparak sisteme bağlanır. Konik parçasının boğaz kısmını el testeresi ile işaretli çizgilerden keserek yamaç bacasının yüksekliği zemin kotuna göre hassas olarak ayarlanabilir. HUGE polyethylene energy compensating chambers make usage of drop chambers obsolete in inclined terrain (hills). Energy compensating chambers can be of variable height and DN 800 and DN 1000 mm dia-meter. High velocity rain water enters the chamber body tangentially, leaves its energy by flowing inside the chamber along a circular path and flows out of the base to connect to the main line. The neck can be cut along the marked cutting lines with a regular hand saw and the height of the chamber can be adjusted to grade.
