Die Einzigartige Kombination aus Leistung und Bedienfreundlichkeit macht die CNC eco zu einer extrem wirtschaftlichen Abkantpresse und unterstützt Sie bei der Reduktion der Herstellungskosten Ihrer Produk-te - Vom einfachen Einzelbug bis hin zum komplexen, großformatigen Biegeteil. Der spannungsfrei konstruierte Maschinenrahmen, die große Einbauhöhe sowie die große Ausladung sind nur einige der Highlights die diese Maschine bietet. Das modulare Baukastenkonzept ermöglicht Konfigurationen von bis zu 13 Achsen und darüber hinaus. Es werden ausschließlich Elektro- und Hydraulikbauteile international renommierter Hersteller wie z.B. Bosch, Rexroth, Siemens und Telemecanique ver-baut. Der Gleichlauf der beiden Hauptzylinder Y1 und Y2 wird elektrohy-draulisch mittels Proportionalventiltechnik geregelt.

The unique combination of performance and ease of use makes the CNC eco to an extremely economic press brake which helps to reduce the costs of your products - from simple single bend to complex, large-scale bending parts. Tension-free manufactured machine frame, huge daylight and large throat depth are just some of the highlights this ma-chine offers. The modular design allows configurations of up to 13 axes and beyond. Electrical and hydraulic components only of internationally well known manufacturers such as Bosch Rexroth, Siemens and Tele-mecanique are installed. The synchronisation of the two main cylinders Y1 and Y2 is electro-hydraulic controlled by proportional valves.

Hinteranschlag / back gauge

Die Fingertiefen- (X) und Fingerhöhenpositi-onen (R) werden automatisch berechnet und durch die Steuerung auf Kugelgewindespindeln und Linearführungen positioniert. Der An-schlag-Finger Rückzug wird ebenfalls automa-tisch durchgeführt sollte es der zu kantende Teil benötigen. Der Fingerabstand ist entlang der Linearführungen leicht manuell verstellbar.

The finger block depth (X) and height (R) posi-tions are automatically calculated and positi-oned with the control on ball screws and linear guides. If it is necessary for the work piece the back gauge retraction is also done automati-cally. The finger block distance is easy manual adjustable along the linear guide.
