年1月,由中国华能集团公司控股和管理。

主要从事澜沧江流域及周边地区水电资源

的开发与运营,积极参与周边国家清洁能

源开发。

Hydrolancang, which was established in January 2001, is controlled and managed by China Huaneng Group. Hydrolancang is mainly engaged in hydropower development and operation in Lancang River basin and surrounding areas and actively takes part in the development of the clean energy of the neighboring countries.

Hydrolancang has been actively practicing the sustainable development of hydropower since its establishment. Up to now, it owns more than 20,000MW installed capacity in operation. We would like to share our practiced experiences regarding fish protection during development of hydropower:

Fish protection is an important content for developing hydropower. The following measures were taken in our projects to protect fish: (1)建设鱼类增殖放流站,开展鱼类人工增殖放流。

Establish fish breeding & releasing stations to breed and release fishes.

水电开发中的鱼类保护 Fish Protection 目前,糯扎渡、功果桥、龙开口、黄登电站成功繁殖巨魾、光唇裂腹鱼、灰

裂腹鱼、后背鲈鲤、叉尾鲇、短须裂腹鱼、岩原鲤、鲈鲤、长薄鳅、细鳞裂

腹鱼等10种野生鱼类。

Now, more than10 kinds of wild fish species have been successfully propagated in those fish stations.

从2010年以来,已实施增殖放流68.37万尾,并按10%比例进标记,开展增殖放流效果监测。 Since 2010, more than 683,7000 fishes have been bred and released from the fish stations, among which 10% were marked for monitoring the effect.

糯扎渡电站自2013年开始连续开展库区渔业增殖、生态放养工作,累计投放丝尾鱯、叉尾鲇、

鲢鱼、鳙鱼等共637万尾鱼苗,对保护生物多样性,维护库区生态系统平衡,促进地方渔业发

展和库区周边移民增收起到积极作用,鱼获量大幅增加,2014年从糯扎渡水库捕获到体重达到

87公斤的大鱼。

From 2013, Hydrolancang started fishery breeding and releasing work in the reservoir of Nuo Zha Du HPP, with totally 6,370,000 fish fries were released. It has a positive effect on biodiversity conservation, ecosystem balance of the reservoir, improving the local fishery development and increasing fish catch so as well the resettled villagers’ income. In 2014, a fish reaching a weight of 87kg was caught in Nuo Zha Du Reservoir.

(2)网捕过坝 Netting & carrying fish across the dam 结合工程特点,在功果桥、糯扎渡、龙开口等电站开展网捕过坝(捕捞过坝)工作,现已累计捕捞过坝33次,共放流鱼类38种,共计22.52万尾。

At Gong Guo Qiao, Nuo Zha Du and Long Kaikou hydropower projects, after river closure, the fishes are helped to cross the dam by net-capture, manual transfer and release. Up to now,33 times of such activities have been carried out and 225,200 fishes crossed the dam by manual method.

(3)集运鱼系统、升鱼机 Fish Collecting & Carrying system and fish elevator 根据工程特性和环评报告书的要求,龙开口、苗尾、大华桥、黄登、托巴、里底、乌弄龙等

电站过鱼设施采用了集运鱼系统;其中大华桥、黄登、乌弄龙电站过鱼设施采用了升鱼机加

集运鱼系统。目前过鱼设施正在设计中。

According to the engineering properties and EIA requirements, Fish Collecting&carrying system will be applied in Long kaikou, Wu Nong Long, Li Di, Huang Deng , and fish elevator will be also applied in Da Hua Qiao, Huang Deng and Wu Nong Long. These fish pass facilities are in design.

(4)鱼道 Fish Passage 鱼道是过鱼效率较高且对鱼类损伤小的过鱼设施,对于适合修建鱼道的低坝,采用鱼道作

为过鱼设施。橄榄坝鱼道设计方案已完成;桑河电站鱼道方案正在设计过程中。

Fish passage has relatively higher efficiency for fish migration with smaller damage to fishes. For the lower dams, the fish passage is applied. The design of fish passage at Ganlanba HPP has been completed and for Lower SeSan 2, the fish passage is under design.

(5)生态修复 Ecological restoration 对影响鱼类种质资源较大的支流河段进行生态修复,以使河流生境恢复到天然

状态。拆除了苗尾库区基独河第四级电站.

Restore ecology of tributaries which greatly impact on fish germplasm resources to recover their nature ecological environment. For this purpose, Hydrolancang removed a hydropower plant on Jidu River, a tributary of Lancang River.

(6)分层取水Stratified water intake facilities 对高坝大库取水高度变幅较大的项目,采用分层取水,以降低下泄水温变化的影响,以尽可能减少对下游区域鱼类生境的影响。已建设糯扎渡和正在建设的黄登电站采取分层取水措施。 To Mitigate the impact on downstream fishes by the temperature fluctuation of the discharged water, stratified water intake facilities are applied in projects with high dam, large reservoir and large variation range of intaking level, such as Nuo Zha Du(completed) and Huang Deng(under construction).

(8)制定调度规则 Reservoir operation regulation 在蓄水前制定调度规则作为强制措施,以确保电站下游的生态、环境、

社会、航运等综合用水要求。

Regulation for reservoir of each project has been established before the impounding, to guaranty the downstream water need/consumption for environment, ecology, society and navigation of downstream.
