The Board of Director sThe BOD makes decisions on matters stipulated by law and the Articles of Incorporation, as well as issues delegated to it through shareholders’ meetings. The BOD sets guidelines for the company’s management and makes important decisions related to the execution of projects. The BOD supervises the work of executives and management. The BOD consists of four internal and five external directors. The BOD convenes regular board meetings as well as extraordinary meetings whenever necessary.

Hyundai Motor Company, as a car manufacturer, makes its best to develop and produce such vehicles that will not contribute to further worsening of already serious situation.• We recycle up to 75% of all solvents used in the Paint shop.• 95% of all materials used for car production are recyclable.• 88% of all waste in HMMC is being recycled.• We use low-VOC materials.

CONCLUSION

• We think Hyundai company is very stable over time, seen from various aspects that we have discussed show Hyundai has a strong commitment and purpose in business. Not only concerned with profits alone, Hyundai is able to build employee engagement and provide social responsibility which is very good for the world.

• As an investor should not only choose companies that only have a high profit but look for companies that are profitable and care for the environment. Therefore, the investor can have two advantages that material benefits and good social environment. I think Hyundai motor company has excellent sustainability for the future.
