De Crystal Cup Steeple-Chase Cross Country Challenge is een initiatief waarbij de eigenaar en trainer die de meeste punten halen na het verloop van de 11 rennen volgende bonussen ontvangen:- Eigenaar: 20.000 € voor de eerste - 10.000 € voor de tweede- Trainer: 10.000 € voor de eerste - 5.000 € voor de tweede

De Crystal Cup bestaat uit een reeks van 11 rennen met een totale prijzenpot van meerdan 700.000 € gespreid over 6 Europese landen die zullen plaatsvinden op sommigevan de mooiste en moeilijkste renbanen van Europa met een grote variatie aanhindernissen zoals: beken, bermen, grachten en hagen.De challenge start in de maand februari in het Franse Pau en wordt afgesloten indecember in het Engelse Cheltenham, na nog vier rennen in Frankrijk en etappes inBelgië, Italië, Tsjechië, Engeland en Polen.

Le Challenge commence dès le mois février à Pau en France. L’ultime course se déroule au mois de décembre à Cheltenham, après cinq étapes en France, en Belgique, en Italie, en République Tchèque, en Angleterre et en Pologne.

Elke eerste inschrijving in België moet de exacte signalisatie van het ingeschreven paard bevatten, zijn naam, zijn ouderdom, zijn geslacht, zijn afstamming, de namen, adres en kleuren van de eigenaar, alsook de naam en adres van de trainer.De inschrijving moet vergezeld zijn van een verklaring die de gewonnen prijzensom sinds 1/01/18 en de laatste 4 prestaties van het paard vermeldt.

Elk paard dat niet in België is geboren, is pas toegelaten deel te nemen aan de rennen op het vertoon van de volgende documenten:

1. Een bewijsschrift vermeldende de naam, de afstamming, de ouderdom, het geslacht, de kleur van het paard en de zichtbare natuurlijke of accidentele merktekens die het paard heeft. Dit bewijsschrift moet getekend zijn door de autoriteiten van het land waar het paard geboren is of desnoods door de autoriteiten van het land waar het paard verbleven heeft en waarvan de bevoegdheden overeenstemmen in hun eigen land met die van de Belgische Jockey Club.

2. Dit document moet, in voorkomend geval, vergezeld zijn van het gezondheidscertificaat dat overeenkomstig de in het betrokken land geldende regels is opgesteld.

3. Een bewijsschrift dat het paard geen enkele diskwalificatie heeft opgelopen of ingeschreven staat op een forfeit of een analoge lijst, bewijsschrift getekend door de buitenlandse autoriteiten waarvan reeds sprake is geweest (Racing Clearance Notification - RCN).

Elk paard moet ingeënt zijn tegen griep overeenkomstig de voorschriften van de Jockey Club.

Tout premier engagement fait en Belgique doit contenir la désignation exacte du cheval engagé, son nom, son âge, son sexe, son origine, les noms, adresse et couleurs du propriétaire, ainsi que le nom et l’adresse de son entraîneur. Il doit être accompagné d’une déclaration signalant les sommes gagnées depuis le 1/01/18 et les quatre dernières performances du cheval et ceci sous peine d’exclusion.Tout cheval né hors de Belgique n’est admis à courir que sur la remise des pièces suivantes:1. Un certificat constatant le nom, l’origine, l’âge, le sexe, la robe du cheval et les marques distinctives naturelles ou accidentelles qu’il peut présenter, certificat signé par les autorités du pays où le cheval est né, visé, le cas échéant, par celles des pays où il aurait

séjourné et dont les pouvoirs correspondent, dans leurs pays respectifs, à ceux du Jockey-Club de Belgique.

2. Ce document doit être accompagné, le cas échéant par le certificat sanitaire établi conformément aux règles en vigueur dans le pays concerné.

3. Un certificat constatant que le cheval n’a encouru aucune disqualification et qu’il n’est pas inscrit sur une forfeit-list ou sur une liste analogue, certificat signé par les autorités étrangères dont il vient d’être fait mention (Racing Clearance Notification-RCN).

Tout cheval doit être vacciné contre la grippe équine conformément aux modalités établies du Jockey-Club de Belgique; mention doit être faite dans le livret signalétique.

E ntries must be made by writing, telefax or e-mail :Each first entry made in Belgium must contain the exact description of the horse entered, his name, age, sex and breeding. The name, the address and colours of the owner as well as the name and the address of the trainer. The entry must be accompanied by a certificate mentioning the amount of prize money won since 1/01/18 and the latest 4 performances of the horse.Every horse that was not born in Belgium, is only admitted to run on presentation of the following documents:

1. A certificate mentioning the name, breeding, age, sex and colour of the horse and the visual natural or accidental marks of the horse. This certificate must be signed by the authorities of the country where the horse was born or otherwise the authorities of the country where the horse has been staying where the qualifications are similar in their own country with those of the Belgian Jockey Club.

2. This document has to be together with a sanitary certificate established following the local rules of te local country.

3. A certificate mentioning that the horse has incurred no disqualification or is not on a forfeit or similar list. Certificate to be signed by the authorities mentioned before (Racing Clearance Notification-RCN).Horses coming from abroad must be vaccinated against flu corresponding to the rules of the Belgian Jockey Club before they are allowed into the stables of the racecourse.

D e rennen vermeld in dit programma zijn onderhevig aan de reglementen van de Belgische Jockey Club, alsook de hieropvolgende algemene voorwaarden.

Elke persoon die een paard inschrijft, doet rennen of met de eigendom van een paard te maken heeft dat ingeschreven is of loopt in een publieke wedren, elke persoon onderworpen aan het reglement der wedrennen, elke persoon toegelaten tot het gebruik van de installaties van de Koninklijke Waregemse Koersvereniging wordt verondersteld op de hoogte te zijn van de reglementen van de Belgische Jockey Club. Zij onderwer-pen zich dus automatisch aan al hun bepalingen en al hun gevolgen die eruit kunnen voortvloeien, alsook aan de beslissingen van de Belgische Jockey Club, van zijn bestuur, van de koerscommissarissen en van het bestuur van de Koninklijke Waregemse Koersvereniging, in het bijzonder wat betreft het aantal paarden dat per ren zal toe-gelaten worden. De inschrijvingen gebeuren schriftelijk, per fax of per e-mail. Het is verboden inschrijvingen te telefoneren. Elke inschrijving die aankomt na het vastgestelde uur is ongeldig, zelfs als deze vertraging te wijten is aan overmacht.

Elke inschrijving gedaan in België voor een paard dat voor het laatst in het buitenland heeft gelopen, moet op straffe van ongeldigheid, vergezeld zijn van een gedateerd en door de eigenaar getekend bewijsschrift welke de laatste vier prestaties van het paard aangeeft, alsook een kopie van de gewonnen rennen sinds 1 januari 2018, met aan-duiding der datums van de gewonnen rennen.

Er zijn geen boetes voor een paard dat niet kan deelnemen na de aangifte, voor zover een veearts certificaat dit staaft.

VOOR ALLE GALOPRENNEN VAN DIT PROGRAMMA IS HET AANTAL DEELNEMERS

PER REN BEPERKT TOT 14.Indien het aantal aangegeven deelnemers hoger is dan 14, worden volgende regels toegepast om tot het juiste aantal vertrekkers te komen:

A. Conditierennen.De eliminatie van de paarden om tot een maximum van 14 vertrekkers te komen, gebeurt als volgt:

1. De paarden die nog bijkomend ingeschreven waren.2. De paarden met de kleinste winsommen (winnend en geplaatst) sedert 1/01/18, te beginnen met het paard met de kleinste winsom en vervolgens verder opgaand. In geval van ex-aequo van de winsommen tussen verschillende paarden, zal er overgegaan worden tot lottrekking.

B. Handicaps De eliminatie van de paarden om tot een maximum van 14 vertrekkers te komen, gebeurt als volgt: de paarden die het kleinste gewicht kregen van de handicapper worden geëlimineerd, te beginnen met het paard met het kleinste gewicht en vervolgens verder opgaand.

In voorkomend geval wordt rekening gehouden met het gewicht voor de leeftijd. In geval van ex-aequo der gewichten tussen verschillende paarden, zal voorrang gegeven worden aan die paarden welke in de eerste vier geklasseerd waren in een ren gelopen in Waregem op 28 augustus 2018. Vervolgens worden de paarden geëlimineerd met de kleinste winsommen (winnend en geplaatst) sedert 1/01/18. Indien deze criteria niet volstaan, zal overgegaan worden tot lottrekking.

De commisarissen van de maatschappij behouden zich het recht om de gewichten te verlagen tot ten laatste op het ogenblik van de aangifte van deelnemers en jockeys.

Het inschrijvingsgeld van een aangegeven paard dat niet deelneemt zal met 4 vermenigvuldigd worden.

DRAGEN VAN BLINKERS EN AUSTRALISCHE BLINKERSis verboden.

DRAGEN VAN DE VALHELMGeen enkele persoon is toegelaten te rijden in één van de rennen van dit programma, indien deze geen valhelm draagt voorzien van kinriem welke overeenkomt met het model goedgekeurd door de Jockey Club.

DRAGEN VAN EEN LICHAAMSBESCHERMERGeen enkele persoon is toegelaten te rijden in één van de rennen van dit programma, indien deze geen lichaamsbeschermer draagt welke overeenkomt met het model goed-gekeurd door de Jockey Club.

JOCKEYSOm te mogen deelnemen zullen jockeys minstens 3 hindernisrennen moeten gewonnen hebben in 2019.Dit geldt niet voor de Fegentri ren.

C O N D I T I O N S G E N E R A L E S

L es courses faisant objet du présent programme, sont régies par le Code et Règlement du Jockey-Club de Belgique, ainsi que par les conditions générales ci-dessous:Toute personne qui engage, fait courir un cheval ou possède une part d’intérêt quel-conque dans la propriété d’un cheval engagé ou courant dans une course publique, toute personne soumise aux dispositions du Code et règlement, toute personne admise à se servir des terrains de courses et d’entraînement de la Société Royale des Courses de Waregem, sont réputés connaître le Code et Réglement du Jockey-Club belge. Elles se soumettent, par là même, à toutes leurs dispositions et à toutes les conséquences qui peuvent en résulter, ainsi qu’aux décisions du Jockey-Club belge, de son Comité, des Commissaires des Courses et du Comité de la Société Royale des Courses de Waregem en particulier en ce qui concerne la limitation du nombre de partants dans chaque cour-se. Tout engagement arrivé après l’heure fixée est nul de plein droit, même si le retard est justifié par des raisons de force majeure.

Tout engagement fait en Belgique pour un cheval qui a couru en dernier lieu à l’étranger doit être, sous peine de nullité, accompagné d’une déclaration datée et signée par son propriétaire, indiquant les quatre dernières performances du cheval, ainsi qu’un relevé des courses gagnées depuis le 1/01/18 avec indication des dates des victoires.justifié par des raisons de force majeure.

Aucune amende s’applique à un cheval déclaré partout en ne pouvant pas participer pour des raisons de santé, pour autant qu’un certificat vétérinaire soit délivré.

POUR TOUTES LES COURSES D’OBSTACLES DE CE PROGRAMME LE NOMBRE DE PARTANTS SERA LIMITE A 14Si le nombre de chevaux déclarés partants est supérieur à 14, les règles suivantes trou-veront à s’appliquer pour déterminer les partants effectifs.

A. Dans les courses à conditions.L’élimination des chevaux en surnombre se fera dans l’ordre suivant afin d’arriver à 14 partants effectifs.1. Les chevaux ayant fait l’objet d’un engagement supplémentaire.2. Les chevaux totalisant les gains (gagnant et places) les moins élevés depuis le 1/01/18, en commençant par le cheval ayant accumulé le moins de gains et en remontant l’échelle des gains. En cas d’égalité de gains entre plusieurs chevaux, il sera procédé à un tirage au sort.

B. Dans les handicaps L’élimination des chevaux en surnombre, afin d’arriver à 14 partants effectifs, portera sur les chevaux auxquels le handicapeur aura attribué le poids le plus bas, en commençant par le cheval ayant le plus petit poids et en remontant l’échelle des poids, le cas échéant en tenant compte du poids pour âge. En cas d’égalité de poids entre plusieurs chevaux priorité sera donnée aux chevaux ayant été classés dans les quatre premiers d’une course disputée à Waregem le 28 août 2018, puis en éliminant les chevaux totalisant les gains (gagnant et places) les moins élevés depuis le 1/01/18. Si ces critères ne permettent pas

de distinguer entre plusieurs chevaux, il sera procédé à un tirage au sort.Les commissaires de la société se réservent le droit d’augmenter les poids au plus tard à la déclaration des partouts et des montes.

L’entrée payée pour un cheval déclaré partant et ne courant pas, sera multipliée par 4.

PORT DES OEILLERES OU OEILLERES AUSTRALIENES:Sont interdits

PORT DU CASQUE PROTECTEUR:Aucune personne ne peut monter dans une course de ce programme, si elle n’est pas porteur d’un casque protecteur avec mentonnière conforme au modèle agréé par le Jockey-Club.

PORT DU PROTECTEUR DE CORPS:Aucune personne ne peut monter dans une course de ce programme, si elle n’est pas por-teur d’un protecteur de corps conforme au modèle agréé par le Jockey-Club de belgique.

JOCKEYS:Pour être qualifiés les jockeys devront avoir gagné 3 courses d’obstacles en 2019 .Ceci ne s’applique pas pour la course Fegentri.

G E N E R A L C O N D I T I O N S

T he races mentioned in this programme are under the rules of the Belgian Jockey Club, as well as the following general conditions.

Each person entering a horse, having a horse running or being involved with the ownership of a horse that is entered and runs in a public race, each per-son being admitted to use the installations of the Koninklijke Waregemse Koersvereniging is supposed to know the rules of the Belgian Jockey Club. These persons submit themselves as to the decisions of the Belgian Jockey Club, their stewards and the stewards of the Koninklijke Waregemse Koersvereniging, especially regarding the number of horses allowed to run in each race. Any entry made after the closing of entries is void.

Any entry made in Belgium for a horse that last ran abroad, must be accompa-nied; on risk of being declared void, by a certificate signed by the owner which are the latest 4 performances of the horse as well as a copy of the races won since 1/01/18, with details of the races won.

If a declared horse is unable to run due to health problems, stated in A Vet. Certificate, no penalties are due.

FOR ALL THE RACES IN THIS PROGRAMME THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF HORSES PER RACE WILL BE 14If the number of declared runners is greater than 14, the following rules will apply in order to choose the effective runners.

A. In the condition racesThe withdrawal of declared runners will be made in the following order in orderto reach 14 declared runners: 1. Horses who have been supplemented by an supplementary entry. 2. Horses with the lesser money won (win and places) since 1/01/18, starting

with the lowest amount and going upwards. In the case of equal amount between two or more horses, there will be a draw.

B. In the handicap The withdrawal of declared runners will be made in the following order in order to reach 14 runners. Firstly, the horses with the lowest weight as attributed by the handicapper when the weights were published, starting with the lowest weight and going upwards, taking into account weight for age. In the case two or more horses carry the same weight, priority will be given to the horses who have finished in the first four of a race run in Waregem on the 28th of August 2018 and then by eliminating the horses with the lesser money won (win and places) since 1/01/18. In the case these criteria cannot split two horses, there will be a draw.The stewards of the races are allowed to change the weights until the moment of declaration of the starters.

The entry fee paid for the horse declared running and not taking part will be multiplied by 4.

BLINKERSAre forbidden

WEARING OF A CRASH HELMET:No person is admitted to ride in one of the races in this programme, when not wearing a crash helmet equipped with a chinstrap according to the model approved by the Belgian Jockey Club.

WEARING OF A BODY PROTECTOR:No person is admitted to ride in one of the races in this programme, when not wearing a body protector according to the model approved by the Jockey Club.

JOCKEYS:To be qualified jockeys must have won 3 jump races in 2019.This does not apply for the amateur race.

D e antidoping controles zullen worden uitgevoerd door het laboratorium voor paardenrennen in Verrières - le - Buisson (FR). Het tegenonderzoek zal plaatsvinden in één van de door de Jockey Club voorgestelde labo’s, naar keuze van de trainer.

L es analyses anti-dopage seront faites par le laboratoire des courses hippiques à Verrières - le - Buisson (FR). La contre-expertise se fera dans un des laboratoires proposés par le Jockey-Club, au choix de l’entraîneur.

T he doping control will be handled by the laboratory of Verrières - le - Buisson (FR). A second analysis will be done by one of the laboratories proposed by the Jockey Club, and chosen by the trainer.

E en veeartscontrole zal worden uitgevoerd op de vooravond tussen 17.00 u. en 19.00 u. of op dinsdagmorgen tussen 10.00 u. en 11.30 u. Elk paard dat niet geschikt wordt bevonden door de veeartsen aangeduid door de Koninklijke Waregemse Koersvereniging, zal niet aan de start worden toegelaten. De in België getrainde paarden zullen zich ten laatste op dinsdag 27 augustus om 11.00 u. aanbieden voor de veeartscontrole.

U n contrôle vétérinaire sera effectué la veille de 17.00 h à 19.00 h, ou le jour de la course entre 10.00 h et 11.30 h. Tout cheval qui n’est pas jugé apte à courir par les vétérinaires désignés par la Société Royale des Courses de Waregem, ne sera pas admis au départ. Les chevaux entraînés en Belgique se présenteront le mardi 27 août à 11.00 h., dernière limite, pour le contrôle vétérinaire.

A vet control will be done on the eve from 5 p.m. till 7 p.m., or on Tuesdaymorning between 10 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. If a horse is not declared fit to race, by the vets appointed by the Royal Waregem Racing Society, the horse will not be accepted at the start.
