HHHUUUMMMAAANNN TTTRRRAAAFFFFFFIIICCCKKKIIINNNGGG • Anne-Michelle Ellis is the original Coordinator for the San Bernardino County Coalition Against Sexual Exploitation. CASE is an extensive Anti-Human Trafficking Program organized and operated by a rich partnership of county agencies. She coordinates a multi-disciplinary team that works directly with victims of trafficking, facilitates a regular county-wide outreach and community engagement meeting that supports the work of
the CASE steering committee, and provides trainings for multiple agencies.
• After spending 13 years as a Multi-Media Journalist, Kristen Dolan made the leap into the nonprofit world by accepting a position at Operation SafeHouse as the Anti-Human Trafficking Director. She is also the Victim Service Coordinator for the Riverside County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force, of which SafeHouse is a founding member. Kristen has been trained in trauma informed care, human trafficking victim advocacy, and best practices on working with commercially sexually exploited children (CSEC). She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 2006. Kristen also attended the University of California Riverside - Palm
Desert Campus where she completed a yearlong certificate program in Non-Profit Management.
• Senior District Attorney Investigator Ian Anderson has been in law enforcement for 21 years, and has personally investigated several hundred cases involving crimes against property and persons to include homicides, robbery, home invasion robbery and gang related crimes. He has handled career criminal and crimes against peace officer cases and has been assigned to the Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Unit. Investigator Anderson is currently assigned to the Riverside County Anti Human Trafficking Task Force (RCAHT). This unit is located within the Special Investigations Bureau (SIB) of the Riverside County Sheriff’s department. His assignment is to investigate any and all incidents, throughout the County of Riverside, where human trafficking is potentially occurring.
