Nike.com で購入いただいた商品は、同スタイル番号におけるサイズ／カラー

変更に限り、一回のみ交換が可能です。交換をご希望の場合には、本用紙に必

要事項をご記入・ご署名の上、お品物と同梱して NIKE までご返送ください。

【注意点】 出荷日より 30 日以内のお品物に限り交換可能です（一部商品は出荷日より 7 日以内、かつ未使用品に限

られます）。

NIKEiD 商品、NIKE ギフトカード、Apple Watch/AppleCare は対象外です。

一度交換された商品を、再度交換することはできません。

お品物を NIKE にて受領するまで間、交換品の在庫をお取り置きすることは、ご容赦いただいております。

交換品は、当初のお届け先住所宛に発送いたします。配送日時の指定はできません。

We accept product size/color change

Products purchased at Nike.com can only be exchanged once, only for size/color change of the same style number. If you wish to exchange, please fill out this form with necessary information, provide your signature, enclosed the form with the product and send the parcel back to NIKE.

【Points to be noted】 Products can be exchanged within 30 days from shipping date (Some products may only be exchanged within 7 days
