PROJECT MANAGEMENTBoabat Alnoor General Contracting meets its objectives by undertaking multi-ple projects and completing them successfully, on time, by using advanced project management skills that maintain quality, safety and customer relations.-To this end, our company has planned its organizational structure to cater for the demands and prioritization of its projects, hence the need for integrated applications in the multi faceted phases of planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and handing over of the projects.

ENGINEERINGBoabat Alnoor has a professional team of engineers and designers whose tasks include, among others: review of conceptual drawings at the proposals stage and, thereafter, shop drawings for the construction stage and as-built drawings for the handing over phase. The submittals are sent to the consultant for �nal approval in compliance with thedesignr equirements, speci�cations,scop estatements,and project schedule. The group utilizes computer aided design CAD systems for two and three dimensional designs and makes sure that draw-ings for different disciplines are well coordinated. PROCUREMENTThe procurement team sources and secures material supplies, equipment, and diversi�edservices, as and when needed at the most economically favorable terms and in conformity with the project speci�cations and code requirements. They coordinate logistics to ensure prompt delivery to meet project schedules.
