Other terms & conditions

l. The empanelled hnns shall quote the rates item wise/ work wise

2. AII Roofing Material should be Water proof and Fire Resistant.

3. Item wise/work wise rates for extra items/ extra works should be quotcdseparately.

4. The layout plan, Designs of stall, Fascia ol Entrance gate, Back Drop of stageetc. to be got approved by the Event Manager from RGAVP. Lay out plan anddesign of Main Gate also to be got approved from JKK authorities.

5. Request for enhancement of rates during the contract period or request fbradvance payment shall not be considered under any circumstances.

6. The selected/empanelled firm witl have to complete the entire.iob by 3.00 PMof 03.10.17 and inform RGAVP in writing by 6:00 PM on 03.10.2017.

7. The Venue will be available from 2nd October, 2017 to 17th October, 20 I 7.

8. In the event ol lailure to cornplete the work in time or for incomplete or notaccording to specifications or refusal to undertake the work allotted to thctreither expressly or otherwise, the rvork order will be cancelled and securitideposit rvill be lorfeited. The difference of rates lor r.vork assigned to lhe othcrparty u,ill be changed to the defaulting party.

9. RGAVP shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to an1,' ol the materialof the Event Manager. Event Manager will be lree to get his properties insured.

10. RGAVP reserves its right to make changes in number & sizes of stalls andlocation of theme area, if necessary. RGAVP also reserves its right to increascor decrease area of wooden flooring, carpeting, barricading, payment ol'whichshall be rnade on proportionate basis.
