Career Support:

個別面談（進路相談、ES 添削、研究業績書添削、面接指導等の就活支援）。ジョブフェア

開催による企業とのマッチング機会の創出。求人情報の提供等。

Individual meetings (Consulting future direction, Application form review, Research

achievement review, guiding how to get interviewed and so on), Creating industry –

candidate matching opportunity by hosting a Job Fair, Industry opportunity

information release and so on.

インターンシップ推進：

Internship promotion:

中長期インターンシップの情報提供。インターンシップ交流会（企業との情報交換会）の

開催。インターンシップ応募のための個別相談（ES添削、面接指導等）。

Opportunity on mid-, long-term internship information release, creating industry –

candidate matching opportunity by hosting internship information exchange

meetings followed by individual meetings to help application form fulfilment and

guiding on interviews.

• 博士学生とポスドクのキャリアパス構築を支援 ILP provides support for career path design of Ph.D. candidates and Postdocs.

• 全学の組織として、各系・教員のキャリアサポートを補完Tohoku Univ. established ILP to complement career support by each department and teacher.

• 博士人財の有用性を社会に発信 ILP provides messages to society about usefulness of doctors.

• 教員3名（企業と大学で就業経験）、事務員2名

イノベーション創発塾: 目的Innovative Leaders Fostering Course: Objective ①

• 博士研究者には、研究の遂行能力だけでなく、コミュニケーション力は勿論、プロジェクト遂行のためのマネージメント力などの資質が必要になる。

• Ph. D. researchers are required to have quality such as the power of communication and project management capability as well as the research competency.

• これらの資質の底上げを図るため、講義と演習からなる科目「博士キャリアパスの構築」を開講する。

• The class “Career path design of doctors“ provides lecturesand practices to enhance the quality.

• グループワーク等による他では得られ難い研究科横断的人脈構築の環境提供

• Good environment for interdisciplinary human network creation through “Group works”.

• 実践的トレーニングの場として、調査・討論・発表を行うグループワークを主形式とした講義も行う。 The class also provides lectures consisting of Group works in which students explore literature, argue a point, and present the results.

• ケーススタディとして、アカデミアや企業の方から、「博士修了生」への期待、就業実態等について説明をいただき、意見交換を行う場も設ける。In addition, academia and/or business people are invited to give talks on the role of doctors.

• 科目は各セメスター内に終了し、前期･後期どちらを選ぶこともできます。The course will be completed in each semester and it is your choice to attend Spring or Fall semester.
